This particular stand is terrible when it has more than 3 vehicles going through the drive-through. The girls this morning are slow and neglected the walk up window StoneBros either needs to hire another person in the morning or train them to multi-task more efficiently. Out of the 4 or 5 stands that they have this one is by far the worst experience Ive had Im very disappointed. Their coffee is good but service definitely needs to be better

The main thing that stands out here is the service. Very friendly baristas and waitstaff, ready to take your order and totally informed and smiley at any hour of the morning. The food was good, unfortunately the coffee was not great. I dont know if the beans were too bitter or too much water in the Americano and the latte but tasted really bitter and funky. I know we should have gone back and just asked for a redo, but we had to get on the highway and get going. Super friendly staff, positive review because I know they would make it right if you have time to ask for it. Constructive feedback for the trainers and the owners spend some time training on the iced lattes and americanos, please. :-)

Cant pour a shot to save their AM lives then have the audacity to be rude when you request an easier drink. Go hop in the Ground Up line. Its long but its worth it.

Love there coffee I go all the time they have pupacino they do a little special thing for my 2yr old grandson he get chocolate milk with whip cream on top and his straw they put whip cream on it so I ask him u want a coffee today he gets excited going there me to it’s those special little things that count

I wouldn’t even call this a coffee shop. It’s more of a shake shack. Ordered a Mexican ‘Mocha’ frappe, and then learned it didn’t even have espresso shots (or caffeine) in it, just flavoring. Had to pay extra to have them add two (sub-par) shots to it. Most of their menu is these types of flavored ‘frappes’.

Sorbenots surprise red bull is my norm but today unfortunately I had a bad experience, 5+ people standing inside and even though they took my order two cars back when I came up to the window it wasn’t ready and they were all arguing about who was going to make it. The lady at the window turned her back to me as soon as I pulled up, it took a couple minutes for anybody to acknowledge me and then the lady that handed me the red bull didn’t say a word so I didn’t bother with my normal “have a good day” and just drove off. Pretty frustrating when more than half the time I go there I tip and almost always get great service. It’s quite disappointing and if people that work there aren’t clocked on yet they should NOT be all waiting in the way of other baristas trying to work. Going to have to convince myself to go back and try again and not let one bad experience deter me.

They have tons of options so if you dont drink coffee they can hook you up... If you do drink coffee they can still hook you up... LOVE them...😁

We absolutely Love Sorbenots Coffee, they are the only coffe shop we go to in all the places they are located, dont like going to other ones only if we have to and they are not even close to Sorbenots, we Love all the employees at every one of their locations and every one is consistent with the drinks, they always ask us if we want to use our points and we always say no we are saving them up to buy a franchise of our own and we all laugh...LOL...If you see a Sorbenots you have got to stop and get their Frappuccino Blended..I always get the Chocolate Peanut Butter with Whip and my Husband always gets the Heath Moca with an extra shot and no whip

It’s nice to have an option aside from Starbucks—and it’s convenient to have a place at the end of town nearer me—but I have to say there’s no “wow” factor here. It’s a good coffee when I’m in the mood, but I haven’t found anything here that sets me off craving it...

I dont usually leave reviews but they deserve it! I moved from Ontario to Pendleton this April and was worried that my favorite coffee chain wouldnt stand up to its sister location. I was completely wrong! Still wonderful drinks and the staff is so friendly and fast! Theyll come out and take your order if the line is long so your orders ready when you get to the window. Keep up the good work!

Really Consistent Coffee be it drip or Custom ordered the ladies are also very lovely, funny and polite. To bad I dont I dont own dogs the size of White Tail deers. Maybe if I did I would get more public notoriety.😆

Not great service and the coffee wasnt the best, but it wasnt bad either. The beans probably just burnt a little bit. My toasted bagel turned out good though, so theres that.

I asked for a cinnamon roll and when I got it the plastic cover was melted on the cinnamon roll and the cinnamon roll was cold in the middle.

Always friendly. They try to go as fast as possible. But sometimes the lines are excessive. Would be nice to have a menu hanging that you can see before you get up to the window to order for those who dont always know in advance.

Only place I will go to wherever I go. They love our great danes, 2of them. Size of a white tail deer. Love their customer service. I would give them 8 1/2 out of 10.

We have tried for a year to give this place a chance but to no avail. We keep saying maybe it will be better this time. Nope. Every drink without fail has either burnt shots, watery taste, or both. Not everyone there is necessarily rude, and Im definitely not expecting the super excited Dutch bros group, but a little politeness goes a long way. Anyways, its got cool presentation and Id totally love it if they made good drinks; however, I cant justify the cost for a fancy cup full of crap coffee. Ill give it an extra star for brand presentation but I wont go here unless I know they start training people better cause its getting ridiculous.

Im not a fan of the flavor palate of their coffee, but, they were very kind, very fast, and the shoppe looked nice. My other family members love Sorbenots.

Sorbenots Coffee - 7 AM. We dont have any drip today, but I can make you an Americano which is the same thing. It is not the same thing. It is 7 am, you have coffee on your website, you have cofee in your name, you should serve coffee. I will never be back to any of their locations. I try to go independent over Starbucks. This is just lazy.

They didnt have any drip coffee, and no cream cheese for the bagles either, Wtf? How are you gonna open up a shop called sorbenots COFFEE and not sell COFFEE. It should be called sorbenots espresso, because all they have are lates..Staff was hella distracted aswell. Bummed.

They have three baristas that I absolutely love they never fail to make my drinks right and always are consistant. Cant say the same for one other gal...always messes up and is quite rude. But I will say as for the ones that do good they are the ones that keep me coming back!
