The only positive thing that can be said about Lincare is that they are consistent. Unfortunately they are only consistent in providing ZERO customer service. The score would have been ZERO stars to match their level of service but it is not possible to enter a score of less than one star.IMPORTANT: If your insurance company attempts to connect you with Lincare, make certain that you do not allow that to happen. Ask them to find you a different in network provider so that you do not have the same disappointment that we have had with this sad and pathetic company.

I have some equipment from Lincare. Its not working properly. I called 9 days ago, was told a RT would call me back. In the meantime I cant use the equipment. Service is terrible.

Lincare respiratory service is a joke.Im returning my Trilogy and will have to figure out something else!As you know I have had my machine since October/November. We were told that it would be $107 monthly and they could do a financial hardship program for me.First bill: $170Subsequent bills: $150We filled out the paperwork before Christmas...they didnt get itFilled it out again about a month ago...Theyve called today saying that we need to do it a THIRD time!!I make $900 a month...my neudexta alone this month was over $600! What does a girl have to do to get some help? Its ridiculous that in nearly 2 months Lincare cant get their act together and assist someone who desperately needs it!All about the money grab, and that, is absolutely appalling.

Cant understand them on the phone and they never get your order right. SSI needs to drop them as a supplier because of the poor customer service.

I turned 65 2018 went in to sign up the young lady signed me up and they are supposed to have my ins. at sign up they are sending me bills when my in. will pay. Went in later to order stuff I needed never got it called them said they were waiting on report from doctor this is 6 months later and back at the beginning they had report. A report is good for 12 months this place sucks. DONT USE

I am a member of a volunteer fire dept. I was called about a oxygen dependant patient needing oxygen tonight after the tornado in scott county and we wont have electricity until tomorrow . I called the answering service and was informed the on call rep Clay would not service this patient . I made contact with his manager Melinda, she then contacted Clay back and he said he couldnt come due to road conditions . I had contacted the scott county sheriff and roads were clear. After multiple calls i was called back that he would now bring this pt. Needed oxygen.I am outraged. If this was done to this one patient, how many others has this company done this to. The answering service said Clay had done this to every call he had recieved tonight. This is sad that i had to force them to service a patient in need. They get paid to service patients after hours .
