I just purchased my first car, a used Hyundai Elantra from Alfa Romeo and the car was in amazing condition, and the customer service was very welcoming. Luisa made this new and exciting process very easy to understand, and made sure that everything was in perfect order. She was very personable and made the day into a wonderful experience.
We honestly weren’t going to buy just to look and test drive a Tesla for the first time ever. The staff was super amazing!! Let us test out the car seats and drive around and we’re not even the slightest bit pushy to get us into it!! If we did not purchase that particular vehicle I would of been super willing and happy to have any one of the staff find a vehicle for us as the amount of helpfulness and non pushy they were really makes me want to do business with them for any vehicle! They definitely deserved my business and I felt super comfortable with everything the entire time and even kept them at work past 1000pm cause my bank is in Alaska!!

Service department has been TERRIBLE trying to talk to someone and schedule service. There is no vip service they talk about. Had I known how hard it is to service my car because of their awful service department I would not have bought this brand of car. Beware.

I explained what I was looking for based on a vehicle that showed available on their online inventory, and without skipping a beat, she said, let me check on that. The car hadn’t even made it to their physical location and was at the body shop. She drove over there, picked it up brought it straight to us. We were able to test drive immediately, and the decision was made. The vehicle went under contract and back to the shop for cleaning and maintenance, and we went home with it after the weekend. Luisa and Patty made the process quick and easy. I found a car I liked online and called and spoke with Megan that morning. She arranged a for a saleswoman to be ready for me. I was in and out with the keys in my hand in a few short hours. Luisa was excellent and patient. I ended up falling in love with two cars and she was knowledgeable on both (BMW and Mercedes). She answered all questions I had and didn’t pressure me at all. Patty was great too. She helped me understand the paperwork and arranged my temp tag to be transferred to a permanent tag. I bought my used car about a month ago and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Great atmosphere and great customer service. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends.
Well, unfortunately, I have to share my experience like this for the sake of others. I purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia from them on 3/24/21.I am a Georgia resident and purchased the car online. Having been in the car business myself, I am comfortable buying a vehicle sight unseen. The purchase experience was fine, but when matters arise after the sale, service matters.We had agreed on an estimation of Georgia taxes which they needed to place in a certain spot for their accounting. This line on the buyers order was labelled accessories. When I went to register in Georgia, I was facing paying tax on tax (this is a taxable line) which does not make sense.I reached out to the General Manager who handled my transaction to request a corrected buyers order where the taxes were moved to a field literally labelled other taxes. This is where the fun began.On April 10th, I emailed a polite request to the General Manager explaining the circumstance. On April 14th, I had to email the General Manager again as a follow up since I had not been replied to in 4 calendar days. This time I received a reply saying the best they could do was an unsigned copy which I agreed would be fine. As of April 20th, I had not received the unsigned copy where they would move my Georgia tax to the other tax line. Of course, I sent another follow up at this time and still had no reply.Today, April 21st, I ran out of time on my temporary Florida tag and got stuck paying tax on tax after all.For a dealership selling high line autos, failing to provide minimal effort service is completely unacceptable. I certainly hope they learn and improve their level of service for other customers.
Buying a car online required trusting people you don’t know. Honestly, it was scary at first, but all the folks here came through and the car was as described. I will buy from them again, I’m sure. Try jet have earned my trust.

BEST. CAR. BUYING. EXPERIENCE. EVER. We handled everything through text and phone. Agreed on everything. I put my bank manager in touch with their finance dept while starting the 3 hour drive to get there. EVERYTHING was done and ready to go for my wife and I. 18 minutes. That’s it!! From the time we walked in, signed a few papers, to the time we left for the 3 hour drive back. That’s it. 18 minutes. Rachael, Rafael, and Louisa were GREAT. Well worth the drive. Not the experience I wanted to receive. New to buying vehicles and I feel as if I was prey. I went to look at a vehicle and they were very consistent on calling me (even when I say I’m working) but not in a way to make sure you are satisfied with their service but more so being really adamant to get a sell. I authorize them to pull my credit and give me the results. After being notified the results I told them that I would prefer to wait and make decisions once I am able to come inside the office. Days later I receive a call that they reached out to another institution and had them pull my credit without discussing this with me. When speaking to the manager he said that “this is what you signed up for. The world now uses electronics so it was no point in you waiting to come in. To handle business” Also chuckled and stated “you don’t understand it .. why didn’t you just reach out to your bank and have them help you.” When I replied and told him I actually did tell them that I would be going through with my bank and just to wait on making decisions until I can come in . he just responded “oh well I can’t explain that”
This is by far, the absolute best experience I have ever had with a dealership! I started with internet sales, Hannah and Megan and they were incredible and quick to respond to any emails. When we arrived, we dealt with Dylan aka Boss Baby. He was extremely knowledgeable about every car we spoke of. I arrived already knowing what I wanted and he was not pushy about any part of the sale. We also dealt with the sales manager, Charlie, also another extremely professional, awesome guy. My husband and I will only ever deal with Alfa Romeo Pensacola when purchasing another vehicle. From start to finish, we were treated with respect and courtesy. I may go back in just to hang out with these guys. Steve (finance Dept) was amazing in working out what we needed. Raphael helped us with getting new tires and is an all around great guy. I have to say I am impressed with this dealership they are very kind and helpful. They made our loan process on our 2014 Mercedes GL550 a breeze and had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. We had a little issue with our vehicle heater core going out A little over a week after purchasing it. I called the dealership and they all got involved and started calling and was concerned to get the issue fixed I had it towed to my local Mercedes dealership and they are standing by to find out the exact problem. I will hear from the dealership 11/23/2020 and will update on what the outcome was with getting repairs done.. I’m so impressed with this dealership that I will not buy else where if everything going well. I forgot to mention they were willing to tow my car from a 1 1/2 away to their dealership if I would have called them first.. like what awesome customer service.

They called, sent numerous texts, tons of emails prior to me buying the car. They screwed up the buyers order, sales person wasn’t there to walk me through the car to show me how things worked so I’ve spent hours trying to figure everything out. Now with the sale over and they owe me the difference between the actual sales price and what they told my bank, I can’t get a single response from them. Their service after the sale is awful. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

First, this does not at all look like a dealership, let alone an Alfa Romeo Dealership...when I first arrived I thought it was closed down. BUT, what service!! I brought my Alfa in for servicing and the customer service was absolutely excellent. The car seats, steering wheel, and floor were protected with plastic by the service person...the amount of time they told me was exact, the staff was super pleasant, and the car was perfect upon pickup!!

Terrible business practices. If I could give it no stars I would . I was recently involved in an accident to where my car was totaled. I needed to find a car in a timely manner . This dealership was very inconsiderate and really wasted time! I have been inquiring and working with this dealership for a week and a half . Well actually, it takes them a week and a half to finally give me an update on the purchase! And for them to of all things text the status to me. No phone call, no courtesy ! But I should have expected this because I was never able to sit and speak on the purchase . I was communicated with through many text messages and few calls . My visits to the dealership were bland and not personal. As if they are just going through the motions with no true intent. The saleswoman was not interested . She was reading the details of the car off to me as if she was reading the show card . She was not a saleswoman determined to get the customer off the dealership in a new car. Like this was an inconvenience to her. I have been to dealerships and left same day in a vehicle. Terrible experience . THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT WITH NO INTENTION OF SELLING THE CAR. I have now multiple inquiries on my credit report due this WASTE OF TIME. I would not even recommend this place to my worse enemy! Terrible terrible terrible terrible! DONT GO HERE. -100000% overall

Waited a long time for Pensacola to get its own Alfa Romeo dealership and it was well worth the wait. I bought a new Stelvio SUV. Its a fabulous vehicle. The purchase process was made easy and enjoyable by Charlie and his great staff of Loisa, Patty, Michelle and Rachael. They made me and my wife happy customs. I highly recommend.
DO NOT buy a used car from this place!! If you do, I HIGHLY recommend getting a warranty. 2016 YUKON motor blew after only 7 days of purchasing from this dealership and they have been so unhelpful. They refuse to help fix it! My sister and her 3 young kids were stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night and now she is stuck with this $30k vehicle, a vehicle note, and forking our $5,900 to replace the motor.

I purchased a vehicle 10 days ago, and on the 7th day the 2016 Yukon SLT that I purchased started running hot. My wife along with my 3 young kids were stranded on the side of the highway at 9pm in the dark. I had it towed to a GMC dealership in Mobile, and they said the motor is no good. The motor blew! Now Alfa Romeo is saying it’s my fault and they aren’t fixing it no matter what. No matter what this vehicle should not have been running hot period after only having it 7 days! I did not get the warranty and I regret it very much! I didn’t expect this to happen after only 7 days of owning this vehicle that we purchased from Alfa Romeo!I DO NOT recommend buying any used vehicle from this dealership! Worst mistake of my life.

Follow through to make a difficult deal was tremendous. Her credit wasn’t stellar. I sincerely appreciate them making the car buying process uncommonly great. No pressure, clear pricing, great value, and genuinely good people. I can’t boast enough about them, and you get the point by now. All star crew.
