Saw a guitar that caught my eye and decided to check this place out. Are three guys were super chill, super nice, and extremely patience and helpful, engaging me in all my questions. They were knowledgeable, and never once pressured me into feeling I had to make a purchase. Overall, my experience was pleasant and laid-back.I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone interested in picking up a used/vintage guitar. :)

Went in for Standard Fixed Bridge Guitar SetUp.Took a Week+. Overall, Generic Joe-Guitar Store SetUp. Guys are Friendly and Polite but get the Guitar right the first time.

Set up my old 30+ yr-old Telecaster and Firebird guitars and what these guys did was nothing short of magic - both guitars sound and play better than they ever did, even brand new. Cant say enough good about them. True professionals.

I brought them my 95 telecaster that was found in a basement sitting for 20 years and given to me as a gift, and my 22 year old 12 string that hadnt been played in a few years. What they did was magic, plain and simple. They Seymored the tele, set it up, and added locking tuners. The 12 string they simply brought back from near death because of how poor it was setup years ago. Absolutely the best setups and I have ever had on any of my guitars before. Dont think twice about going to them for anything. They have my business from now on and I have a lot more guitars. Super friendly, knowledgeable, cordial group of guys who just love to talk about guitars and music.

Normally you have to go to big cities to find a place where they show a lot of guitars and where they can repair them...well Peekskill is a small city and has this cool, amazing place where you can buy guitars of all types, accessories, strings and have service your guitars, amplifiers.By the way they give guitar lessons.The owners Paul and Matt are an amazing people who are very dedicated to what they doing there.Call or visit them and you will blow your mind of the type of guitars they have.

They did an excellent setup on an inexpensive guitar my kids got me to bang around on and carry to open mics and folk circles. It doesnt play quite as well as my Taylor but damn close. Great work, good price, quick turnaround.

I drive past a lot of other guitar shops to have my Strat and Les Paul worked on. Work is spot on and I found the cost more than reasonable. My recent fret leveling and polishing made my Strat so much better and the cost was so much less than I expected. Paul is great to talk to as well. Thanks again.

Paul has done work on my guitars and amps. He is knowledgeable and skilled with both. His prices are extremely competitive. He also took one of my guitars in on consignment and sold it for more than I was asking for. He gets the job done quickly and does it right the first time. If you live in the area, this is the place to take your gear for repair. If youre in the market for a guitar or amp, you can also look through the vintage selection there, and the guitars that Paul builds himself. Ive been performing music for over 50 years and Division Street Guitars is the best shop Ive ever done business with.

Paul and crew have a great shop right in Peekskill. Ive known Paul for years and as someone who can fix your busted guitar, hes amongst the finest. I live in NYC and when I need something major done that I cant do myself, I have no trouble making the trip to Peekskill! Well worth the drive. Always good inventory too. Nice vintage guitars and I trust Paul, he knows his stuff!

I cant say enough about this gem of a guitar shop! There is something for every taste and price range. Paul and Matt are attuned to the creative forces of music and musicians, amateur or pro, and basically let the guitars sell themselves. I made several visits until Matt pointed me to my match, a sweet 70s Epiphone acoustic guitar. Meanwhile, Pauls technical wizardry made a new guitar out of my early 2000s Standard Strat. Were blessed to have this shop right here in Peekskill. Go check it out!
