Locally owned music store that helped me get my guitar repaired. Chase and Mike are both knowledgeable and helpful. Explained to me what was wrong and how it can be fixed. This is my go to place moving forward. Thanks!

I haven’t been inside this place in years. I’m happy to see it hasn’t changed not one bit. These guys have always been good to the people that shop here and I’m glad I chose to shop here instead of getting what I needed from Amazon. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Nice space, crammed to the ceiling with instruments, mostly guitars and full of amps and display cabinets and keyboards and such. A place with character and soul, old school coolness and not a big box store. Friendly, helpful staff, offers music lessons and tune-up and repairs. Good prices for independently owned unique one of a kind place.

My son just had his second drum lesson with LA and he couldnt be happier neither can the wife and I. This place needs al the love it can get. Gc will ways make its money just like Walmart. These small music shops are so few these days it hurts my heart. Plese go ateast check them out buy some strings a pic or two they habe some super cool stuff there as well you probably didnt know you needed lol.

Tons of musical goodies to pick from. Guitars, Horns, antique pianos (gorgeous btw), microphones, mic stands, amps, EVERYTHING. I walked in to buy guitar picks and spent two hours enjoying the customer service and the instruments.Thanks Chase and Clete!

Best music joint in the area— awesome equipment, amazing teachers, feels like a family. They really take care of you here. Chase is crazy nice and handles just about everything you could need, and John is the best guitar teacher I’ve ever had. He even plays gigs around the state every week, yet still manages to make it here and share his wealth of knowledge. Bought my first electric here and am definitely a lifetime customer now. Super recommended.

First came into the store in early 2019 to look for sheet music and there was a sufficient amount from which to chose.Second visit, CHASE sold me used Ovation Acoustic Guitar on July 1, 2019 and I paid for a hard case at that time, which was supposed to be ordered (as there were none in the store for this guitar). Fast forward December 6, 2019, and despite telephonic conversations with CHASE that the hard case had been ordered and despite asking that he, at the very least, keep me apprised of the orders status, NO CASE has been received. Had entertained actually purchasing additional instruments from this store, but NEVER AGAIN! CHASE, as the representative of The Music Factory, LIED! At this point, I am requesting my payment for the guitar case be returned and will never again make any purchases (including instruments) from this establishment! Their loss of a purchasing customer.

Took my son’s saxophone in for repairs. The saxophone was there for over 2 weeks. I had to keep calling and checking. They did offer a loaner instrument for the last few days I had the instrument and a discount. I never did get the discount (probably because I paid in full the day I dropped off the instrument before any repairs were done) and when my son took his saxophone back to school, his teacher asked how much did I pay ($108) because not much work was done to it. I won’t even drive back over there for a full refund even if it was offered, that’s how upset I am. It’s the principle of it all. I feel like when I pay my hard earned money for something, I should get what I pay for. The people in the store are kind as far as customer service goes but I do not recommend for repairs.

Great experience here!! Products are a bit more expensive than bigger commercial stores, but their service makes up for it. Never going to guitar center ever again!! Guitar center employees are sexist douche bags, but you can tell it is a family friendly atmosphere here, where everyone is treated with equal respect! Highly recommended

Amazing attention to detail and superior customer service. I took in a guitar to get pickups rewired and the guitar setup. Chase took the time to look things over and make sure they could deliver before I left the guitar. It was clear he wanted everything to be as perfect as he could get it before it left the store.

Wonderful service. Very friendly gentleman who helped us tremendously. Many choices in violins, guitars drums, mandolins and instruments for family fun. What a hidden little treasure. I got kazoos, cow bells, little egg size marachas and a tambourine. The whole family will enjoy making music. Thank you Music Factory.

Ive been going here since I started playing years ago. Chase has always been very good to me, as well as the rest of the crew. There have been times I would be unsure of a purchase, and Chase had told me to take it home and if I dont like it bring it back.The only i can say for these guys.. I think if they would stock high end guitars like Taylor, Gibson, Fender, Martin, etc, they would get even bigger business.Great place to go !!

I just walked in this place and looked around for about 5 minutes. No one ever came out to ask me if I needed help or anything. All of a sudden the phone rings from a few feet away from me behind a book shelf and I hear a chair creak. After about 3 rings a guy answers the phone. I don’t hear a conversation after that, and I’m thinking this is so bizarre. I was so creeped out and left. What in the world?! What kind of business is this??? Will never go back!!

Stopped in for a ukulele capo and strings for a concert ukulele. Cashier was very helpful and made the visit fast and easy.

This place deserves more then 5 stars. I have never once had bad customer service. The employees are all very kind, helpful, and generous. They even restrung my Floyd Rose for free(and put free strings on) and gave me a new jacket when I broke mine. They wouldnt let me pay them no matter how much I insisted. I will continue to shop here, thank you Music Factory

The gentleman that works there named Red is AMAZING!!! There are no true words to describe how nice, caring, and helpful he was to me. He helped me find the perfect violin and made me feel so at home. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I went to buy a box of reeds which cost $21 at any store and they charged me $40. Then I noticed that the Box was different and showed it to my teachers, they told me that the company who made those reeds stopped making this specific package 10 years ago. I can not believe this store not only ripped me off, they sold me reads that are a decade old. Dont come to this store
