Where do I start!Edible Arrangements Pearland delivery driver Jolie went above and beyond! Despite the rain, and my family not being at the home for the delivery called me to provide other options of keeping everything fresh and safe as to taking it to the restaurant my family was at if close by and ended up giving to a known neighbor of my family after back and forth via telephone. Terrible customer service in Pearland, When those people know they are delivering into a black neighborhood you will not get your order until the end of the day. This will be the last time I order from Edible arrangements Pearland. The customer service I received today as I was asking about my order for my 8 year olds birthday was totally unacceptable. Never again. P.S. we dont want you over here.

My Mother ordered a balloon delivery for me this week for a Birthday surprise. Once they arrived, I sent her a photo of them, and she was a bit disappointed they werent what she had selected, or what the photo she saw online looked like. She called and spoke with someone at this location directly, and they quickly apologized, and offered to deliver me another balloon bouquet that same night, in the rain! So very pleased with the beautiful balloons, and my Mother was happy that I received what she originally intended.

I received chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for Mothers Day 2019 from this location. It wasnt delivered until that night, 9pm. They were the smallest strawberries Ive ever seen and they were not sweet as fresh strawberries are. There was barely any chocolate on the strawberries as if they were rushed and half dipped. I was so disappointed that I had my hubby grab me some from HEB. HEBs chocolate covered strawberries were fresh & sweeter, fully covered in chocolate, and worth the price while Edible Arrangements chocolate strawberries were a waste of money. Ive attached a photo (HEB on the left, EA on the right) and you can clearly see the difference; EAs strawberries look like they were withered and thrown together while HEBs are beautiful and fresh. We will never order from them again. How do you send this to someone on Mothers Day?

Horrible service! First and last time. I made an order for Valentine’s Day and it was all wrong, messy, and super late!I understand the holiday can be very busy and stressful, but I made the order on Monday morning to make sure my girlfriend got her order on Friday during her work hours. Not only were they delivered after she got off work, but they were delivered 8 minutes after the store was closed! Luckily her manager was still there and got them for her. Then she was sent a picture of the strawberries. It wasn’t the correct order and the strawberries were probably the leftover smallest strawberries they had. I was very dissatisfied! It’s suppose to be a beautiful day and we trust these companies to do the absolute best. I’ve had edible arrangements sent for many years and this location has to be the worst.

Called on a Friday evening for a delivery on Saturday. Yall did an awesome job of helping us decide what the best arrangement and the best price available was for my Aunts 91st birthday and delivered it at a perfect time!! Everyone there for the party was extremely impressed and had many great comments for me to hear when I called. It warmed my heart to hear how wonderful this gift was to my Aunt and other family members... these ladies had a fit! THANK YOU!! (my only complaint is that you were going to photo it and text it to me but forgot. Not a biggie!)

Today is my 14th wedding anniversary. I ordered big basket, balloons and cookies to be delivered @ 11am & 12 noon. Everything arrived on time, however the fruit was not sweet I then called to explain my wife was not happy, I was then to that I was the only COMPLAINT today out of 200 customers. I was asked to be put on hold & was disconnected, after attempting to call back 4 times no answer I decided to write my 1st review. I will never order from them again. I feel disrespected on my anniversary totally sucks

The arrangement was for my nephew - wishing him a great first day at kindergarten. Two associates delivered the arrangement and both wished him a great first day at kindergarten. Placed an order way ahead of time for mothers day 2020 I get it busiest day of the year. But still no delivery and its now 915 pm. Called stored around 345 pm to check ETA was told couldnt give me on. Now my mom stayed home to recieved a gift her daughter told her will arrive but recieved no gift. Never had a problem before until today. Well today they lost this customer. Will call to try and get a refund in the morning. Should be

The customer service here was like none other. I was waiting in my truck for a few minute and the specialists hand delivered the product to my car! Ill be back. Also, they do have a 10% military discount. Pretty cool, seems like they love their work, and care about the customers.

Went to the Pearland locations and ordered for my wife. Ask them the next day what time. No one could tell me a time. They showed up at 5:30 in the evening. We haf already left. Stalled wife all day. Had to go to store to pick up order with eife in the car. And they didnt want to give me delivery money back. Also rude st this location. First and last time. They said my order was pick up at 12:30. And they tried to deliver at 5:30. And I live 5 minutes from the place.

This place is amazing the fruit there is always fresh. The employees are kind and friendly. Best place to buy fruit. The caramel dipped in chocolate apples are my favorite. Overall great environment and always clean.

I live in another country and ordered a arrangement from here for my parents 50th anniversary.. I believe her name was Tara who called. I can’t remember for sure but she was extremely helpful. She called to confirm that I wanted one as big as I had ordered. She offered to refund if I wanted to size down. I would’ve never known just how huge the order I placed was because I did it online but it would’ve been way too big So we talked about sizing down and then She also offered to do any other customizations and was very helpful and friendly. And My parents absolutely loved it!

Abysmal customer service. Similar experience to another customers review. Placed the order in a week in advance. They did not make the delivery on the designated day; instead they called me and gave a long song and dance about how they were unable to contact the recipient who is retired and was at home that day. Refused to leave the gift at the door as instructed, citing that it could be stolen...and then the customer will call us and complain... Insisted on in person delivery requiring a signature, which I was not informed of in advance. One would think they were delivering a TV instead of chocolate covered fruit. Dreadful. Will never deal with Edible Arrangements again. They would be rated negative 3 stars if possible.

My husband placed an order in which he spend $130 to get me a Berry chocolate love bouquet for Valentines day with balloons. When the delivery guy came he gave me a bag which consisted of dozen chocolate covered strawberries with balloons and without a note (which I found strange). When my husband came home he asked me where the rest of the gift was and i didnt know what he was talking about until he showed me confirm email. I ended up calling them and the lady I spoke with was very sweet. She told me they were sorry and they can have it delivered in the morning. My husband was already mad about the situation especially when he wrote such a beautiful note for me. We decided to cancel the order no point in having it delivered the next day. The lady eneded up reading me the note my husband had wrote. I just wish the delivery person would pay more attention when delivering gifts especially when people are spending their hard earned money and paying $15 for delivery to only not get what you have ordered. The guy who delivered my gift was on the phone before I opened the door and ita probably the reason for making the mistake.

The staff there were so rude and unprofessional. They told me my gift would be delivered at a certain time and it was sent hours later. I was trying to get it sent in a timely manner because the person I was sending the gift to was leaving the location. The staff told me my gift would be the first one to be delivered but it was not so my friend did not receive her gift in time. When I called to complain the young woman hung up on me. I will never do business with this store again.

I Placed an order yesterday morning and was told it would be there approximately around noon. At almost four 0clock the recipient still had not gotten the arrangement, I called and asked what was going on . The driver said she could not find the apartment. I gave her my phone number to call, should any problems come up. I did not receive a call, the driver could have gone to the front office at the apartments to ask but didnt. Once my daughter received the arrangement, I asked for her to take a picture she said I would have to wait because it needed to be in the refridgerator for a while because it looked wilted, even though it was fruit. I spent over $100.00 and I am not happy with this transaction at all.
