Service was great! The young lady who assisted me sold me on socks although I have plenty at home. She assisted me in a pleasant manner and was efficient.Store was clean and presentable. I was greeted when I walked in with a warm welcome. At some retailers their welcomes sound generic at times bc they’re required to greet you.I would definitely recommend and will be back.

Don’t waste youre money going to this place they are rude and do not know how to treat customers the blonde girl was extremely rude they gave me a pair of used Sperrys and a torn box I am going back and gettin a refund this people are so UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! They didn’t have the Dr Martins or the Converse I wanted. The employee did search online as well as other locations. That was nice. Clean environment but I did feel like there were a lot of ppl in the small location. COVID protocol was kind of impossible to follow unless you allowed one family in at a time. The chairs weren’t blocked off I guess bc you have to sit down to try on the shoes but I didn’t see them wipe anything down in my 15 min visit. Overall I would come back

Nice store apart of the Pearland Town center outlet. They have some of the best variety of shoes. Good thing about Journeys if youre online and they dont have the shoe youre looking for you can always check another store.
