Id never heard of this store and its branches until I began searching for shaker type of furniture in Massachusetts. Not that easy to find. Im a baby boomer-aged guy looking for an attractive and sturdy platform bed with storage and I like both Mission and Shaker styles. Called ahead to check availability of their floor demos and was politely given the details I requested. Visited the Pembroke store within a couple hours. Started scoping out the shaker-style pieces and quickly found this awesome desk that would have gone home with me if my office wasnt already set up! I was, however, focused on a new bed and found exactly what I was after. Nice lines, natural finish with no frills and curly spindles, etc. Met Lucia who helped me know more about the local mfr (Woodforms) of the shaker line (incl the desk I would love having - which still could happen). Chatted with both Betsy & Lucia before leaving, armed with measurements, cost, etc. Called back a couple days later to purchase the bed which luckily was in stock - so no 8-wk order delay on this purchase. Betsy arranged to keep the bed in their MA warehouse while I deal with logistics of removing old furniture and mattress. Overall a pleasant experience on the buying side. Visibly, the Woodforms shaker-style furniture that Circle sells is very clean & unadulterated without lots of curves and paint of other styles. Will update on the furniture if any issues, but not expecting any. Would/will buy here again.

Circle Furniture is a great store but it is Cheryl that keeps me coming back. Her ability to identify furniture and fabrics that I love is so spot on. I purchased a couch that I LOVE....comfort, look and a perfect fabric choice for my place. I just purchased a chair and am so happy with the chair and fabrics that Cheryl helped me select. Good people do make a difference!

As an interior designer I have several choices for furniture on the South Shore. While my experience has been limited with Circle in the past, I’ve recently been there and found the staff and consultants very helpful and friendly. Pricing is commensurate with the quality of products offered. No hidden charges and the delivery fee is lower than other comparable companies. I look forward to my first delivery and working with Betsy and Joanna. Lucia, the manager is wonderfully accommodating.

Great personal service. Took the time to be sure the item I wanted to purchase would be what I wanted when it got to my home. Tried many chairs and was advised on the merits and demerits of each chair based on my height, preferences on leathers, color but most of all my fit, to be sure my body would be positioned in the best way for back and leg comfort.

We were greeted quickly and the store associate was very knowlegable of all the options that we could possibly want. I love that everything is made in Massachusetts.

We were looking for dining chairs and found exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Our experience was wonderful, the sales person we dealt with was Will and he was able to advise us and offer suggestions without any pressure. It was a great experience after having shopped around at other furniture stores. What helped us in our decision is that the furniture wood and all supplies are from the USA as well as the assembly of the furniture. Beautiful quality from local craftsmen.

The staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Placing my order was no problem at all. When the order came in, the staff was very helpful in getting the product into the vehicle I brought. When I got the product home (4 kitchen bar stools) they were exactly what I ordered and looked great in my kitchen. Lovely furniture, just the color and style I needed for me living room makeover! Service is helpful but not overbearing. I ended up with a sofa and two stressless chairs, very different from the traditional LR I had before, but after working with them I love the change!

This was the best furniture-shopping experience! Cheryl and Lucia were so helpful and spent a tremendous amount of time helping me find 2 stressless recliners and a sectional couch for our family room.There were so many styles of recliners to choose from, and then we had to decide on material and colors. Cheryl priced out several combinations/options that would fit in the space based on the blueprint that I provided. She was also helpful in advising me when I tried to choose a couch that would have overpowered the room.After spending 2 hours with me initially, I came back later with my husband and Cheryl went through all of the options again. She patiently explained the Stressless chair technology to him, and let him try out all of the chairs. In the end, we picked 2 different styles of chairs that will be done in the same leather, since my neck felt better in 1 style, and my husband’s back felt better in another.We both felt the prices were fair for such high quality pieces. I’m thrilled with them!!!I credit Cheryl and Lucia for being so helpful and personable. They turned a potentially stressful process into a fun experience. I can’t wait for the furniture to arrive!!

Will in the Pembroke store was excellent! I have not purchased a couch in 18 years and he was wonderful. Even helped me decide which pieces that I already have would work in the room. Excellent product and customer service!!

I worked with Lucia to find a table for my TV. Due to size constraints we had to have it custom made. She spent a great deal of time with me going over everything from materials to designs and finishes etc. She also had excellent input into which builders I should use and why. We finally ended up with a beautiful solid maple piece which met my needs exactly! (for not much more than an off the shelf item) Lucia is all about good old fashioned customer service, a rare find in todays retail environment for sure. She always greets you with a smile, remembers who you are and what you discussed, never makes you feel rushed and goes overboard in personally seeing to it that you get exactly what you want. I dont fill out many of these surveys but Lucia more than earned it.

This store has many of examples of furniture pieces offered online. Design consultant, Will Correia, is extremely helpful with explaining how the varied furniture collections are constructed. I would recommend visiting this store.

The sales people here are great (its my suspicion that they are paid commission) their furniture is nice and offers a wide range styles. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for.

We are building a new home on Cape Cod, and visited the Circle Furniture Pembroke, MA store. Very pleasant and well laid out showroom. We had identified some interest in a piece of furniture before we visited, and Will, the salesman was very helpful and directed us to some other products that may interest us. We were very impressed with a line of furniture made by a Virginia company named Gat Creek Furniture. Beautiful pieces, great designs, and terrific workmanship. We did buy a few pieces to say the least. Will was knowledgable, helpful, and went above and beyond showing us colors, finishes, and even contacted Gat to see if they could customize some pieces for us....which they gladly did! Couldnt have asked for a better furniture store experience.

We went in one night looking for a Stressless chair. Once there, we realized how much we didnt know about stressless chairs. Our saleswoman was so informative, very accommodating, and helpful. She showed us a large array of models and discussed the different chair sizes. Once we picked a chair model we liked, she looked ahead to see if any upcoming sale from Stressless would be better, so we could save money. Thats great service. We ended up ordering our chair that night. In the future when looking for furniture, we will definitely go to Circle Furniture.

Small and personable and has some nice quality American made furniture

We bought a couch and sofa from the Pembroke store fours years ago when we lived in Marshfield. Last year we moved to Plymouth. This summer we noticed that the batting on the couch had been displaced and the stables were rubbing directly against the fabric. Several wear spots quickly became rather large easily noticeable holes. We contacted 6 local upholsterers in the towns of Plymouth, Sandwich and Wareham. None responded. We contacted the store in Pembroke, and the store manager drove down to see the couch on her way home the next day. She concluded it was a manufacturers defect and contacted the president of Circle Furniture. The manufacturer provided new fabric and Circle sent down a highly skilled professional to fix the couch. All this occurred within a week, and there was never a mention of warranties, etc. We could not have been more pleased.

Patience, great advice, excellent selection. Loved the experience.
