Good store good customer service good selection of phones

Never open and never have phones. This store is literally useless.

Worked with Paul at this store when switching from Verizon to Sprint.The store closes at 8pm. Paul stayed until 11:30pm to make sure all the customers in the store got setup and were working correctly. Paul knows a lot about all the phones and how to use them. Give this store a chance to earn your business with their excellent service. Plus my bill is going to be half of what I pay at Verizon currently....for a newer phone and more data. WIN WIN

Terrible. I got 1 bar no matter where I was. I was told fantastic reception. I had phone reset etc. Nope they liked. I felt like they put me on the bottom for reception. Done with there lies.

Very energetic person working the night we went in. Easy to talk to with my daughters phone. She helped so much. Wish I new her name.

I wont ever use sprint service again! Phone was on fathers plan and he passed away and they told me my phone was bricked so I couldnt take it to a new plan. Rep got belligerent and threatening on the call to which I replied I will take my business elsewhere!

I started off happy leaving Verizon bought a defective device. 1 week after buying the phone it fried my memory card i took the device in explaining the problem it rebooted twice on its own in the techs hand. Call Sprint they told me to call insurance insurance wanted to downgrade my device.

Told us great service, service was lousy, stopped service, returned phones to store. Wouldnt port our original numbers back to phones we had to get with another company, months later we got bill for phones and services from a collection agency, so who had the phones we returned !!?

Sprint had a frienly staff and created a great shopping experience

The manager and assistant manager are awesome!

They dont know what there talking about and they dont want you to pay off your phone anytime

$160 a month 2 smart phones 15 gig. Im happy. V W was over $500 a month for same thing

Very unhelpful problems with upgrading very short uninformative explanation of problem insisting unavailable for upgrade without paying fee have been with sprint 13 14 years and this is how customer s are treated switched service same day
