Dr. Nguyen and her team are awesome. Both Dr. Nguyen and associate Dr. Pantelis are very personable and thorough with their patients. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to help answer any questions, they always provide terrific customer service. I highly recommend Pearle Vision!

I have used this location for my prescription glasses and eye care for many years. The staff has always assisted me in a timely and professional manner even when I walked in for a minor adjustment on the frame. Dr. Nguyen knows my vision history and has confirmed my vision didn’t change over multiple years. My progressive, polarized, scratch resistant sunglasses are of the highest quality and continue to severe me well.

Staff promptly greeted me when I walked in. I was the first appointment of the day. I was there for my annual exam and to have my prescription updated. They were very courteous and professional in doing my tests prior to seeing the optometrist . Dr. Pantelis was very professional and thorough.

No customer service etiquette from lady with weave and bun and Long nasty pink nails! However she did point me to the kid section from behind the desk.Since glasses on display are not a one size fits all, she was bothered that I asked her to tell me sizes on glasses so I could find the proper size glasses for my child. She was also bothered that I asked her to fit glasses on my child to ensure a proper fit.Last time I checked glasses with prescription are $200 plus easy! Therefore asking for help doesnt seem wrong right?! Go elsewhere, and spend your money where you are appreciated!

Absolutely the BEST Eye Care place in Pearland!!! So grateful to have found Dr. Anh Nguyen, who is very knowledgeable and caring, and her service is impeccable to say the least. I always highly recommend this location to all my family and friends for sure.

Dr. Nguyen was great with my 5-yr-old daughter!!! I can’t say enough about the patience and thoroughness Dr.Nguyen showed to my daughter. The staff was sweet to my child as well; she wasn’t taking the news of having to wear glasses well, but the staff was so kind and helpful.

I went here for my first eye exam in Texas. Dr. Nguyen was awesome and amazing. She is very personable and took amble time to talk to me and answer all my question. She was very knowledge as well. The eye exam was the best value I could find. I was clearly told about another test for $39. I am unclear about previous comments about not seeing this. When I opted out I just had to initial a line. They also provided me with 4 free contact lenses to use while I waited for my contacts to arrive. The glasses frames are only expensive if you buy designer brands like anything else. The staff was also very friendly. I will be returning here to get my next eye exam.

Go somewhere else. Me and my wife will not go back to this store so do not think about trying them out like we did. They apparently get a lot of negative reviews.

My wife called to schedule our annual appointments (by the way they cancelled due to Covid 19 and never called back to reschedule) and the young lady on the phone gave my wife a time and then proceeds to say that we are only making appointments for people that are buying contacts and glasses from us. I know that everybody is trying to stay a float in this time, but I get my contacts thru my company for free - so when my wife proceeded to tell the lady she stated we wont be able to see you then, even thou we have really good insurance and they would get paid for the exam. My wife and I have been going here for the past 7 years and to be told this we were appalled. So we have now taken our business to another company and wont be back.

Well!!! First impressions are everything. We arrived at this location 5:53pm. They closed at 6:00pm. The young lady behind the table told us “we close in 5 minutes”Customer Service service announcement: the time you close is actually in 7 minutes also you should never tell someone who walked in your store we close in five mins.Try ——-how can I assist you?Do better!The older woman in the background was repeating over and “close it out so we can leave in 5 min!!”. She was extremely rude to the young ladies that clearly work under her. She was talking to them like they were children.It was very uncomfortable I was distracted from the seven mins I actually had left although we were told five MinsOn the other hand wish I had a moment to look at the glasses so I could come back buy but I was so turned off I went to Today’s Vision 3 mins away and made a $400 purchase.Customer service goes a long way!

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for 15 years.She has always been very efficient, thorough and very interested in my vision in all aspects. She never rushes or makes you feel like she only has so much time for you. She is very friendly and competent.We have never had a problem with our contacts/glasses or the prescription for them.Dr. Nguyens staff is professional and very friendly. They have always greeted us and make a point of asking if there is anything they can do for us. When I call they always quickly answer my question whether they have to ask the Dr. or not.I can not say enough about Dr. Nguyen.I have gone to other eye Drs and her level of knowledge is at the top.

PEARLE VISION IS THE BEST EYE CENTER I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO, AND DR. ANH NGUYEN IS THE BEST, I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER EYE CENTER.

I cant believe this place only has 3 stars! I love this clinic, I will be a customer for life. Ive had pretty bad experiences at other vision clinics, but Ive never had a complaint here. Dr Nguyen is very kind, thorough, and caring. I trust her, and thats alot for me to say of a doctor. Also, I think the staff member named Lauren, she was very helpful with helping me, answering questions, and helping me buy frames. I highly recommend this place, especially for those whose eyes are sensitive to the dilation drops like I am.

Horrible customer service!!! There were two people working and no one offered to provide assistance; they never even got up from their chairs. I really liked the product selection but I was afraid to bother them. I wish I was able to give “negative zero stars.”

Ive been going to this Pearle Vision for over 15 years and have never once had a bad experience. Dr. Nguyen is wonderful as is the other doctor. The staff has always worked with me to determine what I needed and that I was satisfied. Thanks Pearle Vision.

Dr. Nguyen is very nice and personable. Im not sure of the other Drs name, but she is also very helpful and patient; even for someone like me. I am very meticulous about things like this.I had issues with my first pair of contacts not being clear enough, apparently there was a transcription error. (mistakes happen) When that was corrected I wasnt happy with the fit/feel and they quickly offered an alternate brand. The second brand has been amazing, almost like nothing in my eyes.(Biofinity)Im not sure why there are previous negative reviews, but the team there has been nothing but good in my book.

This place was empty yet they refused to help me. I had a peace of metal stuck on my eye and I was told that I would have to wait 3 days to see the doctor. They where completely useless.

Will not be back. Still waiting for my prescription to be emailed to me so that I can get my glasses at a fair cost. With free frames because the 500.00 pair that broke & the technician said they should not have broken in the spot they did, it was still going to cost me 500.00 just for the lenses ...Its just not even right My insurance paid for the eye exam yet I still dont have my prescription in order to get my glasses, most places Ive been to in the past 20 years give you a paper prescription if you dont buy your glasses that day....the man I worked with would not give me the prescription my insurance paid for....I wont be back.

Buyer beware! You are going to sign an agreement before you get to see your glasses. And even if they cant provide what they promised, you are going to have to pay.Feeling reasonable and want to talk it out with a manager...? Nope. They are not in and have no interest in calling you back, but you are offered the option of calling them. Maybe you will get lucky and they will be in. Probably not.You have lots of options in where you buy your glasses. I suggest you go with one that is interested in you as a customer and not just in grabbing what money they can from you.
