Barrett his mom and dad and I love this music store. They know us by name and we know them by name. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Great people and very patient. My grandson goes there at least once a week and plays the different guitars. We bought a guitar, case, and more there. We had a guitar repaired there too. They are very helpful and spend time with Barrett. He takes guitar lessons there too and has a great teacher, Cory. Why would you go anywhere else? They have it all. Everyone who works there gets along great. One day Tony called Scott who is a music major in college to play with Barrett. We could not ask for anything more than that.

From answering questions to sales and service, I have been extremely happy with everything I have purchased. Danny can explain things in a manner where you dont feel like you are being talked down to, which is great for a starting musician. I will continue to shop here.

We bought a new trumpet and paid over $900.00 a few months ago. When my daughters band director seen it, he said that is was not new and we had actually bought a used trumpet. I called them the next day and all they would do is an exchange. I have also heard of other people thinking that they were buying a new instrument, when in fact, it was used. We even found a tag in her new trumpet case that had another band students name and address.

I needed a set of strings last minute and stopped in to the closest place and they tried to charge me 21$!!!! I get these same strings for 6$ everywhere else. I told him no way and he knocked it down immediately to 16?? He said they were on sale... Which he failed to mention when he told me the price initially. Total rip off. Always rude and I hate having to go there.

Very rude, couldnt have had a worst experience! And that was the owner acting in a mega unprofessional manner! Dont waste your time, go anywhere but here.
