RICKESHA IS A NIGHTMARE. So very unpleasant and unprofessional. She dropped my phone and didnt even apologize which makes me think she intentionally dropped it. Ive been to this location before and had no problems. Her attitude was rude flat out. If I looked like that I guess Id have an attitude too but dont take it out on us customers. We didnt give you the cheeseburgers.

My fiance and I were struggling to save our numbers from being lost so we went to boost to try their cheapest plan that we can afford right now and the salesperson Keileigh was very helpful in getting us ported over quickly and made sure we were up and running before we ever left the store. She is a lifesaver and deserves a raise. Best service Ive ever had and this is my 7th carrier.

Zero stars! They sold me a phone that DID NOT work in my area. as SOON as I brought it home I had to drive back to get a new SIM card for it because it stopped working immediately! It said emergency calls only ALL weekend I took it back Monday and they did NOT refund my service money! I PAID $60 TO HAVE A PHONE OVER THE WEEKEND THAT SAID EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY!

Excellent prices for families. Ive been pleased with the service so far and I love the phone. OSCAR helped us and was extremely patient with our family switching multiple lines over. Even stayed 2 hours past his shift to get it completed for us.

Decided to switch to Boost after having service through straight talk and Verizon. The customer service reps are incredibly nice and made switching to Boost easy.

Kevin and Sushi helped me switch over and it was such a wonderful experience. It took a while because metro is full of a holes but I was laughing the entire time. Thoroughly entertained and satisfied.

Oscar at the pekin store was very helpful with getting my new phone. I tried to get it online but it wasn’t working. So thankfully they had the same phone I wanted there in store and the color. He was very quick at getting everything set up

Very terrible experience. The employee Caleb was extremely rude. He tried to force us into purchasing items that my husband and I didn’t want. He wouldn’t listen to what we wanted. We will never go to the Boost store in Pekin again. What is even more upsetting is that we were able to go to the East Peoria, purchase the same things we told Caleb we wanted, and walked out of the store spending even less than he said we would need to spend. Your employees should never try to force a customer into purchasing something they don’t want.

On February 3rd we went into boost mobile in pekin il he gave us two wrong phones smoking in the store and pocketing money. Was not happy with service.

I was in their store and they did not help me one bit. One month ago i went in my phone was acting up and my service wasnt working right. I went in and they took out my sim card and then said oh it should work. I lost 10 to 15 days of service. Yesterday I went in paid my bill and they said that they couldnt do much to help me. Then proceeded to tell me that i needed to out right buy a new phone or add a line bc they dont know what to do. They laughed at me. Said i need to go to East Peoria. I went to East Peoria and they fixed in 5 mins i will never come back again just horrible service from Oliver

We won a TV at an outing in Pekin on July 10th, but the manager said he couldnt give it to me, because my daughter and I both had a ticket for the drawing and since I wasnt sure which one was mine he said he would have to redraw and he gave it to a young girl that also had a ticket for herself and one for her husband and she wasnt sure which one was hers, but the husband threw a fit and Keith the manager gave it to them. Not any way to treat your long time customer. Im not happy and I intend to spread the word about the unfair treatment I received and my daughter cried all the way home.

Boost Mobile what a game 5 stars for their grand opening but I had to take one away there was some price issues quoted one price on phone got there came a different price after two trips you finally got a price that was close to it service isnt too bad but cant knock the price Im paying over Verizon now
