New to the guitar, I found myself stuck after learning just a few chords. Charlie helped me with a crash coarse right in the store and lined me up with right scale, chord and song books to reignite my enthusiasm. If I were local Id sign up for lessons. Thank you Charlie!

My family and I were walking downtown during Farmers Market. My son wanted to see the music store.... hes been wanting a drum set. We were refused entry because we didnt have masks.I have not found a single small business this oppressive about mask wearing since the CDC issued new guidance a few weeks ago.We wont shop anywhere that is complicit in perpetuating this nonsense.

I came in for a keyboard, was in and out in less than 20 min. Super happy with my purchase.

The man was super nice and showed my sister how to play blues on guitar. He also hooked up the electrical drums for me to jam on! Definitely coming back and making a purchase!! ;)

Owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired my husbands guitar and did a great job for a reasonable price and did the job quickly.

Great local shop! They are fair with rentals and repairs. With new purchases they will take their time to help you find the right instrument. Might pay a few bucks over an online order, but you get to try out the sound and they stay competitive even with big chain music shops. If you are into guitars they always have something new to try out and will keep an eye out for a good fit if they know what you are looking for. Highly recommend! When you buy local, your money stays local :)

What a respectful owner! Had all my brass musical needs, great representative of Pendleton, (although I would guess most folks wouldnt know the owner has stood watch at our National Cemetery!) As a Naval Veteran, I encourage Vets to shop here. Thank you for your service, military and now musical .

Cool little shop. Seems like they had plenty of accessories you would need. Carried mostly yamaha guitars. Seems like a good store for entry level-intermediate players.

I called to see if I could rent a 1/2 violin for 2 days while I was in town with my children. My daughter is 9 years-old and we live in North Carolina and my grandfather is 91 and my grandmother is 95. My grandpa asked me to call and see if they would let us a rent a violin for a few days. He has had a stroke and has trouble with his speech Charlie who was working there said that was not possible and they would only do 3 month rentals even after I explained the situation. He was very rude and very unhelpful. I hope someone is more flexible when he is 91 and I a home for the aged. I was very disappointed. My grandpa has taken me and my sisters and himself to play music in nursing homes for years in Pendleton. I had no problem paying for the rental but he made to attempt at any offer.

Worker is friendly and knowledgeable about music. Always wanting to put a guitar in your hands so you can feel and hear how it plays. Have always taken care of our musical needs :)

Ive always had great service here. Theyve ordered items and serviced my instruments for me. We purchased a guitar, and had an issue with it, and they were great working with the manufacturer to get it replaced for us. I would definitely buy another instrument from them because I know we will get support if there are problems.

Not the biggest variation but the seller is a really nice person, a great worker.

I have never been treated worse at any place in my life. I ordered parts for my guitar 6 weeks ago and was told they would probably be in the following week. I return the following week to check and was given a similar story. This whent on for 2 more weeks then I was busy last week so I didnt stop in. I went in today to see if they had received the parts and they still had not arrived. Naturally I am upset because I could have gone elsewhere and had my parts and fixed my guitar weeks ago but I wanted to try and support a local business. The lady that I talked to just gave me a bunch of excesses about what was going on and acted annoyed that I was upset about waiting 6 weeks for parts. All I said to her was well I would have appreciated it you would have called me and let me know about these issues I could have gone to the Tri Citys and bought them and been playing my guitar by now So she looks at the cashier lady and says refund him is money and tells me good luck in the Tri Citys turns her back and walks away. If that is what they call good customer service they are crazy. They wont get another dime of my money.
