Really nice guy- friendly and helpful- decades of experience. Absolutely recommend & will return. Stopped in the other day to see if they had something in particular. WOW. They have entire lines of mouldings, mattings... Conservation mounting & glazing... All work done in house & super convenient location!!

Drove 25 minutes out of my way to see about getting a few jerseys framed and the doors were locked and they seemed to be closed. Called the number provided no answer and nothing that stated their hours have changed. If youre gonna close early please update your hours in every platform and have some type of messaging system

The owner was SO rude to me! I came into the store to ask for a pricing guide so I can look at the choices and choose a frame myself. I don’t need help framing artwork, I just need a custom frame. And he said no and basically said he wouldn’t help me unless I brought the prints in that I need framed. I stayed in the store to continue to look at the frames. I already know what color I want and so I asked him so you don’t make frames? Meaning, you only make frames if you’re going to also put the art into the frames? He said that was a sarcastic question and that he wouldn’t help me if I don’t bring in the artwork. He also sarcastically replied that obviously that’s what we do Is make frames. Yes- it is clear this business makes frames, but he will only help you if you bring your art or prints in so he can do it all. I cannot believe how rude he was to someone who was willing to give him business! Take your business somewhere else where the owner will treat you courteously!If you do not make frames for people to take home, instead of just saying to me “I will only help you if you bring your art in.” And then repeat, “I will only help you if you bring your art in.” And basically shooing me away, a more informative response would have been “we don’t make frames for people to take home to do themselves. We ONLY provide services to customers who want to purchase the frame and also let us help with the designing including mat choice, color, frame style, etc. and placing the artwork into the frame. We do not let customers purchase and take home custom frames, mat and glass unless we are doing everything for you.” And to say you were not rude is so crazy! You literally rolled your eyes and scoffed at me when I said I was an artist and don’t need help with the design aspect and then you walked away lol

Very nice always willing to help bring him what you need framed and he will take care of it
