Very disappointed! Being new to wigs, I asked the salesperson specifically 3 times about the side of thewig part. My daughter needed it for a photo shoot w/a school organization. I then asked if there would be a problem if its incorrect. You know it, wrong side & all sales final. They have lost my business for good!

It’s best to update the hours reflecting on how the employees feel that day. I arrived at the building prior to closing times. The employees closed the store early. Not allowing anyone in the store.

Amazing variety of things and cashier was very friendly. their prices are really high though

Impolite. Terrible inventory. It is clear no one knowledgeable Directs their nonsensical inventory. Literally a waste of time. Please take your money elsewhere and don’t expect for them to carry anything of any utility.

I’m really big on exceptional customer services, especially if I’m spending money at your establishment . So when I ask you a question about if you have a product ( which I was willing to buy if I’d known the location) and you answer with an attitude, you best believe I will not be shopping at your establishment anymore and will encourage all of my family and friends to not shop here as well .

Its true that they have lots of products for natural hair. For the past few days, I have checked several beauty supply stores and retail stores for a hard to find shampoo. I decided to try Supreme Beauty and there it was front and center. I was giddy until I saw the price. It normally sells for $11. Supreme Beauty priced it at $19.99. I am more than willing to pay extra for convenience and to support local businesses but not 82% more. This is too much of a mark up. I am ordering online and having it shipped to a local store at retail price with free shipping.

SUPREME BEAUTY DON’T QUOTE PRICES OVER THE PHONE, BUT AMAZON PRIME DO ONLINE.Whenever I have the opportunity, I try to support local small business owners within my community. However, the treatment I received from Supreme Beauty made me turn to a big box on line. On the evening of 07/11/2018, I contacted them via phone to inquire about a WAHL 5 Star Cordless Shaver. Initially, the female associate that answered my call said they had the item in stock and gave the price on the replacement foil instead of the complete item. When I realized there was some miscommunication between us, I clarified myself by stating I need the entire shavers not the replacement foil. She then stated they had the item in stock as well. However, when I asked her the price on the item, she responded by saying, “WE DON’T QUOTE PRICES OVER THE PHONE.” I kindly thank her and place an order with Amazon Prime. I’m certain, it’s the cheaper rout. However, I never assumed otherwise when I initially called Supreme Beauty. I was willing to pay a little more provided I could receive the item that day. However my experience with them, motivated me to go cheaper and wait.

Didnt have GRAY colored wigs that had an style. Some of us old people want to look good too, without faking or forsaking their true hair color of gray mingled with black. Help!!

I was bit skeptical about people’s comments. My experience with this story was great. They had all I wanted. I didn’t need to shop around looking for things I was looking for. Price was ok. They were kind and very helpful. Go for it. Story was neat and organized. Just ask them to help you! They will gladly help you out.

In a hurry didnt have enough cash, so I attempted to use a debit card, unbeknownst to me, they have a minimum which was real inconvenient for me. Had I known about there minimum I could have stopped and gotten cash out. They would not budge. Ill take my business where customer accommodation is the rule.

Not friendly at all, horrible customer service, and super overpriced. If your looking for hair/wigs there isn’t a big selection. I live in Pearland so it’s convenient but I’d rather driver further to get better customer service and more reasonably priced products. Wouldn’t recommend!!

They are the only beauty supply store in this area and I guess they know it. Employees are extremely rude and they don’t seem to really want the business. I’d rather drive up 288 a little further for better service and more appropriately priced products. I will never return

The store is very nice and clean, but to jack the prices of the items by $7-$9.00 is just unacceptable, charging $22 for a 4oz product that cost only $8.00, I only came here because it was closer to my home, but will not be back for anything, I checked prices for several items and all I could do was Smh and walk out. You are better off going somewhere else or purchasing online💁🏽‍♀️

Medium size beauty supply store here in Pearland. Since this is near my home, I only come to this beauty supply store if I need hair care products on short notice. On the other hand, I prefer to go to beauty supply stores off of Cullen.

Be careful when you’re buying natural hair products from this store. Their products are marked up $9.00 more than other places. The male owner offered for me to come back in and he would price match the manufacturers prices, but the woman manager insisted that he didn’t. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

The service is great here I went to the other beauty supply in pearland and have never been so disgusted by the owners reactions when you ask for information on products and the following me around the store. Not at supreme beauty I am treated like a human being asked if I need help and giving help when asked I for it and prices are reasonable.

You’ll be able to find what you’re looking for, but be prepared for an upcharged of $5, even $6 on regular hair care products (i.e. oils, butters). Highway robbery.

This store has everything you would need from a beauty supply store. They prices are a little move expensive than most beauty supply stores.

Live in the area, so I frequently shop here. The store is clean, organized, with a moderate amount of items. Recently went natural, I purchased Shea Mositure and Carol Daughters products. Paid $16.99 for Shea Moisture shampoo, $16.99 for the conditioner and Carols Daughter Leave-in conditioner for $19.99. Went to the local neighborhood walmart down the street and purchased the same items for $9.99 each, a $24 plus tax difference. Severely over priced. On a brighter note, they did allow me to return the products although they have a sign that all purchases are final. Not sure if that had anything to do with me purchasing the items that day or because I frequent the store.

Large store but not a great variety in their selection. They dont carry Freetress brand hair. And they werent very nice to me. Its also pretty expensive for a beauty supply, but they are a monopoly in West Pearland. Facility is clean and neat, and if nothing else, you can find a comparable item to the specific one you may have been seeking.

Overpriced! I bought a deep conditioner here, thinking Id only find it in beauty supply stores. It was $10, went to HEB and saw that they had it for $3. And of course there are no returns.

Great customer service...generous on free samples & for whomever like half wigs & lacefronts...they are having a fantastic CLEARANCE! $5.00 wigs & $15.00 lacefronts...some on maniquins & some NEW in pkgs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went to this store to purchase a product. They were extremely rude and followed me around the store as if I was stealing. I would not recommend this store ever.

The employees are rude and the products are overpriced. While I was looking at a product, the employee stands right in front of me. No excuse me or even acknowledgement of my presence. So I left. Clearly she didnt want me to purchase that item.
