1st time going here. Nate did a great job. He has a light hand. I have lots of tattoos and it take a person that know what they are doing and years of experience to have a light hand. Thank you Nate.

Havent even got the tat yet and already we are extremely pleased with their professionalism and helpfulness. Went into big top after an extremely disappointing experience with a different tat shop. Big top staff were helpful friendly and honest. Set up an appointment with deposit and we were notified thru text immediately with confirmation date and time of tat appointment. We are already pleased as they went above and beyond expectations to accommodate our schedule budget and idea. Thanks Guys !!!!

Went in today for a small cover up tattoo and Nate did amazing! Very cool personality so makes it a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. Light hand.

Since the needle first poked my skin over a decade ago, Johnmarc and the team at Big Top Tattoo have been the only artists I trust to put something permanent on my skin. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep very fair and reasonable rates. Moreso, they value each and every one of their customers and I have seen (even sometimes I just being picky on the customer end) them all take ownership of their work and stand behind their craft - fixing any issues and making sure everyone remains satisfied with their piercing or tattoo.10/10, just like my tattoo says: No Ragrets

They have done all of my dads tattoos. I am excited because when I am 18, I can get the tattoo of my dreams: a sick and gnarly back piece with all of the ponies from MLP with Rainbow Dash bolting up my neck and onto the right side of my face.They are clean, they are nice, they are a good price. Most importantly, they didnt give me a tattoo yet. Even when I went in wearing a beige trench coat, glasses, and a fake moustache. Trust your body with them, too - my dad isnt dead yet!

My friend and I called and wanted to see if we could get a tattoo that day. They took us in and we LOVE our tattoos. Jean- Luc did both of ours and we love it so much. I am scared of needles and he made the process a lot less scary. I will be back for all of my future tattoos.

Took my 13 yr old daughter there to get her ears repierced and she does not like needles or shots lol. The piercer was very patient and helpful while my child was acting scared and then when she was ready did an excellent job. Would def recommend

Always a great experience at big top. Artists can be a bit heavy handed at times, but a great deal for great work every time.

Best place to get piercings. Ask for Kristin. She explains everything thoroughly, is very professional and most importantly clean. Shes done six piercings on me now all of that turned out great. No problems as long as you follow her aftercare instructions.

I first visited the shop when they first opened in Pekin, and Ive been going back ever since. Great service. Phenomenal skills at piercing and tattoos. Its family friendly, has awesome decor and will be my go to for tattoo for as long as their doors are open.

Got a piercing here a few months ago by kirsten. all the staff there was EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. kirsten explained the process thoroughly as she went on with the piercing. i followed the aftercare packet that kirsten had given to me at the end of my appointment. a few weeks after i had got my piercing i had noticed that my ear had become SEVERELY infected. i contacted kirsten immediately asking what to do and she said that she couldn’t help me and that i needed to see a doctor which i found to be very unprofessional. soon after i made an appointment at my local doctor. i went through six months on and off different antibiotics until i was finally referred to an ear, nose, and throat doctor because the lump on my ear was so large. after that visit the doctor had told me that i now have permanent scar tissue damage in my cartilage and will forever have a lump on my ear. so in conclusion i DO NOT recommend going to big top for ANY piercings.

Ive gotten multiple piercings from here and both times it was quick and as painless as possible. Never gotten a tattoo but Ive been with friends that have and it seems very pleasant.

I scheduled an appointment at 10 and none of the workers were there, 2 other people also were waiting saying they had appointments too. We came back an hour later and still...no workers.
