I went here for the first time and was happy with my order. The iced caramel macchiato with mocha was really good! Wouldnt get it every day but definitely a treat. The cheddar bagel was soft and fresh. The line was fast and the girls were friendly!

The bagels are so good! The atmosphere is very cozy and there’s a drive thru if you don’t want to come in! I started coming to this one after the Hanover location closed and I’m not disappointed!

I have gone to this locations drive through twice now and have had a terrible experience both times . The first time I ordered 2 medium vanilla chais and got 2 small lattes .. and the second time my boyfriend ordered us 2 coffees, a veggie bagel with regular cream cheese and a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese . We received 3 everything bagels with 2 cream cheeses on the side . Not even enough for the 3 bagels we didn’t even want . This wouldn’t be that bad if I didn’t hate what the gave us, but I do so one star for me

If you havent been to Gunthers, you are missing out. I have been going here since I was a baby and it was the original tiny shop with 2 workers. There service is the fastest anywhere and the bagels are amazing. I have also had a couple people in front of me in the drive-thru pay for my orders!

Kinda pricey. Nearly 8 bucks for a bagel with cream cheese and a medium ice coffee. It was good, though. Just the right amount of chewy to the bagel.

If youre looking for a quick bite for lunch Gunther Tooies is the spot. A decent selection of signature sandwiches, wraps and regular sandwiches. Good breakfast sandwiches as well. Great coffee selection too. Be aware if youre a chocolate chip cookie lover like me, dont look in the glass case by the counter. Otherwise youll be strolling out with a bag full. Delicious.

I love their bagel breakfast sandwiches!! The bagels are cooked New York style and the eggs are fresh cooked to order. The bacon, ham, and steak are all quality meats and the amount of bagel flavors available is amazing!

Dont get me wrong, they have great food but they mess my order up 9/10 times. I go there once in a while in the morning (6am-8am) This morning ordered a hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich and I received a hot coffee and a cup of soup. There needs to be a better system to reverse messing up orders being the norm.

This is my new favorite breakfast place. Its reminiscent of my years on Long Island and Im glad I finally found something comparable back home in Massachusetts. I must have passed this place everyday for a couple months without even realizing it was there but Im happy I found it

I used to love this place but I went today for the first time in a while and the girl was very short with me, she wasnt very friendly or pleasant. also if you look at the menu it says a bagel is $1.30. but if you get a bagel with a side of cream cheese its $2.95, so youre telling me that cost $1.65 for a side of cream cheese?! What a rip off!

I asked for them to remake my bagels because they werent toasted and we ordered them toasted well. Not a problem it happens all the time when I order bagels that way.At this place, they took my bag of partially eaten bagels and put them on their cutting board to inspect them where they make other peoples bagels! They used their hands to inspect the type of cream cheese used. So gross! Then they argued with me about how much cream cheese was allowed. I wasnt even asking for extra cream cheese. They were just too hyper and werent listening to me which caused them to get into this ridiculous argument. I really just wanted to leave but didnt want to pay them 8 bucks just so they could yell at me. Awful experience.Also, if they think its okay to put their fingers in half eaten cream cheese right on their prep bench then I cant imagine what else goes on in there.

Way better than dunks! Make sure you take your time and read the menu there are endless possibilities here and they are all so good!

Great food and everything but I swear to god, they mess up my drink half the time I order. If I order unsweetened ice tea don’t give me a sweet tea. If I ask for a latté don’t give me a mocha. Would be a 5 star but they always get my drink wrong.

Bagels are mediocre and lacking flavor, I do like the cream cheese though. The customer service is AWFUL and all of the staff are RUDE and unpleasant. That is definitely something that should be worked on.

How many disappointing experiences do I need to have at Gunther Tooties before I just give up and make my own breakfast?!This is the 2nd time in a row that the Light Cream was sour. They did remake my coffee and my wifes and the coffee for the customer before us but gave us the hairy eyeball like we were weird for asking for fresh cream and a new coffee.I miss the old location!! The food was so much better at the little hole in the wall!

Formerly was pretty good. However I had pre-ordered a breakfast sandwich. There was not one single vehicle at the driveup window. I believe it was the manager. Medium short Asian gentleman, tells me he cant ring up breakfast sandwich from the drivethrough window. Bare in mind nobody behind me nobody in front of me. He reluctantly did the transaction, loudly stated never return to Gunther Tooties . . . . Google asked me to rate it, I l was actually patronizing Smoosh, an exponentially healthier option. I guess he did me a favor.

Cofee was just OK. Bagel was good (though the toast was extremely light). The person preparing the bagels was not friendly. I waited for a while after my order was ready because she only said one part of my order (my wifes bagel which I didnt hear being ordered). She curtly said I called it multiple times. She couldnt understand that no one can hear her accross the busy restaurant with music playing and that I didnt want to take whatBi thought was someone elses order. I understand being busy, but its always uncomfortable when a customer is told they arent listening well enough. I dont think ill be going back mostly for customer service reasons. I think an order number system would be a vast improvement.

I walk into the store 12/29/14 and I want to order some food. The lady working tells me we close at two and all she could serve me was a bagel because they turn everything off 15 minutes before the close... I figure ok, no big deal. I look up and see a clock in the store that reads 1:42. At this point Im realizing she doesnt care about me she just wants to get out on time. Im not the type of person (because I work in sales) who goes into a place 5 minutes before closing and orders a ton of food... but give me a break. 20 minutes before you close you should be able to make somebody something that is on your menu... and before you tell someone you turn the over off fifteen minutes before you close you may want to check YOUR CLOCK!
