The guys know their stuff but I guess I just caught them on a bad day. I had some speakers installed and an amp and little subwoofer. Had to take the vehicle back to have the power cable for the subwoofer reattached. I am still figuring out how to put my trim pieces back on my car that were not reattached. Honestly I am going to have to go through all of the connections after seeing how this install was done. I could have done it myself but did not feel like having to mess with it in the heat. Its still disappointing that I have to now go and put my car trim back together after a professional install. I dont know what happened and dont feel like going back to have them mess with it but It looked like a kid installed it. Im not saying dont go there but like everything else you need to unfortunately go oversee everything.

Place did a horrible job!!!! A job that was initially a 4day job turned into 2 weeks. Then on top of that my speaker mounts wasnt tighten and came undone. Wasnt impressed at all, definitely not professional work. 👎🏽👎🏽Two Thumbs down!!!

Steve gave me a fair price and said he’d honor his work. There was one item that I wanted completed but that I would bring it back another day. Later the head unit went out which prompted me to bring it back unplanned. When I walked in, Steve immediately remembered our conversation to complete the last item from the last visit. I also told him about the unit being out. Steve didn’t blink an eye said he’d take care of both things. A few hours later, he called and said the car was ready. No hassle, no charge, no fee. Thanks Steve!!

Great experience with purchasing a new radio for my sons truck and having it installed. Very quick installation (about 1-1/2 hours), looks like it came from factory, very knowledgeable and friendly people. Will definitely have Steve do more additions on my sons truck.

So far these people have been great! Jose is very easy to deal with and honest about selling me what I needed to match what I wanted, as opposed to up-selling me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Went to see Steve and he helped me find a double din that fit my needs! Clean install work and it really woke up my sound system! Highly recommend this place! Honest and straightforward with you no gimmicks or games! Soon I will have them build a new box for my subs.

These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied after my hvac system stopped working after they installed an aftermarket radio. In the end it is my vehicle having issues, not the work they did. I also had them install a backup camera which works great, I just wish i would have gotten one with a wide angle view. Steve and his long hair installer are awesome guys to work with. I highly recommend getting work done with them, they will treat you like family!

I recently purchased a new radio and today bought new speakers for my older model vehicle. On both visits the customer service was excellent and products were quality and reasonably priced. Although my purchase was small I received customer service of the highest quality. The servce techs patiently programmed my radio, Bluetooth and even customized the balance of the speakers to my hearing. I rarely write reviews, but then I rarely receive good customer service. I am happy to recommend these guys!!

Not Internet cheap, but fair priced. Customer service so far is Very Very good. Two visits, and two different employees have taken the time to answer all my questions in depth, and gave me there personal advice.

I was having trouble finding somebody to install a stereo in my car because of a hard to find part. These guys were able to get the part that day and have it installed within the hour. I highly recommend them.

Bring back the old owner. The current one isnt fully honest, seems to approve substandard work, and then tries to make u feel like hes doing you a favor to correct the substandard work! Also you vehicle is not done in the order it arrives. in my case it took 6 months to install a radio, install some leds, install a trunk build with 4 6x9s and repair a bumper, Excuse was that they had other vehicles come in that they had to do. which to my ears means that mine didnt take precedence. After 6 months I went to pick up vehicle only to discover that things agreed on were not installed correctly, or wernt dont at all, to this day i still have things not done or not working properly and the owner refuses to return my calls. i spend around $4000 !! I did not ask for a hook up or a discount. the original agreed amount was around $1800. Owner jacked up the price by doubling the same items on the invoice 2 and 3 times and then telling me that he had to do some extra stuff.! With all of this the vehicle was filthy inside and out when i went to pick up. after 6 months i had to leave it there an additional week to let them fix items and complete work agreed upon. (again which they still didnt complete) i urge people not to go to this place.!!

I took my boat here to install a SONAR/GPS. I did not expect the level of product knowledge until I asked about my sound system. I left with a complete sound system and GPS within a few hours. BTW housekeeping and quality was a grade A. The owner even picked a screw up that dropped.

The staff was knowledgeable about products and techniques. I feel they are very talented and are more like engineers!

Great service, friendly employees, they definitely know there stuff if you arent sure what you need or want to ask questions of something. Couldnt find the box i wanted for my subs and they had it ready to go for me, installed 2 10” subs and the subs were a little to big for the box so they cut to make it fit which they did a great job in making then fit snug, didnt cut too much, just right, time wise- didnt take too long to got everything done less than 2 hours adding they had to custom the box a bit. Fast but great and secured job. I dont have wires all over the place. Overall a 10/10 rate and will most definitely recommend it for anyone looking for great, friendly, knowledgeable service and I’ll definitely go back to get my stereo and another custom system done 👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽
