Staying in my RV for a few days. Good service.

Mr. Muller came to Croton on Hudson regional RV park tat 5:30 pm on a Friday to help us with a clogged black tankHe fixed it and another problem with the water system right at the site. Customer service is not their strength, thats for sure. I had been happy with them in the past, but this time I used them for an expensive purchase and installation of a towing system to tow my car with my motorhome. I asked for the complete system. Upon picking up my car, I found out that they did not order nor install the brake system required by law. The mechanic stated he thought I had my own. He stated hes installed 50 of these systems. I would think that when I ordered the system, they would make sure I had everything needed to safely tow my vehicle. I would think they would want to make money by offering and selling everything needed to safely tow my vehicle. How many others out there are towing a vehicle without a brake system b/c they thought the customer already had a brake system?? Im so disappointed in the service I received that I will not be bringing my RV now my car back there for service. Now I have to find another shop and spend even more for labor as the system could have been installed on my car when they had the front apart to install the tow plate. Very disappointed...I thought I could trust them...

Came to the campground we were staying within an hour and fixed our leak!!

This is not my first time calling, EVERY time I call I get a rude person answering .... im calling asking questions to give you guys MY money to fix my rv but it seems like you guys dont want business. I garentee if you guys hired someone else not rude to pick up your calls and answer question i garentee youd get more business but your not getting mines,in the middle of me repeating an answer that he asked me he cuts me off. Rude.

They fixed everything knowing every part no matter if it was a leak on the roof or a drawer not functioning properly, they did a real nice job, and helped me with all my questions!I even got support from them on the phone with thinks that they didnt made money onme.Excellent place to go with your RV.

I am so glad that I found these guys. They are honest and their pricing is fair. They are also talented. For example they were able to repair the oil leak in my 98 wrangler, while none of my previous 3 mechanics were able to do so. Its hard to say trust and mechanic in the same sentence, but Transatlantic is the exception. They won a customer for life with me.

Fast, friendly, and affordable service! Got new shocks and my exhaust fixed in one day for $500 - nice to have a local reliable shop I can take my bus to.

Brought our new coach house RV in last week to get the air conditioning fixed and they did an amazing job! They were great to work with, very reasonable and know what they are doing. I recommend anyone that has an RV that needs repairs to take it here.

I dont need local assistance with the conversion aspects my Class B Roadtrek very often, but when I do, this is the place I use. I experienced a very efficient & thorough awning repair last week, thanks to Jay & John! The premises looks a little ramshackle, but dont let that put you off......The mechanics are quite competent & the entire experience was friendly & relaxed. I like to understand how my van works, so they were patient with me & answered a lot of questions about the awning repair.Five Gold Stars!!!!!

V. fridge, i was having mechanical problems so I couldn’t drive there,,the owner Ernst took info on wat make & model it was, at 1st he was gona send mechanic to me,, then called me bak 2 days later with mechanic on phone with him named john, troubleshooting on phone y it wasnt working,, no charge !!!!! I owe u one guys ty,, jery

My family rented a rv To go visit a few Suny schools around Ny. The RV was clean, seemed damage free. The female owner is amazing and extremely helpful. It was cheaper then driving and staying in hotels, It was also fun and easier

A friend and me rented a RV from Transatlantic - $2000. It was supposed to be for 14 days. Unfortunately a relative of mine past away and I had to travel back to Denmark - we only had the RV for 5-6 days. We spoke to the company to maybe compensate some of the money, but the salesman (Ernst) didnt agree and we ended with a big loss. This is not good service at all.
