My jaw was wired shut and I was looking for things that I could drink I picked up a case of drinkable yogurt that was on the shelf and spent 30 minutes trying to scan it before the young man in the aisle found out that the case was not supposed to be out on display that all the yogurts were to be sold individually. Overall its not a bad experience, but I wish that they were better at stocking their shelves. Also we are in the middle of a pandemic and they dont have any face masks completely sold out. They should have them things on lock!

I have gone to this Walmart for a few years now. It gets worse and worse. Parking lot is messy with trash everywhere. At night people hang around the parking lots oddly. Inside is better than outside but the place just doesnt feel safe. Pearland Police dont sit in the parking lot anymore. Go elsewhere. I have seen broken glass windows recently so lock your car doors. The isles are littered with shipping crates not put out in the evening. If you go and I say if, go during the day time during the week. Thank me later if you do. Mask are optional and most dont wear them inside. So theres that also.

This is not a good Walmart. Staff are sometimes impossible to find and some make you feel like they are annoyed to have to help you. Not all though.Also, their inventory system is useless. Ive tried on several occasions to buy something that the app says is in stock but its not. Ive even tried to buy something online for pickup and I got a your item is ready email but when I got there, they said they were out of stock.

Its a full size store with a good selection. Parking lot is too small, especially since they have done of it away for a bank. Traffic access is also a pain.

As a top 1% reviewer, I highly recommend curbside pickup for online grocery orders. The employees have always been quick and polite. Check in process is efficient using the app. 👍🏼

It was Texas Tax-Free Holiday. I found all but a couple items I was looking for, but found some very nice leather shoes for my husband (which he liked). I was actually able to get checked out in a timely manner. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

We could get some dresses at a decent price affordable.

I went to Walmart to get my annual eye check up. Everything was good. and I needed reading glasses. After I had my eyes checked. I went inside to the store to purchase some vitamins.

Good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. Would be wonderful to stock Envy apples and other fruits and veggies that you find at Kroger and HEB.

I was trying to purchase an item that had an open and damage box that cost about $80. Therefore, A self checkout associate told me that he would take off 25%. If I took the box home I would literally have to get something to clean the box off because it was a brown dried liquid on since this was to be a gift. The manager over self checkout back doors and says no we only do 10%. They will literally argue over a $20 discount for item that I believe deserve a discount. Was I surprise, no, this is Walmart’s reputation. I just thought I would share to let you know my experience.

Stopped in to pick up some dog food. The dog food aisle had a strange smell and was not very clean. Visited the bathroom while there, the one in the back, and it was relatively clean.

Im new to the area and I must say that this store is quite busy with a constant flow of consumer traffic regularly. Pretty much on par with what you would expect in any other Walmart Supercenter. This location however, seems to be a little understaffed, so that means longer lines than other locations. As a whole, not too bad in an up and coming city.

Overall and not a good place to shop I would recommend any other Walmart near the city but this one Its just messy and the employees are rude. I asked for assistance and was met with ignorance.

Great customer service sometimes lines are too long but worth the wait just to see a smiling helpful face. I can also get my hair and nails done here. Everyone is so nice and helpful especially the infamous greeters. Love this Walmart.

I dont shop at Walmart food selection.However I was glad to find a bigger size variety in the produce section.I prefer onions about the size of a baseball. My regular store stocks large ones, at least this particular shopping trip.

Went into Walmart to purchase some Nutter Butter Peanut Butter wafers. They carry them and for about $1.30 or more less than the grocery stores do! I bought three packages for what l could buy two for in the grocery store! In and out in about 7 minutes! My kind of visit!

Bought fresh fruit. It looked fresh, but it was old & had a vinegar flavor.

I had an infected tooth. I went to Walmart pharmacy to get my medicine filled. I arrived just as the pharmacy staff was returning from lunch. I was assured that my medicine would be ready for pickup within 30 minutes. I 30 minutes I received a text that my prescriptions were ready. So, the staff was a blessing.

When I was back to school shopping, this very kind and considerate walmart staff helped me all the way through to color coding notebook on the best deals. 10/10 love the customer service! :)

Im there almost every day. Its extremely convenient from my subdivision.

I had the most terrible experience today. I went in to purchase a TV stand that shows online in stock.Well we asked an employee working at the school supplies if she can help us and said she would call someone over to help us every time she would see us still waiting she would ask us if any one has came and helped and we would tell her no. She said she would call/page again. We went to electronics as well to get someone over to help us they paged over the intercom and still nothing! We literally waited over 20 minutes and still no assistance from no one. We walked out the store. Seriously Walmart’s are only good for what is on the shelf’s because no one has to come and help you.

I went into the auto department this morning. I first spoke with a technician named Andres, I explained that my sons car was worked on and a major mistake happened on the part of the technician. Andres immediately took responsibility and owned up to the error, although he was not responsible he immediately acknowledged the error. He called the Manager on duty Roderick who was a complete professional as well. Roderick towed my sons car back to the store fixed the problem and stayed with the technicians until it was 100% correct. These were two of the most amazing public customer servants I have come across in 30 years in business. Walmart you should promote both of them and kudos to you for hiring these outstanding individuals. 5 stars all the way!

Its always busy and chaotic and sometimes I wonder if we shouldnt have parking attendants because people dont seem to care that people need to get across the crosswalk and this is coming from a driver point of view not a pedestrian. A lot of the staff is not just courteous but Ive come across a couple where they seemed aloof and annoyed that there were customers in the way while they stocked and while they pushed parts of merchandise around to get to another place in the store had a few eye rolls as well from employees if I can afford the time in the gas I go to the other Walmart not this one. Also check out is a freaking nightmare because all those self checkout is great and opens up more it seems to make Walmart think that they shouldnt have to keep checkers at the 100 checkouts they have. Please dont have 20 lanes of check out and only keep two people and check out lanes when youre at 6:00 peak and everybodys shopping.

Selection of specific items seemed limited, such as mens shirts and shoes, but the store seems to have a little bit of everything. The store was also well organized and clean.

I love Walmart they always have what I need all in one store. The prices are great and the workers are friendly and helpful.

Neighborhood store thats great everytime I visit the Houston area.

Came here to buy some earphones some time around 9pm. Every staff that passed by left me to fend for myself. No one in the electronics dept. was able to open a glad door. Good luck if youre coming at night time to get a glass door opened for you. Much sales are lost by helpless staff I see. I went to a better retailer after this and got what I wanted.

It would have been a much nicer experience if people would get off there phones and pay attention to others around them. I dont appreciate being hit with shopping carts

Met with Assistant Manager, Walter, in regards to the large battery display being empty (looking for common 2032 battery), then being sent to the other end of checkout, to an alternate battery display (of which there was none)! Then I was sent to electronics...no batteries. Then I was sent to automotive...no batteries. Then I was sent to jewelry...no batteries! After explaining the ridiculousness of there being no batteries in the entire store, Walter, the Assistant Manager, gives me Ill notify my vendor, (while rolling his eyes)! He made no effort to assist any further in locating a battery. When I asked him if an empty battery display bothered him, he just rolled his eyes and blew me off! Wow, what a ridiculously unprofessional, callous and lazy Assistant Manager. No wonder there is no product on the shelves of this Walmart...a common occurrence at this location. Dont waste your time here. The filth, lack of product and uncaring management all result in a truly bad experience.

20+ check out lanes and only 4 open daily on average. Self checkout is open, but the line is consistently backed up into the produce department. Management needs to pay attention and have at least double the cashiers on staff. Absolutely absurd to operate as a “Supercenter” that only utilizes 4 actual checkout lanes.

I only went to visit someone from out of town. The Hotel is very nice and everything is up to date.

My experience was good. I found what I was looking for and I did self check out without issue.

Walmart has always been my place of comfort. The bigger the store the better. I appreciate the convenience. Its beneficial to all lifestyles. This store is very clean and refreshed. The atmosphere is very settling. My visit is always enjoyable. Its a place of refuge when times get difficult. Shout out to every employee and all management. Continue to shine. I love this WalMart. I frequently shop here on Sunday mornings. The reason for the 3 star rating is typical for most of their franchises in that they always seem to be under staffed at the check out. Like they dont know that their Walmart or something. Also if you get there late parking can be a real b word since its right off of Broadway in New Pearland.

Needs more cashiers line were not moving and it wasnt even packed also 1 or 2 of the self checkout machines needs to take cash stood in a line for over 5 min for 3 small items smh smh

It has been a month now I apply for this place to work as a overnight Stocker to help out in the store I was told I was going to be giving an interview Came waited two hours for an interview no one came out and responded Then I was promised a rescheduled interview now it has been two weeks since thenI dont know what else to do I really wanted to work hereCuz I thought this was a great place But now I am sure Its not a great place to work at all or shop because it is out of I have no felonies I havent been in trouble the people are rude to the customersAnd future possible employees

This store and parking lot are quite dirty and the employees are rude and unhelpful. My husband and I were trying to get into the family planning case and had to ask three employees for help but they kept saying oh, ask *so and so* until finally we were told no its closed. So we searched for 15 minutes for help, were told no, then they started shutting down the self serve registers left and right even with a large line. Whatever this store is doing is clearly not working. I wish I could give a negative star review for how awful this place is. Will NOT be coming back.

I rated them a 3 because I ordered a tv online to her picked up but when I arrived I realized I needed a few things from inside. I went to look at my tv in person and realized it was $37 cheaper in store. I was then going to cancel my pickup and buy from in store. The sales associate working 8n electronics tried to call for help but none came. After 20 minutes of standing there I decided to go ahead and pickup the one that was waiting and call customer service to have them refund me the difference. To my surprise, later that evening I received an email from Walmart stating that they refunded the difference in price though I hadnt called them yet. They get 3 stars for that alone. The rest of the experience sucked.

Clothing for the smaller size not available All I found in the 2 piece sleepwear in cotton was only sizes 2xl and larger. Walmart needs to have clothing for we the smaller size

Usually well stocked, but this time there were gaps in the shelves. No maned check out stations available. I did see they were having some sort of team meeting on the floor. Let us hope this is just a temporary laps.

Best stocked Walmart I have ever been to. I was able to find my size in the mens department clothing easily except for the Hanes boxer brief undies in 2XL. They had none but that was the only thing I could not find in my size in Mens department. All other aisles were well stocked and the grocery items were well stocked and fresh looking.

One functioning mobile cart for entire store; self check registers with cash dispensers not available... total joke!

Pandemically stocked but trying hard to keep it on the shelf. The personnel are exceptional. Customers are demanding and out of touch. Store looks clean and organized. Ill keep coming here and tell another person or two to do the same.

These stores suck. Been trying to buy replacement blade for my Phillips norelco shaver. They have spot on the shelf in every Walmart. But dont ever expect to see any. Just excuses from store managers. We are out of stock. No kidding I can see you dont stock it. But have plenty of them razors kits in stock for 54 dollars. When I pulled up Phillips web site shows no shortage of any kind. Shame on you walmart. Lost me as a customer. I deal with phillips from now on. Ordered and will receive them tomorrow from the factory.

If I could give no stars, I would!I need to buy a run flat tire (special order) but there is no direct number for the tire center. I pressed 0 for an associate but no one answered, then I tried electronics and no one answered....I tried calling EVERY department and the pharmacy was the only department that answered. They called for a manager and after no manager replied to the pharmacy after 27 minutes waiting on the phone, I called Discount Tire and gave then my business instead. BTW, they answered on the 2nd ring, were courteous and beat Walmarts price by $25 a tire!

I bought my daughter a Mischief Bike with (2) set of elbow pads and knee pads (3) helmets and her first aid kit. She loves to ride her bike and her health is soaring. Most importantly the COVID-19 is being prevented when she can do her simple exercises and not have to worry about getting sick. Walmart bikes gave her an opportunity to understand life better and ways of good health. Thank you forever.

Got a delivery request for a 9pm order pickup for Spark (a Walmart service). Arrived at 9:10pm and called the curbside phone number twice. It went to voice-mail. Went inside the store to Customer Service to ask about who to see for pickups. Was spoken to very rudely by the girl behind the counter (I didnt get her name) and told they close at 8pm. Then WHY are they sending out order requests but yet the store is open until 11pm?!

Love my Wally World. This store is very clean inside and out and always has sufficient staff on hand to handle the high volume of customers that come through their doors. The pharmacy staff are especially nice and very patient.
