Clean environment with good selection of tuxedo rentals. Top notch service, altered jacket while we waited. Reasonably price.

Formal Affairs was great to work with for our tuxedos. Their prices are so much more affordable than Men’s Wearhouse, and the service and help we received was far better as well. We were able to choose from pretty much anything in their store, with the exception of the “designer” line, for the included price of $99.95 per guy. For that same price at MW, you had a very limited selection of styles. Plus, shoes, cufflinks, etc were all included in that price. At MW, they wanted to charge us an extra “accessory package” fee…ridiculous! Every time we went into Formal Affairs, we were helped by the owner. He was always exceptionally nice and accommodating! Placing deposits, fittings, picking up the tuxes, and returning them were all a breeze for my groom, as well as the fathers and groomsmen. We will definitely be returning to Formal Affairs the next time we need a tux rental!

I would have loved to give this facility a higher rating but the customer service was, in my opinion, not good. The man we worked with was abrasive and snarky and I would not care to ever rent from this place again because of it. I was not sure if I should have returned the rented suit from my sons homecoming dry cleaned or not and because it was a Sunday night I chose to do what I felt was right and have it cleaned early Monday so it would be done by 5pm. I returned the suit dry cleaned and he actually scoffed that I had done this. A thank you for doing this and apology for an unclear return policy would have been more appropriate and appreciated. I didnt ask to be compensated, I was nearly doing what I felt was the right thing to do and be on the safe side. I wont be going back for my sons prom suit.
