I came here for my Covid 19 vaccine and everyone involved did a wonderful job. They were all so friendly and helpful.

I had stopped by this store to look for the freebie promotion for the day,the employee I first encountered was short and said nope,were out ..luckily for me another employee Meredith, overheard and said yes,we do have a couple the first employee said rudely no,thats mine! she had saved herself one in the back apparently. Meridith then took me to another section and got me one . Then proceeded to help me again with extrabucks that didnt print that was advertised with a purchase . The first employee is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of a 5. Thankfully for me, Meridith was there that day and attentive! Im very grateful! The store was nice and clean.

I had to transfer do to insurance changes, they are so slow and even have people in drive thru for 10 min or more. It is ridiculous!!!!

Have waited on hold multiple times for over 20 minutes to get to a pharmacist, waited 5 days for transfers to get to another pharmacy to fill them. I know you accumulated a lot of customers from PPL closing but this is not good customer care!! Then when you bring it to their attention they are very combative and not understanding at all

The Manager at the CVS store in Pekin, really believes in customer service. He went out of his way and drove approximately 20 miles, one way, to go to another CVS store in Peoria to pick up an item he did not have. I was really impressed with the customer service I received from him. Now a days, service is not a priority for businesses, they are there just to put their time in. He needs to be more than a Manager. His friendly ness and efficient manner, is hard to find. He also, has an infectious smile. He was not only nice to me, but the lady in front of me, he acknowledged and said he had not seen her for a while. That little acknowledgment makes a person feel special. I was a manager for 17 years and I can tell you he is the real deal.

The pharmacy is so disorganized,but the store workers are great. Theres one female in pharmacy is really nice.

I love the staff it is way better than Walgreens! Walgreens has some very rude pharmacustsand staff never again will I use Walgreens. CVS has cheaper prices too.

With Pekin Prescription Lab closed now, they need to hire more pharmacy help!!! I have noticed longer lines and waits!!!!

Horrible. Most unprofessional pharmacy technicians I have ever seen. Plus the pharmacist was rude and demeaning. I will never go back to that location.

The store manager is sooo awesome
