Very consistent - good milk teas. Not too much on the novelty options, however they do a little something for everyone. Friendly people and good service.

Very cute place. By far our favorite tea yet!! I got the coffee milk tea and my partner got the Thai milk tea! They had so many options! I wish I didnt live 900+ miles away! Masks are required here.

Hands down my favorite boba place in town. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. There’s so many different choices and so far every one that I’ve tried is really good! But my top favorite is the taro milk tea. They also offer mochi, crepes, and macaroons. The mochi is delicious. The location in midtown is also great but this one is closer and convenient.

I have been meaning to try Kung Fu and we were in the area so we decided to try it out. I knew they had other locations so if I ended up liking it I could go to another location. This location was kind of tucked in the back and very small. You can’t fit too many customers in at the same time which meant they had to squeeze or stand outside to wait. It’s really only a place for to go orders only. Customer service was kind and watched them patiently explain items on the menu to customers.Ordered Lychee punch, red bean wow, and pumpkin oolong. The drinks were good and you could really taste the flavors of lychee, pumpkin, and red bean. Pricing was fair compared to other drink stores. Size was decent as well. I wouldn’t mind trying them again, but a different location.I certainly know which location I went to and that was the cup that I received and while you may no longer have the hot cups anymore at the time of my visit you did. This is in fact the location I visited and did not confuse myself.

Huge variety of flavors and the two we tried were really good. Kung Fu Milk Tea and Winter Melon Tea. Im not a fan of the Boba but my wife and daughter are so i was able to sample theirs and the flavor was great. I might try one without the balls next time we come.

I love this location, I normally go to the Kung fu tea in Missouri city since it’s closer to my job & house, but this location has the best service, variety of selection . They have a great team and system, even when it’s very busy the wait isn’t that long, their team works hard together and all have great attitudes. The owner or manager is very kind and humble as soon as he walks in he greet everyone and immediately helps out his team . He shows great leadership . I ordered a mango green tea and he recommended that I tried their strawberry crepe which was sooo good! I definitely would recommend this location and travel the extra miles because I never leave unsatisfied!

I came I tried and the milk tea with tapioca was a no for me, not good at all. They have other stuff on the menu though that looked good that I would try.

Went here a few weeks ago. Staff was very friendly and offered advice on what to order. Tapioca Pearls were sweet and fresh and their herbal tea is amazing! Highly recommend if your in Pearland town center.

I usually get the taro milk tea, but stopped there yesterday and saw that they now have purple yam lattes. Soooo good. Kung Fu Tea has the best texture of boba and aloe jelly out of all of the tea places I’ve tried.

Bought two slushees, one wasnt blended all the way and had chunks of ice, and the other was not even a slush, just liquid. For $12, i would expect better :) Drinks tasted great though.

I love their bubble tea. They are one of the few places that offers a caffeine free option. The service is always very friendly. They are offering crepes now and we tried it. It was very good! They served a large portion as well.

The Rosehip Lemonade (gives me life) is the only thing I order, I am sure they have other amazing drinks!

Traveled to pearland and stopped here for some milk tea. The customer service was so good!!! And the teas and mochi were wonderful. We will stop back in tomorrow morning before heading home.

Service was slow, place is always crowded with people inside and always a line to order. They should really invest in getting a bigger place.

The employee was decently polite, which is why my rating isnt lower, but he didnt notice the displayed prices were lower than what he was charging, until I pointed it out & he looked closer at the tv menu.Still charged the new prices though.And honestly, it was the oddest tasting taro milk tea, Ive ever had. And for almost $12, for two, a big disappointment. I dont remember their drinks tasting that off, last visit. Unfortunately, Ive now removed this place from my go to stops & I wont be bringing others again nor returning.

It was okay. The service was great. The Milk Thai Tea was mediocre. Nothing really stuck out except for the small size of the cup being reduced even further by the ice inside. The visit cost me as much as a meal for two small teas to go.

The staff was nice. Its a small place but looks really trendy. The Strawberry Lemonade Green tea was AMAZING. Ive been looking for a drink similar to the Berry Blast from Teaholic and this one is close to it. Probably better in its own way. Will come back again.

The two young ladies that were working there and took my order, were very pleasant and I feel they did everything they could to make sure that I had a good experience. I rarely review for franchises, but I think they deserve recognition.

Kung Fu Tea just recently open, and with the lack of bubble tea drinks in the area, we had to check it out. Its a small and cozy place with a long couch to sit on as well as counter style window seating. Their menu has a variety of coffee, tea, and smoothie drinks. We ordered the medium sized Taro Milk Green Tea and Oreo Milk Tea with Tapioca. The drinks were good, but the size was a little small compared to what you would get at a bubble tea place in Chinatown for the same price. Its cool to have more options for bubble tea in the area, but youll pay a little bit extra for not needing to drive into town.

The honey milk tea is really good. Their boba is better than most tap places. The price is reasonable for the quality of their milk tea. Id rather pay a little more and actually enjoy my drink. They offer a lot of different drinks but the honey milk tea is definitely the best.

Great service. Last time I went in they ran out of an ingredient. I had about 3/4 of a drink. Rather than just charging me for a smaller size, they offered another free drink in a different flavor of the same size and I got to keep the original.

I love Kung Fu Tea, i was a regular at the one near my university. I moved down here this summer and was really excited to see that there was one close by. Really great atmosphere, great drinks, and friendly staff. Ive gone here countless times already and Ive only been living here for three months lol

I liked the tea I ordered, but I really expected a much wider selection of plain and traditional teas.For the name, and being a martial artist, I expected more. So was a little disappointed on that front.It was nice inside but also, kind of expected more of a cafe type dine in experience.It wasnt bad. Just not what I expected or was hoping or looking for

First off Id like to say I love most of the drinks with mango snow and kf milk tea being my 2 favorites.Please remove the aquarium. It is not taken care of. I have been there many times when fish are suffocating or already floating at the top. Then the next day you know the fish died because its totally redone or it is barely stocked like it is now. The tank is always covered in black algae. When mentioning it to staff nobody seems to care. I realise they are just fish but as an aquarium hobbyist myself it sucks to see the condition of the tank whenever I go to KF Tea.

My girl and I had the Pineapple Sunshine. It was dank. The decor was beautiful and it was small but comfortable.

Drinks always taste great, the best place in Pearland for boba. Great customer service as well. Very sweet people!

Love their drinks. Theyre made very sweet so adjust as needed. Theyve started to also serve some snacks. The inside is very small. Dont expect to hang out or study at this location. They also have a couple tables for outside seating.

The black, green, and oolong milk teas are very tasty (hot or cold). Ive tried various milk teas in the Pearland area and in Chinatown -- this place tops the list of flavorful milk teas for me. Staff are all friendly and inviting.

Had a milk green tea. Some different about this tea. Flavor not as good as the other boba tea in the Chinatown area.

I’ve had two horrible experiences at this location.First, a coworker of mine and I went to get some drinks and unfortunately, one of the drinks tasted a little strange, so we asked if the drink could be altered or re-made and we were told that it couldn’t be done. After asking for a manager, or a manager phone number, the employee wrote the number incorrectly so there was no way to contact the store manager.Another time, my friend was given a drink that was made incorrectly. Mind you that I’ve worked for Kung Fu Tea before, and I know exactly what goes in every drink. She ordered a HOT TARO MILK TEA. The cashier misheard and told another employee to make a MEDIUM TARO SLUSH. When she was called to pick up her drink, she realized the order was taken incorrectly. Upon asking the cashier, she responded with, “You didn’t say hot, but okay, I’ll just steam your slush.” Excuse me, but what? The recipe for a hot taro milk tea is COMPLETELY different from a medium taro slush; steaming the slush will only melt and make the drink taste like powdered water. REMINDER: I HAVE WORKED FOR A KUNG FU TEA. Every employee who works at Kung Fu Tea knows this; they have to take a test before they are even allowed to begin making drinks.The customer service here is beyond unacceptable. I just can’t believe the quality of care put into serving customers. Absolutely awful.

The staff was very friendly and personable and the prices werent bad. I was mildly disappointed in the drink selection, but Ive also just been spoiled by a different tapioca place nearer to my home. Overall, great flavor, and great customer service. And they are way better than The Drink Station further down the road. Lol

Great place, friendly too. Drinks well made, not slopped together, and with good flavors. Occasionally very busy, but thats a good problem I guess.

Took 30 minutes to make my order of ONE tea. Had to ask for my order a second time and when they finally made it it only took 2 minutes. Helped and served SIX other people who came in after me. HORRIBLE customer service. Rude employees. Waste of time and money for mediocre tea.

Been going here for years, I personally prefer them over teahouse (which is still one of my faves)... the staff is always very kind and helpful, they always talk very highly of their boss which is always nice to see, Ive never had a bad drink here, perhaps a few mistakes that were easily remedied, but sometimes even the mistakes worked out favorably lol

I absolutely love kung fu tea but not from this location. it was horrible. my tea didnt have much flavor just tasted like a regular. usually tapioca has somewhat of a flavor but this place was just so bland. first time coming and i believe it will be my last. the one in rice village is to die for!

The location is nice and the staff are very personable however the lack of fresh ingredients leaves me having to drive back to Chinatown as I ordered a strawberry slush and they only use a jam not fresh strawberries so it was extremely sweet.
