I brought a 6 month old battery in for a warranty reacement. I was told that since the battery was not holding a charge that the battery would not be able to be warrantied. I politely asked if they could leave it on a charger and I would come back.in the morning to see if it holds a charge could we then warranty it?NO NO NO! WAS ALL I WAS TOLD! since I brought it in dead it this store would not warranty the battery ever period!Thanks for the 2yr warranty.THA

Ive bought about three or four motorcycle batteries here over the last five years.Most of the time I figure the heat has killed the battery and just gotten a replacement.Over the years the service has declined but I went here due to it being easy.I went to get my current battery tested since I had some issues. Mind you I already tested it with a multimeter and knew how many volts it had. The issue is I wanted it tested with a bettery tester that would verify if there were any issues with the battery.When they went to test it they pulled out a multimeter. When I mentioned a load test or any other tests the employee looked at me with a blank face and acted like he couldnt do anything else.Im done with this location and by extension the franchise as a whole.

STAY AWAY! This place has the most ridiculously bad customer service EVER. All my daughter wanted for her birthday was her dads watched, so we bought some new straps and went to this location to get the battery replaced. LESS THAN A WEEK LATER the watch died. When we called the store to see about getting the battery replaced again, the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He didnt so much as apologize, but said that after a week, we were out of luck. He was so rude to my husband, and my daughter is so disappointed that she cant use her birthday present. We will never be visiting them again.

I had an amazing experience when I ordered and picked up right before the storm was slated to strike the Houston area. My products purchased were ready and the stoker service person was expedient. The reason I give a 5 is I arrived at the store another day 10 minutes prior to closing and the person working told me he could not do my watch battery now and asked me to come back in the morning. I did not ask for reasoning as I was not going to debate why he would not assist me, I would just take my business elsewhere. If you show up to a clothing store 10 minutes before they close are you not allowed to buy the clothes you have selected? If you are in line at HEB as they make their announcement to come to the register as they are closing and 10 minutes before they close, will you not be checked out? Exactly- they would check you out and send you on your way and this young man decided not to assist me for whatever reason. I have had my battery changed before and it takes roughy 5 minutes! I have told others of my experience and that is why I will not recommend or return!

I needed a battery for my Jetski but all other places only offers 3 to 6 months warranty. I was able to find a battery with 2 year warranty at Batteries+. Price was not much more than the AGM batteries at other stores that only offered 6 month warranty.

Great experience! I had two wrist watches sitting dead for a few years in my dresser drawer. I took them in and in only a few minutes, they both worked again! They offered a great lifetime battery service for only about $20 per watch, of which I took advantage. I would definitely recommend them, as they were not only efficient, but also friendly and courteous.

Do not waste your time. My situation was very easy to address and the company COMPLETELY dropped the ball. I made an appointment for an iphone X repair (battery issue). Appointment was made two weeks in advance. I walk in at my appointment time and they proceed to tell me that the appointment was canceled. Thats news to me. It would be good for a company to communicate to their customers. The appointment was canceled because they do not repair batteries in an iphone X. (at least....that was the excuse). This phone has been out for over 2 years and this company tells me it too new to repair. What a joke!! If you can not repair an iphone X battery then DO NOT TAKE THE APPOINTMENT. If you can not live up to your end of the agreement, at least have the common decency to communicate that to your customer and not waste my time.NOTE: (0 Stars).

Extremely poor customer service!! Store associate were unwilling to greet you once inside.. Manager is always unavailable, associates unaware of manger schedule? Manager doesnt return calls regarding anything? Employees park in front of store, preventing customers easy access. Associates not wearing name plates. Merchandising of store was poor and associate was on his personal phone while interacting w/customer(Peyton). @ the owner replying that the customer should call the manager(Sid). Im still waiting on the manger to return my call??

Im only shopping at Batteries+ for automotive batteries from here on out. This is a real review btw. I couldnt find anyone to order a NorthStar 27F battery and recieve it within weeks after my OEM battery started leaking. Sid here not only is having it delivered to the store in a couple days but gave me a loner battery to use while we wait. Better than reasonable prices after the online coupon was used too. That makes me a lifer. Thanks Sid!Ill update again once i get the new battery in.

Needed a battery for a 2006 BMW. Went on the website and used the guide to determine the right battery for my car. I paiid for it online, and went to pick it up later that day. Upon arrival, there were two young kids running the store, both unprofessional in the way they spoke and dressed. I brought in my old battery to have the core charge refunded. The boy that tried to ring me up took almost 15 minutes to figure out how to refund $15. I also noticed the new battery looked different than the old one, and i asked him if this was the right battery. He said, its for a z4. I explained that i needed a battery for a 330i. He then said, this will work, obviously unsure of his answer. I left the store feeling very unsure of my purchase, and the use of my credit card. This business is a good concept, but i would question the professionalism, and customer service of the employees. Probably wont be back.

Charged my battery for three days and couldn’t hold a charge. Ended up taking to store in Pearland. They hooked up to meter and manger Sid said that it needed a different type of charge and to leave for a few day. He also asked how often I drove truck and I told him every two weeks and I disconnect it after every use.Ended up calling me in three days. Employee told me that my battery wasn’t any good and not covered under warranty not even partial warranty. I didn’t understand why, he mentioned that I didn’t use it. After him trying to explain, he gave me the example, that it’s like a cell phone battery if I don’t use and don’t charge battery it will suffer battery memory effect. Told him that was not a good example sense my phone does not a alternator to recharge my battery and if I use my cell phone the battery will go dead and not recharge when using. Asked to talk to the manger. This employ was nice and tried his best, knew he was trying to help the best he could.Manager called me back shortly, and in a nut shell. I was given many different reasons why my battery wasn’t covered under warranty. I was told that I never charged it. Sid was the same person I dropped off battery to. I told him I drove it every two weeks and he reminded me that I told him two weeks sense he remembered me. I asked him what his definition was, of never. He directed the conversation away and didn’t want to answer. He said I needed to charge on a normal basis, and that was every car battery. I asked him what his definition of regular basis was. He again steered away from the question, told me I never charged it, and never used battery. I asked again what his definition of regular basis was. He ended up saying every 8 hours. I work 12 hour shifts and don’t charge my 100 dollar battery and don’t charge every 8 hours. I asked him if this is for every battery, he replied yes. I asked if he did every 8 hours, he said yes. I replied if he ever went without driving his car for two days and he steered from question again. So I kept asking if he ever went out of town and car sat for 2 days. He steered from question. I asked if they charge there batteries on the rack and he said yes, I asked, how often? He said twice a month. I asked Sid if it says in the warranty if I drain battery under a curtain amount of voltage and he said yes. I never seen paper work of results of my battery, just verbal. Battery is three years old and I paid little under 350 for battery.In conclusion I was upset that I was given many different stories and none of them ran straight. Never, 2 weeks, every month, and 8 hours are all different times. Was given back my battery, I don’t know if it even works, upset more of the service than anything. Drove to auto parts store and picked up an optima. Not because I think I needed a expensive battery but just knew that a auto parts store would be more helpful if I ever needed help, and could give a more trust worthy service than this store in Pearland. Didn’t even get core charge, just left battery in garage.If I get bad service or bad product from a place I just don’t go back or by again. But in this case seems like they really deserved this review.Warranty states that I have to charge once a month and I drove truck 45 minutes one way, so 1 hour and thirty minutes every two weeks. Alternator right under 14 volts and I disconnect after every use. Lesson learned, I probably should have just bought auto parts from auto parts store, seems like they would be more likely to stand behind their product. Just thought the battery I bought had good numbers and reviews and wanted to give a shot. Battery may have been good product but still not worth dealing with manager in Pearland location.

Buyers beware. I purchased roughly $700 worth of golf cart batteries from this store. One of the six batteries ended up with a bad cell and one of the terminals on this battery began to melt. I brought it in last Saturday where they tested the battery overnight and confirmed to me that it had a bad cell. I was told from three different employees on three different occasions over the last week that the problem was covered under warranty and they would call me when the replacement came in. After a week, I hadnt heard anything so I called the store (13th call, by the way) and this time spoke to Sree, the franchise owner) who told me that this was not covered by warranty and there was nothing he was willing to do to rectify the situation. Keep in mind, this is after a full week with zero communication from the store to myself. I told Sree I would be there shortly to pick up my defective battery but, of course, he was gone within the 15 minutes it took me to get there.I would pay double for these batteries elsewhere before shopping here again. The lies, lack of communication, and zero rectification is absurd.
