They took our money just to tell us what we already knew about our vehicle..Cost us $47.00... for NOTHING.We were told they would contact us back for a Great Deal on our alignment.. but.. we still havent heard a thing from them..Not Good... 😠

The Raley staff were friendly and professional in there operation from start to finish in conducting an alignment. The length of time was better than expected and I was pleased with the cost. I recommend you give them a try.

My wife and I evacuated from new orleans for the storm and on the way I noticed the truck was pulling hard left and that was something we cant have lol. Terry was awesome. Super nice to talk to and seems like he knows his cars!! Firestone couldnt align my truck due to my aftermarket lift- but raleys said no worries and to come on over. I called at two pm and my truck was complete and ready by 4:05. 20/10 would recommend these guys for all services from classic cars to your brand new truck for a Very affordable price!!! Stopped by yesterday to get my brakes fixed since it had been embarrassingly squeaky for the past few weeks. And I was pleasantly surprised by the honest and friendly service. Typically I dread going into auto shops because I always encounter condescending workers who tries to dupe me and/or upsell me. But at Raleys I was treated fairly, and the price was so reasonable compare to other places I visited as well. It was my first time going here and it certainly wont be my last time either 😁

This is a well established business in Pensacola and I’m very happy to refer my friends and family to Raley Brake for any brake or alignment service you might need. I recently had an oil change at a local dealership. The service department neglected to inspect other basic wear items and didn’t tell me that my brake pads were extremely thin. Fail! Less than 7 days later, it was clear to me and everyone that could hear my squeaking brakes that it was time. Terry Eubanks quickly checked out the issue, made his recommendation and by the end of the day my car was finished. New rotors and ceramic pads. This is an honest and genuinely great company to do business with. The added benefit is the fair price for the work performed to others in this business. 5⭐️

Terry and his team are the best! The folks at Direct Tire on N. Davis recommended I go to Raley for a front-end alignment on my 3rd-gen Toyota 4Runner. I called Raley and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly checked-in by the office manager and given a time estimate for Terry to speak to me directly. I showed Terry my tire wear issue, and he said I could wait 30-60 minutes for the work to be completed. 30 minutes later, Terry explained to me what he fixed, and I was out the door with a perfectly aligned front end, as well as a steering wheel that was exactly on center. I couldnt have asked for better/quicker service.

Whew! Thank God for Mr Terry! Long crazy story, all I can say is a HUGE thank you to someone who really cares about their customers!

Even though I put my own tie rods in, an alignment is one task I couldn’t YouTube with the proper equipment. I searched all day and no one could squeeze me in Especially with 24s and if so the price was beyond the size of my pockets. Called Raleys and Terry said he could fit me in and for the price I could afford. Wasn’t there no more than an hr tops. Trucks drives a hell of a lot better, will go back if I end up needing them again, and will recommend everyone and anyone to them. Thanks Terry you a life savor.

We had a brake problem on I10 and called Raley Brakes and Terry was very accommodating and got us in the next morning for a complete brake job. Dropped my 2005 1500 truck off twice spent over $800 to repair the front brakes still not fixed. Owner said it could be this or it could be that. Problem was I was losing brake fluid, he knew this. My brakes were sticking a little. Terry replaced the pads, did same thing but worse brought it back and to terry now he is saying the master cylinder could be out. The other brake shop said it should have been checked for a leak since I was adding fluid every few months he would have discovered that the master cylinder was out instead of just changing parts. The worst part was I told him I had a leak and needed a plug in my tire. I picked the truck up late afternoon and he did not even do it. He said he did not have time. I am a small business owner myself and if your going to be a brake and tire company then know your craft I do. I have used him one other time to change out pads and he did a good job but he should have checked the master cylinder when I told him about losing brake fluid. I feel I was ripped off and you should be aware other than that, a likeable guy. I cannot do business with someone that does not use common sense. I had to wait three hours to have a plug fixed that he should have found the time the 5 DAYS he had the truck. Unacceptable. I would like my $800 back.

I came in to get my Tesla brakes checked out. I wasn’t sure if the rotors needed replacing, but Terry checked them out and said I didn’t. He didn’t try to sell me on anything. He replaced all of my brake pads, and the car feels brand new. He even checked out other parts for no cost. I can’t recommend Terry enough.

I hate to leave a negative review for a local business, but I really feel locals should choose another shop if considering Raley. I had what I suspected to be a bent rim caused by a tire shop when I bought a new set of Michelin tires (along with another unknown, unrelated issue). The owner adamantly suggested having my tires “trued.” He places the tires on a machine and shaves the tread down to make them perfectly round. He insisted that even with a bent rim, the car would ride perfectly. These were brand new Michelin tires on a car that rode perfectly before the tires were swapped. Desperate to get the shaky ride resolved, I went along with it and had them trued at $45 per tire. Not only did this not resolve the issue whatsoever, but my brand new Michelin tires looked like they were just driven through a bed of razors. He said the shavings would come off after about 200 miles. This didn’t happen either. A week later I called to explain the shaking was still present, and the owner arrogantly and adamantly insisted that it was caused by something else in the car. Well, I got the issue resolved with the tire shop who replaced the rims and guess what? No more shaking — because it was a bent rim, and the tread shaving didn’t do anything to fix it. DO NOT have your tires “trued.” Do some research first — there’s a good reason he’s the only one in town that does it. I also found out after the fact that my brother in law had issues with him being unable to get his front end aligned, and had to bring his truck to the dealership to get it done right. Definitely won’t be back here.

My tire pads and rotor disc needed to be changed ASAP. Terry told me over the phone to bring my vehicle in and he’ll take a look. He had a very busy Friday but was able to squeeze me in. Great value for all tire pads and rotor disc (the best I’ve been quoted yet). Terry showed me exactly what my brake pads looked like. Very professional. I’ll be going back for further maintenance on my vehicle.

I own a 1993 Mustang with heavy modifications to it to include a 03-04 Cobra IRS assembly and 94-95 Cobra front spindle. 3 other alignment shops refused to take it because it wouldnt align to 1993 mustang standards. Raleys took it and aligned it to 03-04 Cobra specs after getting a-little information about the car. The service was fast, completed 2 hours before the estimated time and was less expensive then quoted.

Awesome! Had a lift put on my truck and had 4 front end alignments done at two different shops and they kept getting it wrong. The truck pulled hard to the right and you could see serious tire wear. I took it to Rileys and they worked me right in and did a fantastic job! Truck drives perfect now and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be using this shop from now on.

I brought my 2005 Chevy Colorado Z71 up to Raleys for a much needed alignment. I knew there was going to be at least one other part that would need attention (co-workers advised to expect tie rod maintenance) and sure enough I needed to replace a tie rod. Even on short notice Terry was able accommodate me and get my truck back before the end of day. I greatly appreciate the service that was provided, everyone I spoke with (Front Desk worker, mechanic, and Terry) were very friendly and happy to see me back on the road. Good friendly service and theyre not expensive.

Took my 07 Toyota Tacoma thinking I was having brake problems. After inspecting my truck, it was found that my bearings were seriously bad on right side and bad on left side. Terry talked with me and explained the work that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate for the work. Took it in at 11:30 PM recieved a call at 4:30 PM stating my tuck was ready. 6 hrs replacing two bearings and an alignment. Was very impressed. Came in under the estimated price. Great work at a fair price and finished at a damn decent time. I will be recommending to any and all friends and family.

Can’t say enough about this place. Appointment was made, car was pulled right in when i arrived and the work completed. I had an issue with my car and instead of getting the usual “we can’t...” i got “we DID”. No excuses. Terry and his staff provide the type of service that we often pay for but rarely get.

Took my car and stopped it off. Same day alignment cost me $75. Drives much better Im pleased!

I am visiting from Texas and i had more serious issues than just brakes in my Nissan Murano. Something was running against my axel and was causing serious damage. Thank God I took my vehicle to Raley. I never had a deal like this in my life. The brake work done on my vehicle had me leaving like a just bought the car brand new 7 years. I had several things done to my vehicle because it needed it. Including the pads and rotors. A local competitor that I called a day prior was going to charge me twice as much just for the rear brakes. I don’t believe that competitor was bad I think Raley is just too good. The owner takes pride and will treat your vehicle like it’s at a doctors appointment. Then he was willing to give me options just in case whatever I needed was out of my price range which wasn’t even an issue. A mechanic shop I usually go to in Texas charged me almost just as much and did 1/4 of what I had done here about 3 years ago. At Raley the owner treated me like he knew me for years. It wasn’t fake either. It was real southern hospitality. I sat in the waiting area and even admired how other customers were treated. Thank you Raley for staying open and taking care of us in tough times. I don’t like to swear but this place is F’n awesome.

We took our car to a discount brake place and were quoted over $600 dollars. Called around and found Raley Brake & Alignment and saved more than $200. They checked out everything and only replaced what was needed. No up sales.Great service and friendly people.

Review update- I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to Raleys Alignment for any TRUE front end work. They are extremely thorough with their diagnostics. I took my truck to another shop in town for work, said it was all good and needed an alignment. Dropped my truck off for just an alignment thinking my truck was good. NOPE! Terry found so much more wrong that they said was good, SMH. Thankful they are thorough shop. Save yourself the trouble and just stop here!!  Thanks again Raleys for keeping my family and truck SAFE

It was very good, not great. We went for a meal at 5. The outside is non assuming, by the name I thought it would be mediterenean. The menu had nice, homemade pastas and bread. The only drawback was the price My wife scalop risotto 32 dollars, 5 dollar side salad, wine 9, and my tea 3. I had grouper cheek small plate 14 and a shrimp/scallop chowder with little of both 6. All together 74 dollars. 90 dollars with tip. I just thought it was expensive for the location and quanity. The food is good but not 90 good

I was greeted with a very warm and friendly reception from the Raley Brake & Alignment shop staff. My vehicle needed a front end alignment that the dealer was unable to perform due to after-market rims. Raley was able to do the service without any issues, and I was very satisfied with the work they performed on my vehicle. Recently installed an after market suspension on my 1970 Mustang. Needless to say it was in desperate need of an alignment after the install. Took my mustang to Raleys kind of on a whim, but sure am happy with the results! The car drives extremely straight and I could tell that the crew took extreme pride in their work, especially on my car. They stayed late working on it just to make sure it was perfect and they insisted on even the smallest of tweaks even when it meant they had to stay later. Had a bad alignment issue on my 2005 Grand Marquis. It pulled to the left and had cupping on my new right front tire. In addition it had for the last 5k miles bad slack in the rack and pinion steering. Terry and his crewfixed it all at an unbelievable price. I strongly recommend these guys. Theyve been in business a long time and theres a reason for that. I took a recommendation from someone in our British Car Club that had taken old British stuff there for him to work on. Not very many businesses will do that. No more Walmart. All my stuff goes to Raley.

We were on vacation, far from my trusted hometown mechanic when we had a vibration in the front wheel that demanded attention. Thinking it had something to do with a recently replaced tire, we had Discount Tire inspect it but they referred us to Raleys. While Discount Tire and PEP Boys told us expensive repairs would be needed, Terry, the owner of Raley Brake & Alignment Service was honest and told us the rotor just needed to be turned. Then he got us in and out quickly. He was right....vibration gone! Very trustworthy! If I lived here, he would be my go-to mechanic for all repairs and maintenance.

My RVs alignment was off and I was in from out of town. It was downright scary to drive my RV on i10 when the semis would pass. I found Raleys and Terry fit me in his morning schedule so me and my family could visit the Navy Museum while they took care of it. They were done before we even left the museum. Very friendly, fast, reasonably priced, and interested in helping us.

I was referred here from another company. I got a 4 wheel alignment after replacing my suspension and I doesnt appear to have corrected my camber. They didnt give me the slip of the completed spec after asking they dont have it anymore because i didnt ask beforehand and the alignment looked the same. My tires wore down on the inside and only lasted 15k miles. Most expensive alignment I ever had and issue wasnt fixed.

I stopped in with a Ford F-350 dually and had my truck camper mounted in the back. Having a larger vehicle usually limits my options for repair facilities but at 11’6” I fit in the shop easily. After speaking with the owner Terry I felt comfortable immediately and he made room for me first thing the next morning even though he had a ton of work on his plate. After fixing the seized front caliper and replacing the brake pads he test drove it to test the brakes and realize my wheel bearing was very loud and needed immediate replacement. To save time I went and picked up the part from a local NAPA and that wasn’t an issue for Terry as it can be with some Mechanics. So once again he made room on his busy schedule to get me in first thing the following day and got the job done promptly. I can’t say enough about the friendly straightforward treatment I received and the very affordable price of the repairs. Thanks for helping me out on my travels it’s very much appreciated. They went above and beyond for me.
