There Great.Very helpful, I over ordered a few things an they let me return them without any problems. When they Delivererd my Lumber they unloaded it from the truck an then went out of there way to even help me carry it up hill to the backyard where there front end loader couldnt go.

I really hate to leave a negative review, but my experience a few weeks ago is worth reviewing. I went into the store and ordered some 1 x 4s for a project I was planning. We arranged to have the wood delivered two days later, on a Thursday morning. I had also arranged to have people help me with the project and they were bringing the tools we needed, so it was important that the wood arrive during the agreed-upon time so that we werent left waiting around. When 12 pm rolled around and no wood had arrived, I called the store to inquire about the delivery. I was told that the morning deliveries took longer than anticipated and that they thought the wood might arrive by 1 pm. So we waited. At 1 pm, the delivery arrived, but half the wood I ordered was missing. I was told they would have to return to the store to retrieve the missing wood AFTER all the rest of the deliveries were made, which could take several hours. A few hours later, the rest of my order was delivered. During all of this time, I spoke with multiple employees on the phone and was never, ever offered any apologies with regard to the incomplete order or the inconvenience of the missed delivery times. I expected to be notified when employees knew that the morning delivery time would not be met, but that never happened either. I had to call the store to get any information regarding updated delivery times. It would not have been as big of a deal if it werent for the fact that I had people and machinery reserved for that specific day, and our project was delayed by nearly half a day as a result of all this. The employees at Tum-a-Lum have always been super helpful in the past, so this experience was surprising to me.

Good customer service and friendly staff!

I went in to get a trolley for a 20 foot Barn door at overhead door company they searched and searched they couldnt find anything they say theyre out of date cant find one anywhere. I walk into tum-a-lum for something else and lo and behold there is a trolley perfect fit for my door. Go figure.

Went in and the people acted like they were irritated that we were there. Sent to the shop to pick up materials and waited and waited until finally a guy in forklift asked if we needed help. Highly disappointed as this was the place to go for so many years......... received phone call today from store manager insisting that this was not the way they do business and the problem will be resolved immediately. Thankful for the prompt response and willingness to listen to concerns. Thank you Brian
