I wanted to keep it simple. My daughter took me here for desert for my birthday. I had cheesecake ice cream in a waffle cup. I didnt want fixings and mixings. I enjoyed it

A really nice homemade ice cream place! They have tons of different flavors to choose from as well as so many different mix ins. The ice cream tasted so delicious and fresh and was gone in minutes. Their chocolate cake flavor and the marshmallow one is our house favorite! They also have really cute cones to eat from like chocolate dipped, dipped with sprinkles etc. The people working there are always courteous and very friendly!

Very bad customer service here. Stopped by to get some ice cream with family since my brother is buying a house close by and I wish I would have kept on driving. Young ladies here need training. When my brother asked if he could have the same like the lady in front of him the girl working looked at their ice cream and asked what is that and my brother said I don’t know and she then responded well I don’t know either and just stared at him. My brother asked again so you don’t know what that is and she said no. So he orders a banana split and then told her she could have easily asked what kind of ice cream it was and she didn’t respond just completely ignored him. Then it was my turn to order and she was just really rude so much so that I said you know, forget about it. I don’t want anything. Her response, no problem. I tried ordering for my daughter and they were out of strawberry ice cream! Really! Anyways, get someone with good customer service in here.

If I could give this place anything less than 1 star I would. The ice cream is delicious, unfortunately the customer service is terrible. My husband ask one of the young ladies if she could put more strawberries in our smoothie, which she reply that she was not the one making it to go tell the other worker there that was right behind her. When we got our smoothies they did not even gave me a straw. Then as I was leaving I hear a customer ask that same young lady if she could put more ice cream on her cup, she keep telling her more than 2 times and the worker was just ignoring her. They need to do something about there customer service before they end up losing their customers.

After a hard day at therapy mom deserves some sweet treats from here it was good service and the flavors were awesome

The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! This is not the first time I’ve come to this location and the young ladies have horrible attitudes. Today when ordering four orders of ice cream the person who served us was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude, she did not fill the cups and gave bare minimal of toppings, and when asking for a lid for the cups she slammed them down on the counter with an attitude. These girls definitely need better training and customer service classes. Spending 40- dollars on ice cream you should at least be served with a smile. Please get these girls training ASAP!!!

Recently came to this location 45 minutes before closing... wanted a shake... they had NO shake mix left... so I left... and so did 3 other people behind me in line... cant understand why they couldnt make more shake mix or had none left with so much time left before closing... ANYWAYS went to Baskin Robbins in same shopping center and got a shake! 😎

Lizeth just tried to steal from us. When it was time to pay for the ice cream cone and small cup the total came back to be around $13. When it was time to pay she told my husband to push #4 on the credit/debit keypad and he did and swipe the card. When he asked for receipt the total was almost $30. When he asked why the total was almost $30 she just said that it was because of the tips. She never asked if that was okay with him or not. Not happy about this and never coming back!!!06/25/2021The only reason my husband even touched that button was because she told him so. The screen was blank and so she asked him to pushed #4. Also the only reason this was “addressed accordingly” was because my husband had to ask for the receipt or else he wouldn’t have notice. I am not a person who writes reviews but this really made me upset.

The customer service was ok but they were trying to rush all of us and the store was more than an hour away from closing. Also I asked for two scoops and when she mixed the topping and placed the scoops on the cone it was only if I got one scoop and threw a lot of the extra ice cream away.

Came here on Mother’s Day and the line was really long ... to be expected. Only 2 girls were working. They had NO GLOVES and NO HAIR NETS. Both of the girls had long hair that was in a pony tail and flying everywhere. One of the girls wiped her face and eyes over the ice cream and proceeded to scoop ice cream. After seeing that, 8 people, including myself and daughter, who had been waiting for a long time in that line walked out and left. That was very unsanitary and gross.... especially in the middle of a pandemic. Why are the employees not required to have gloves and hair nets working with food?? Needless to say... we won’t be returning.

Can’t tell you if it’s any good. Just left there. We arrived at 10:40. The door was unlocked. When we walked in they said they were closed. I called from my truck, they answered. They said the hours in the website were precovid hours. Shame on you! Using covid to not have to do your job! We took our money to cold stone! The owner of this facility might not be happy to hear they lost out on a $40 sale!

Id give this place a 3/5. the customer service was horrible and she was all confused when i repeated what i wanted 5 times clearly. but over all the icecream is good.

Horrible customer service. Came here with my family the girls attending us looked bothered throughout the entire time. This is the last time we come here. They also had no toppings for any of the ice cream. Horrible customer service!

Its either a hit or miss. Never go on a Sunday night because the lines are extremely long.

Who needs 31 flavors? The slab has alwats been my preferred ice cream ahop since I was a little girl. Cheesecake ice cream with granola, pecans and hot caramel.

I went in today around 3:45pm and ordered an ice cream cone, I asked that my cone be made separately from the other person that ordered the same toppings. The young lady with the glasses was going to do that, but the short heavier girl told her to mix them both together. I said I wanted them mixed separately and the heavier girl put the ice cream on top of the other persons ice cream anyway. That was so rude of her to do that when I AM THE CUSTOMER & I requested my ice cream to not be mixed with the other customers ice cream. After I was handed my order I brought it to the heavier girls attention and she gave me attitude saying she didnt hear me. If that were the case then she should have been more apologetic in her response instead of having an attitude. I left the shop & called to speak with the manager, the heavier girl answered the phone and told me should couldnt give out that information. Ive NEVER heard of a business not being able to issue out a managers name. She knew it was me calling and refused to give me that info. I do not appreciate the poor service especially when Im spending MY HARD EARNED MONEY. No worries, I will NOT patronize this Marble Slab again since the employees do not listen to the request of the customers.

Great service and delicious ice cream. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Our normal stop is coldstone but i think this might be the new spot especially because they have my favorite (bubble gum ice cream)! Definitely check them out!

This place is gross. Employees wear no gloves DURING COVID. I saw one employee with ice cream running down her hands. Disgusting.

The shop is always spotless and cool every time I have been there.The employees are very nice.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because their ice cream is Extremely Expensive!However, the ice cream is the best in town in my opinion.If you Love ice cream like I do then the Marble Slab Creamery in Pearland has to be on your list of shops to visit.

It was pretty crowded, but maybe thats to be expected on the weekends. While we were enjoying our ice cream, the line grew to be out the door!They were out of some favorite flavors, so thats why Im giving them four stars, but there were plenty of flavors to choose from. I had amaretto ice cream with chocolate mix-ins and my husband had peanut butter ice cream with lots of peanut butter and chocolate mix-ins. Both were very good.I prefer Marble Slab to ColdStone because the mix-ins are not an extra charge.The staff was stressed because the line was so long, but they all seemed to remain happy and friendly and helpful.

First time at this location. Good selection to choose from. We came early in the day, so it was fairly clean (tables could have been wiped down better) and we didnt have to wait very long. Very satisfied with the serving sizes too. Well be back!

I came to get ice cream at 3:50pm and got horrible customer service. The heavyset girl behind the counter needs to listen to what the customer wants. She also lied about not hearing my sister tell her separate the order. When I heard her tell the other girl to put them together. Then lied about when confront about it. When I tried calling the manager she said that I couldnt talk to them

Flavors and ice cream are on par with other Marble Slabs however customer service is not. I agree with the multiple posts regarding “rude” employees. Second visit in 4 weeks and same level of service (or lack there of).Staff doesn’t greet you, smile, or say thank you.Get it together management.

My husband and I always make this our last stop for date nights. I wasnt given a top for my waffle cup when I asked twice for it. It takes me a week to eat my ice cream considering my crohns. So I take my time w/eating it every night. I had to do a makeshift top and hope that it tastes as good tomorrow as it did tonight.

I love the home made Ice cream. The flavors are too many to choose from. The people who waited on us were patient while we trying decided on what flavors to order.😆

The staff is very friendly and actually made me laugh with their back and forth banter with one another. Ice cream was good and the unlimited toppings is always a plus with MSC. My only hang up is that each ice cream does take some time to make for each person which causes a long line to form and you can end up waiting for a while. Tables could have used a good wipe down but what do you expect for an ice cream shop?

Came in late after a movie... 3 young girls workers who all looked like they didn’t want to be there or help since it was close to closing time. One asked my wife, “what you want?” My wife does not pay attention to these things since she loves ice cream but I do. Tables not wiped down, rude employees, and horrific restroom. At least ice cream was good. Just bad atmosphere!!

My toddler loves the ice cream. The server scratched her head and ear while making our scoop, so gross but my son was fussy so I didnt ask for someone else to make it. Better hygiene standards needed!

Of all the times over the years Ive been there I had nothing nice to say about the service & cleanliness until tonight. The crew tonight were still young but they werent clueless like they usually are. They were personable & spoke to customers like professionals who were actually on a job! The bad thing is that the prices have gone up again!!! $6.49 for a regular cup of ice cream is INSANE!! I have had issues with this particular location before, wrote in about it, & the owner did absolutely 0!! These are individually owned & the people of Pearland are being ripped off Big Time! My advice, patronize another location who is not trying to charge almost $7 for a regular ice cream & who appreciate their customers who make their business thrive.

This is my first Google review, and might I add, first review ever. I have experienced poor customer service from time to time just like most people but the customer service here is absolutely deplorable. The staff is rude, unremorseful, and seemingly distracted with playing and joking with their coworkers instead of doing their actual jobs. They fail to acknowledge you and act disgruntled that you’re there ordering (the audacity). After explaining what happened and asking for the manager, one of the workers literally shrugged his shoulders, appeared aggravated, and said the manager wasn’t there. He said he didn’t know how a complaint could be filed or reported. So therefore, I’m here to file my complaint. DON’T GO HERE! Your money is better spent at an establishment who values and respects their customers.

The store was untidy from the floors to the countertops. There was trash on the majority of the tables and to top it all off there was a HAIR in my pint of ice cream.Everyone should be required to wear a hair net! The health department needs to come visit them soon vet soon!!
