This post is in regards to my mother Saundra Rasberry.For starters, my mother is very upset about a vehicle she purchased roughly 3-4 months ago. My mother purchased a Dodge Charger and was LIED TO !!My mother had issues with her radio system and had requested that it be fixed. My mother was told that a part was ordered to replace the system and that NEVER HAPPENED !! My mother has been waiting 3-4 months for the part to be ordered by the dealer and it was never done. The salesman at the dealership who sold my mother the vehicle was also shocked that this issue has been ongoing for MONTHS !Just recently my mother spoke to a person who ordered the part for her and was then informed about the back doors on both sides were literally COMING APART ! She was told that to repair the doors would be $300 each .. my mother is very upset that this issue is going on and feels as though she was lied to. This situation has truly upset her and seems as if a resolution is not being made.
I purchased a car here 2 1/2 months ago. After only a month the check engine light came on. In the past even if I didn’t purchase the extended warranty frontier motors always met me halfway with the price for the repairs. This vehicle needs $2000 dollars worth of Work after only owning the vehicle for 2 1/2 months and they were only willing to pay $125 in repairs. Customer service is terrible they knew I needed this vehicle To get back and forth to school an still sold me a piece of junk for almost 9,000 dollars and now I have to put $2000+ into this car that I can’t afford. The vehicle was given to me on a half of a tank and was not even cleaned properly. Service is horrible and I will only be purchasing my vehicles from frontier motors in Pensacola do. They work with you on issues like these when they sell you a car that needs extra work after owning it a few months even if you did not purchase extended warranty.! They literally charged me 125 for a diagnostic that I called them and told them I already had to give me the same exact info my owner told me. They gave me the impression that they would meet t me half way like frontier motors dealership has in the past. That was not the case. The 25% they wanted to pay only covered the diagnostic. Please do your own research before purchasing here it’s not worth the money we are having to put into this vehicle After only owning it 2 months.
Professional and courteous, helped me out in a pinch. I went to two auto shops that couldnt figure out what was wrong, charged me for diagnostics and sent me on my way. I spoke with Lou-Ann in the service department and she got me right in, within an hour they told me exactly what was wrong and gave me an estimate. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else to try to save a buck. This place has the technology and technicians to get it right and fixed the first time. Thank you Sandy Sansing Chevrolet!!!

Bad experience. Horrible customer relations. Didn’t address and fix some of the problems we noted at the time of drop off. In fact, there were more problems after we got it back. When we returned it to address the problems, the employee handling our matter was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be coming back here.
