Its a good service:I love it. No more buying printer ink or printers. I would like the service at any location, Im sure, but Ill speak specifically about this one. The printer is prominently located and easily accessible, against the west wall, off to the right side of the counter. Its out of the way of the counter traffic and one can dash in and pick things up that have printed, OR order a coffee and snack WHILE finishing a document, THEN print it. Proof read it and youre done, all in one place with free internet.. Friends have printed, then forgotten to pick up documents: Days later the documents are still there intact. So thats a big (hopefully never used) plus in my opinion. This service itself is wonderful: Simply using the email instruction printed on the machine and/or detailed on the website. Get the information/payment email, respond: Then it prints. PDFs and large documents take a couple of minutes to transfer; word and text documents are almost instantaneous. I use the email procedure; I dont use the app because old versions of the app actually consistently crashed two of my phones: which I didnt think was possible as nothing else EVER has . BUT ITS A GREAT SERVICE.

I love this service! I chose not to own a printer at home because I dont print enough. For those once in a while small print jobs this is so easy and convenient. It was quick without an hiccups. I would totally recommend it!

My printer jammed and i needed to print a document to go to dmv with. Itried this printer because it was conveniently located to dmv. I’m glad i found it. My documents printed perfectly.My apologies for any typos in this review. This was written during the inconvenient Apple update that impeaded society from typing properly. Thank you Apple

Tried to print my document. There were 1.5-2 inch margins all around but more than half of the document was missing?? Waste of my money.

Very easy but extremely expensive. $1.59 for one side of black & white ink...
