The end product was done very well and the people that work there are very talented and nice. I wish i could score them a bit higher but they missed their given time frames several times. If you decided to use them Do yourself a favor and quadruple their estimated time frame and you will likely have a good experience

I luv this place! !! Had me in tears my mom had recently passed away and I wanted to keep her favorite chair. They restored my mothers chair like she had just got it out of a furniture store. THANKS!

They do excellent work at a reasonable price. They are difficult to reach by phone.... voicemail box is always full. Use email to contact them. Leave your number and they will call you.

Sheer Perfection did a great job upholstering my sofa, two chairs, large ottoman, and five dinning room chairs. They also fabricated two window cornices. They have an enormous selection of fabrics. Paul (owner) is great to work with and provided some helpful suggestions on the fabric. We are very pleased. The furniture looks incredible. Highly recommend.

I am highly disappointed with their customer service. I was told a certain time frame for my curtains. The time frame was extended to 3 weeks. No one would give me a reasonable explanation. I tried speaking to Paul (owner) in regards to a discount for the increased wait time he refused. He also refused to speak to me. My phone calls were never returned prior to trying to communicate with them. They just did not take my business seriously. Save your time and find another facility.

Couldnt be more impressive with his work! Some things take a long time, but then I shouldnt have even attempted to restore it, but he does work miracles!
