Waldgreens is excellent and I highly reccomend going to shop here. Customer Service is fantastic and very knowledgeble of all products sold in Walgreens.

Walked in there during the evening to hear an employee being yelled at by what must have been their supervisor at the front of the store. Really not a good look for their store. I’ve been going elsewhere since then. Guy in the pharmacy is always nice though

I love Wallgreens! Its the best place to go to for me.I have knee problems and buy a lot of water and some one will always help me take it out to the car.And i go online every week and they have great sales.The store is very clean and very nice people working there.Always parking close to the door.And not crowded.And alot of unadvertised dales.Going there to go food shopping in the frozen foods and get some hot pockets and soup.

I always use their pharmacy. They are very friendly and helpful and usually fill my prescriptions right on the spot. I drive out of my way to go to them because they make it convenient.

While the store and pharmacy itself are great, the photo center is a mess. Ive received damaged photo products multiple times and they are never done on time. When Ive complained, the manager himself explained that he was inexperienced with the process and that was reason for the delay/damage.

I cant believe how I was treated while coming into pick up a package I had sent to this location. Around 9pm at night really no one in the store. Me and my to little boys come in and the two cashiers behind counter were very rude. I say Im here to pick up my package I say my name, the guy with beard said ok he leaves goes gets it. Im standing at register still. He says very rude like COME over here. I had no problem with that except how he said it. But what gets me is when he handed the package to me he said here... Without saying anything else. So I take it and start to turn around to walk away, he says loudly and very sarcastic...no no wait you have to sign for it, other cashier is laughing very loudly !! and he also added ...you know thats like your stealing right? I looked at him like he lost his mind, I just stared at him. He could have said heres your package you still need to sign for it. But he never said a word indicating anything!! So I sign for it. Then he replies now you can take it and the other cashiers laughing at this time still! and Im looking at her like do you wanna tell me whats funny here! She goes in the back and I ask him whats his name and hers. And he acted like he didnt know his own co-worker name. He did give a name. But I still think the sarcasm and rude demenor should change. Night crew needs improvement!!! And if anyone is wondering the female cashiers name he said was shanise. Situation couldve been handled better by employees. Ive been coming to this Walgreens for 7 years with no problems. Very dissatisfied!!! And their jokes very distasteful as well.

Pharmacy is godawful. Slow, incompetent, lazy, error prone, and unwilling to fix errors that they make. Highly unrecommended. There is a Riteaid across the street that will get my business from now on.

Must have changed staff, these kids dont know what customer service means.
