Came out right away and I had my driver side window replaced quick. There was a problem months later where the glass came off the track and bent the window track. I called and he was out again right away and repaired and even straightened my track and made functional again no charge. He stands by his work. Very polite and professional and thorough. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

My gf needed her 2018 ford ecosport windshield replaced. I called several places and zorro was the most reasonably priced. They set an appointment that worked with our schedule, and when we became available a little earlier than expected, they were able to fit us into their schedule a day earlier than we agreed prior. The men who showed up to do the install were courteous, paid attention to detail, and completed their job in a timely manner. Very impressed with this company, would hire them again if needed, and will recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass installed in the future.

The owner previously did my wifes car. front and rear windshields.He showed up for the appointment on time and at our home (which was a very far drive) and showed curtsey and A+ skillHe did the job quickly and professionally.Today Zorro Auto Glass also did my SUV Front Windshield. He sent one of his employees out to do the job. Guy also showed up on time. and provided text updates on his ETA before arriving. The tech came straight to my place of business and did the repair right out in the parking lot. He also showed just as much professionalism and curtsey as the ownerThey are by far the MOST affordable, 160$ cheaper than Safelite Auto Glass and 170$ cheaper than Binswanger Glass!

I promised I would write a review when I had the work done months ago, and I let it completely slip. I had my windshield replaced in my Ram after it was a week old. He promptly came to my job and replaced it very quickly. I also had him come replace my girlfriends windshield in her Malibu, at home. I didnt realize it had a condensation sensor on it, so he had to go back and get another one. That was completely my fault, but he didnt complain at all. He came back and swapped it very quickly. He always kept in contact on the phone or text. Very professional and I would never hesitate to recommend.

I had an awesome experience with Zorro Mobile Windshield Repair. Sam was able to come out the next day to repair my windshield and drivers side view mirror. He does excellent work and was able to preserve my registration, EZ Tag and Daimler-Chrysler stickers. Best of all, he is very efficient and it took less than 2 hours to fix everything! I will refer him to all of my friends and neighbors. I highly recommend this business. Prices were very, very reasonable and fair.

Called for windshield replacement late on Thursday was at my house the next morning at 8:30 sharp like Sam said he would be. After one day of not driving truck. Started driving had one small air leak . Called Sam back he was at my house that afternoon fixed air leak had me test drive 3 time till all was fixed .Sam keeps his word if its not right I will fix it. And he did. 11am appointment time showed up at 10:30am...AWESOME!!!, explained and showed me the difference between the chips and cracks in my windshield explained the PROS and CONS of trying to fix it...GREAT!!!, broke down the pricing for me turn out i was better off with a new/replacement ( wasnt a sales pitch either ) windshield even offer to try and fix the chips/cracks first. as i was watching him work he Calmly explained the process of removing and installing the windshield. FAST BUT THOROUGH JOB, CLEANING UP AS HE WORKS, WAS ABLE TO PUT BACK ANY AND ALL STICKERS THAT I NEED ON MY WINDSHIELD. the price i was given was the price i paid and i was quoted over $35 more at other places. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.👍👍👍👍👍

Very busy guy but thats not a bad thing. He quickly repaired a crack that was spreading. I will still need a new windshield but it has bought me a little time. Very nice guy and I prefer to support small business. Pricing was fair and ill use him again in the future.

I got a brand new windshield replacement for my 2013 Toyota 4Runner for $185. Owner had quick response time, same day service, good quality workmanship, free mobile service. New windshield was an exact replacement.

I called to get an estimate and the person that answered his tone of voice and response was rude. If this is his business he needs to take phone Etiquette classes. It’s a way to speak to a potential customer that could potential refer other customers. Learn better phone manners make a person feel like they want your services. Very distasteful!
