Excellent Customer Service! Chip took time to go over some info on me about different mattresses for my husband who has back issues. Brought husband back the next day to try out mattress. We found one that we liked and got the adjustable base as well. Chip hooked us up!! Chip Futch is patient and great to work with. Delivery came on the day as promised and the 2 guys who delivered and set up were nice, professional and efficient. Even cleaned up the boxes, etc from the delivery. OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at the Pelham branch. We were shown a wide variety of beds all at different price points. We never felt pressured to buy anything that we did not like. Just left Bedzzz Express after buying two mattresses. This is our third time in this store and every experience has been great.Chip did everything that we asked of him. We were trying to match a product with which we had been very pleased. He showed us the products which were similar and explained the different options.Chip was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He also worked to give us an excellent price and set up delivery.I know Bedzzz Express has stores everywhere. But, the previous manager at this location had always done us right in the past. Older beds at a ‘discount’Big piles of beds outside the store that look tacky. I don’t want to buy a bed that’s been sitting outside all day.I can buy the same or nicer beds down the road for 1/3 or 1/2 the price
