Just got my slide milled from them and they did an amazing job. Their communication back to the customer is pretty good too. I sent my slide to them, and got it back in two weeks time. That was far shorter than other gunsmiths Ive went to. I definitely recommend these guys if you plan to get your slide milled or your frame stippled.

Sent in my Glock 19 and had it back in four days. Excellent work on both the milling and the cerakote. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not work with these scammers! False advertisement on slides and does not state that they only did milling. Once I realized and cancelled immediately they charged 25% cancellation fees! I did not receive any work or any product at all!

Ive bought many, many items from Khal over the years, and its always been perfect. Great guy to deal with, and stands 100% behind work. Those negative reviews look very fishy and untrue to me, especially compared to the all the 5 star reviews.

Never answers calls or email. I was referred here by a friend but man 2 weeks without a sinhle response. Plus the number is always not accepting calls

Terrible customer service, have been waiting days just for them to answer my phone call just for him to say “all background checks are taking 3 weeks”, I’m not sure because this is a hole in the wall shop but if you go to academy approval is 30 mins at most right now, I don’t get the point of going through a background check if he’s going to sell the firearm to someone else anyways, unprofessional is the easiest thing to say. I for one will never go to a small dealer ever agin!

After owner was arrested they posted an update stating that current orders would be delayed. At least tell the truth and inform everyone they aren’t getting their parts back. Also they don’t respond to emails. Here I am out my Glock 19 slide and money paid for a cerakote job.....

Ive purchased guns and rifles and accessories from these guys for the last 3 years, yeah its a bit out of my way, but they are nice guys! They have the best prices, by far on accessories and for that reason the more popular colors of certain items are sometimes not available, but he can get them for you with 2-3 days.. They have a layaway plan, its so painless to buy a rifle, you buy it, make your payments and before you know it, youre picking it up, its great! Wife never has to know you bought yet another gun! Its a small shop, so sometimes its a bit to get a hold of them, but the prices, man, you cant beat them. As long as their prices are there, Ill keep coming back.

I have never had such a hard time trying to spend my money somewhere! They never answer the phone, take forever replying to e-mail, and they falsely advertise as having products in stock that they dont actually have. Was a very loyal customer. I told many of their service and many of those who I told also sent their slides in for work. Recently I purchased a work on my slide and the address that was prefilled was my old address, which this company had not change prior to shipping it out. It got shipped to the wrong address forwarded to another address which wasn’t even my address I had on file and then got stolen... I made a claim and wrote a message to this company which I am loyal to. Their explanation was very straight forward and blunt. They said my stuff in the box wasn’t even worth the price that I quoted of $1000. I had a TRIJICON rmr type 1, legion precision comp with cerakote, glock 19 slide with $150 worth of work, Dawson precision sights, sealing plates, rmr cover plate and I just felt disrespected. I kept it professional and I am trying to ask for just even the refund of the work back but seems of no help. Theyre blaming USPS and they did own up to saying it’s the faukt of the company for sending it to the wrong address but it is not the fault of their company for having it stolen... which doesn’t make sense. So be CAREFUL if you use them. They literally state no liable for stolen or missing mail even if it’s their fault..I am an victim of their work. Don’t get me wrong but I like their work but they do not hold true to their response and solutions. I lost $1000 worth of parts and I am sadden but it’s okay I’ve learned a valuable lesson and that is well worth the price to know that this company is not worth your time or money even if it’s their fault. I understand their are two perspectives to this, but it’s not right to disrespect and say my stuff isn’t worth $1000 and that even if it’s their fault on where it was shipped. They’re blaming USPS for the cause and yes I understand it’s not totally their fault but there should at least be some sort of refund at least for work or something because of the fact of it being sent to the wrong address. Updated! “USPS has refunded me but Zeroed in armory wants nothing to do with refunding me at this point and would like to keep every bit of profit.”

These guys are Rock Star Gunsmiths. On Sunday I ordered a new Glock 43 with custom slide work and night sights. On Thursday I received an email saying it’s been shipped to my FFL and I Saturday I picked it up. The price is great and the quality of the work was outstanding. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Zeroed In Armory is the all in one Gun Shop. They are an FFL with very competitive prices and they can order any firearms that you look for. They also built customs guns and manufacture their own parts. They recently started offering Pistol Slide Milling and cerakoting services. I just dropped off my G19 slide to get custom slide cuts and cerakote done.Check out their website for more pictures. This is my Go-To Shop for all my gun needs.

Impressed with the slide milling and cerakoting they did for me. Since they are local, I was able to drop my Glock 23C slide off on Tuesday afternoon and was shocked when they notified me it was ready for pick up on Wednesday night. Impressed enough to schedule the pick up on Thursday and at the same time drop of a Glock 22 slide for them to work on. Quickest firearm service I have ever had.

Frequently reposting weapons for sale on Armslist that are always sold out. Maybe theyre a great gun shop, but dont try any online sales, they are a waste of time. Just because they just posted something doesnt mean they actually have it. I dont usually go out of my way for a negative review, but not only did they not have what they had posted online, I was mocked when I inquired as to why they leave up postings of sold out items. Very rude.

Straight forward to the point answers to any questions without any bulls***. Couldnt have been happier with my purchase bought an AR-10 upper that shoots five-shot groups in less than a half inch as long as you do everything right.

Sent my two Glock slides to them, a 26 and 17 and received them back in exactly 5 days. To say I am impressed is and understatement. These guys did Arrow slide cuts and RMR cut with Cerakote for half the cost. Do not hesitate to send them your Glock slides for milling work.... Last time I had slide work done I paid twice this much and waited 12 weeks.
