Because Im handicapped, having WORKING motorized carts is an important part of my satisfaction with a store. I was amazed by the number of carts -- and they were operational! Its a huge store with lots of depth in their selections. I was able to pick up things that were out-of-stock in Brenham.

Amazing!! Possibly the world best supermarket, thats what i think anyway. And its not just a supermarket but also a drugstore, a home goods store, a BBQ supply spot + multiple take-out food sttores all in 1. Awesome in-depth selections of products, great produce, tons of store brand items, great grab-n-go meals, you name it. I love coming here + it only keeps getting better.

I like HEB is very convenient I can get to more than 2_3 things done just by going there...

We love H-E-B. Right now, they have a tremendous Valentines Day flowers & roses. As always, great service & wonderful employees.

This place is usually very busy and has a constant flow of customers throughout the day. They have lots of good things to choose from and their products are very fresh. Dont be surprised if you cant park closer to the store. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be shopping here again.

Today I picked up a birthday cake I ordered for my daughter. I ordered it almost 3 weeks ago and told the associate assisting me that I wanted the EXACT same cake that was on display but as a sheet cake, not round like the display shape. The associate must have been new because she went to ask questions from another employee several times but she was friendly and got my order down. When I came in today the cake was a completely different color than what I had ordered. The associate let the bakery manager Lynn know I was displeased and wanted to speak with her. Lynn explained that the standard color for this cake is usually a blue with purple tones in it to look like water and that the one on display TODAY was a fluke and isnt normally that beautiful teal color. Well, I had a photo of the one I ordered and it was the exact same color as the messed up display cake. She could not offer me a new cake and only had frozen ones. I told her I was paying but definitely contacting the general manager. She then proceeded to give me a try this on us coupon which would make this cake free of charge for me. I appreciated the fact that Lynn was attempting to correct the situation and I HATE complaining about things. But I feel it was not my fault that the cake is supposed to be made a blue, purple color but the displays are always a different color....they need to clarify with the customer before we order. The colors for the party were teal, and hot pink. The cake looked nothing like what I had ordered. To be honest though, the cake was moist, delicious, not too sweet, and everyone was happy. I feel bad now for complaining ( I was not rude, disrespectful, etc. Just frustrated) because the cake was so delicious and Lynn was great with how she handled it. I will continue to use their bakery but will make sure to clarify what the cake colors should be etc from now on

Love doing curbside pickup!! They were jam packed tonight! I have one request HEB!! Can you not run out of your tortillas!! Last 3 visits there were none. 🥲😔

Well stocked and clean store, although I dont really like having to walk through the clothing, books, and odds and ends to get to the back where the groceries are, especially when picking up just a couple of items. The pharmacy is fantastic. Would go back, would recommend.

I do not like this one. They blame their busyness for the reason why your pickup order is wrong. I just want my correct items. If your going to substitute an item, then at least read what you are replacing. This is the second time I’ve gotten real meat instead of plant-based. Gluten-free and 100% plant-based are two different things. I’ll stick to the one in Mo City.

Very clean, very organized, and very well stocked H.E.B. The employees were stocking shelves, organizing, and cleaning the store- when I arrived at 7am. Very friendly, and very accommodating employees. The rest rooms were very clean as well. I recommend the H.E.B in Pearland, at Shadow Creek Ranch

HEB needs to run the power grid. fresh produce and dairy back up after the cold snap. no price gouging, and best of all they sell home run inn pizza. bless HEB.

Absolutely love all of the food selections and their premade prepacked foods are awesome... the Lobster Mac&Cheese and the Oyster Rockefeller are to die for as well as the other various ones are..You cant go wrong. The ONLY down fall it the store is extremely crowded and checkout is.super slow..I spent more time in line than I did shopping 🥺

I try to avoid this HEB given its location and parking lot is a mess to maneuver. I did go today for water containers to refill and machine is still not working. I know these are not owned by HEB but come on man, look out for your customers if youre going to lease out a spot for such service.

This store is always being updated. Great products and large variety of international food. Love passing by gardening and seasonal aisle. It can get pretty busy. Disinfecting wipes for carts are still available at entrance.

I ordered food using Curbside at this location and because there werent enough drivers, I wasnt able to prepare dinner. They wanted me to wait until tomorrow which would defeat the purpose. I think they should make sure there are enough drivers before taking orders. A little forecasting would help to match supply with demand so you all wouldnt have unhappy customers like me. I asked for a refund and they havent processed it yet. I want a refund.[Update] After an hour of communicating with HEB associates, I finally got a refund. It will take five days. Five days of inconvenience caused by incompetence. I will never use Curbside again and will use another app like Instacart, Shipt, or Doordash.

Great 👍, but I tried their H-E-B cola and was sadly disappointed. 😥. It wasnt too bad, but I dont see myself buying it very often.

An anti science company that forces its workers to wear placebos but no their customers. as an employee i must wear a placebo but as soon as i clock out for the day im free to walk around as i please without one. there is no rational thinking behind this decision other than to look like they are protecting their customers and employees.

I dont like giving subpar ratings to HEB as I love that store dearly, but this is the first HEB I went to where it feels like its not being operated correctly. I dont know if they are struggling to find employees (Ive applied several times) or whats but its a lot going on.

We normally dont shop at HEB, but had to for a dinner that the guys my husband works with were cooking. It took us forever to find what we needed, & a couple times we were sent to the wrong area for what we were looking for. Its a big store, & if youre not used to the layout, it takes longer to find what youre looking for. The employees were very friendly, & one employee in particular, who worked in the bakery was very friendly, & he helped us the most. I wish we would have gotten his name, so I could have recognized him in my review. We do know hes from Louisiana, & just very helpful!!!

This HEB, I use to feel honored shopping there.Although the employees were very young, their presence made my Granddaughter want to represent HEB.Im not sure when or why but a 180 has happened. The young workers are lazy, non-friendly, lack communication skill.I say send them to Chic Fil A hiring process or release them and replace with individuals who want to work.Starr

They have more options than krogers, but they always seem to be out of the good stuff.

I am in love with this store its clean even though it may be a lot of people there I expect it because of all the good prices most of the time you find what u are looking for! If you dont see it ask one of there workers

I LOVE YOU HEB but it time to drop the mask mandate. Texas is open and the infections are dropping. My family has been HEB shoppers for 50+ years and Im taking my normal Texas life back. The worst lay out I’ve ever seen. You have the food spread out everywhere.

My only complaint is the parking lot is a little small for its size and this location is usually pretty packed. But this is like super heb. Lage seafood Nad meat department they have everything. Even an electronics section. Not off brand risky dink stuff. The real stuff. RING CAMERAS, nest thermostats, name brand head phones and ear buds. Its just a great location just a pain in the butt to find a parking spot.

The seafood section guys are awesome. Good selection throughout.

Went to get my first dose for Covid-19 vaccine, availability was next-day late morning time (even when scheduling online at night).HEB being Texas based and private owned, always has had prompt service. A personal touch of family owned private businesses.

This is a smaller store, but they still have everything you need. I encountered to 2 of the most friendly employees! Very pleasant!

Love coming here, they always have what I need from fresh fruits and vegetables, too seafood and meats and seasonal selections. Love the wine and local beer selections and each department has helpful people willing to help you. I also use HEB products for my tailgates a d BBQ competitions.

Pretty lengthy wait time for them to bring out my curbside grocery order but they were busy that evening. Got 2 items incorrect but other than that great customer service! They contacted me the next day to check if everything was fine and offered to replace the incorrect items will def be back to this location

Love this HEB, its always busy, but the lines are never super long. They have everything here and their gas prices are sometime good.

H‑E‑B Shadowcreek shame on you! Why in the world would you let your employees put out an opened THEN TAPPED medication box? Is this how you train your employees to restock returned items? Something like this should have at least been thrown away who knows if this has been tampered with? Since I did curbside I did not find out about this until I got home now. I’m going to have to come up to H-E-B and return this item.if I could add a picture I would!

H‑E‑B is a staple in Texas for groceries. Clean, polite, and organized with good prices. You can never go wrong here.

The trick to this place is go early. If you go after 12 you better like crowds and waiting. I usually shop Costco because the crowds are less and better prices, buy when I need my specialty items HEB is the place. Great selection and I have never had a problem with the crew there. Tortillas are a must get item. I even FedEx them to my daughter in NYC.

I love H‑E‑B but this location leaves a lot to desire. Poorly Staffed only a handful of lanes open, my lane had no bagger so you had to bag your own groceries and took over 25 minutes waiting to check out. Many of the shelves were empty and stocked out of products.

This place is far worse than these pictures show. Every time I have gone into this store, there is always mold and things growing on the meat and fruit. The store is never at the temperature it should be. The produce is always a dangerous experience. I have given up on this store. Someone please call the health department!!

I have been using curbside service since the start of pandemic and sometimes items are not available and I am bummed out. Today I was able to see of my removed items on a shelf at the front outside of the store and one of the curbside employees, Cassandra, did me a total solid and ran to the front of the store to grab this item for me. Thank you to all employees who are masked up and continue to social distance and still help us with our needs. Thank you HEB staff, youre making our lives easier to handle. Thank you.

At this point, I live in HEB lol. I have never had a bad experience shopping and the reps are very nice. Its my go to for fresh produce and meats. I love that they have so many meal ready options for quick delicious dinners, lunches, and snacks!

I come here to shop and let my daughter get her energy out. She loves running around play shopping and getting her buddy bucks at the end. My bank is inside and i can get my eyebrows done on the way out.My favorite foods are seafood however and i have experienced better prices and selection at other HEBs and grocery stores, and they dont shuck the oysters for you like whole foods does. Love the fresh OJ though I cant find anywhere else.I also use ther delivery service and it has improved over time. I like the service

The store was over crowded and too busy. I went on Sunday afternoon. Not my favorite HEB. I did find everything I needed. I will remember to go early morning and on weekdays.

I’ve tried the home delivery option from this location multiple times, but it seems to be a hit or miss. I’ll wait for an order to show up during my time slot for it to never show, only to call & for them to ask if I want to try again the next day or they won’t even answer the phone at all. Very unprofessional.

Pros:-Large selection of food items including specialty ethnic and health foods-Bakery produces fresh bread-Fresh seafood by the pound availableCons:-During the weekend there are long wait times to check out and it is packed- During the weed the registers are understaffed and can also cause a longer wait.-There is no sitting area like Randalls-Prices for some fruits prices can be higher than places like Foodtown or Kroger- It can be threatening to get there for pedestrians
