We LOVE our patio cover! We wanted to cover our 24x16 slab and after calling around to other local Pensacola companies we chose GCPS. Their price was reasonable and so was their schedule. I didn’t get the names of the two guys who came out, but I wish I had so I could mention them. I know they were out of Mississippi. They were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and did awesome work. Since it seems this company has a lot of offices, I can only assume that depending on your location you get who you get as far as who actually does the installation.

Very unprofessional. I dont even rate them with one star, even though this review is making me select something. To start, they never visited the property to give an estimate, they did not communicate the contract w/ the landlord on what exactly they were doing and in turn she paid for a job over budget.. The biggest complaint of all is they did not clean up their mess afterwards. My 14 year old son and my husband both stepped on nails that went straight through their shoes. They showed up unprepared, needing an outlet for uncharged machinery ect. When my husband asked (to ensure) about the clean up they said yes they were they went on to ask to borrow our house broom!! Willing as it may, my husband grabbed our broom, propped it and let them know that there it was. Once they were finished they sat around waiting for the landlord to return with the check, leaving all the mess behind which included debris from the old carport top, cigarette buts, and NAILS everywhere. Later that afternoon, one went right through my sons shoe. My husband also stepped on several. Once they were contacted on how unprofessional this was to leave after a job, my husband was only insulted. The contractor laughed at out complaints and said it would not be until 3 days later before his men could get back out their. Then went on to offer money for my husband the clean it up, for a job the did a lousy job of!!! Later a phone call was had between the workers and my husband, again with the insults, and this time using foul language and making threats. This did not go over well with my husband as you could imagine. Once our friend, neighbor and fence guy whom might I say has his own business got on the phone with them after my husband, they finally agreed to come back first thing in the morning. They never showed. This was completely an unprofessional approach. Even our neighbor friend who has his own business told us that this was completely unacceptable from a business standpoint, and action needed to take place. They laughed at my husband, insulted his intelligence as a human being, made empty threats using inappropriate language,, cussing, ultimately leaving us to clean up their mess. My husband did it all.This company sucks . They have no respect, and should not have any kind of licencing for any work. We still to this day are finding and picking up nails.

I would give them -0 star if it was an option. On 4/27/2020 Who I thought was Gulf Coast Patio and Screen came and installed patio cover. The two brothers argued and cursed very loud. I had a quote that the lead brother did and he wanted to leave things out (gutter downspout on one side and post I upgraded) but wasnt going to change price. I wanted fan centered on patio, its way off center :( . The wiring of the fan was awful and wrapped in duct tape. I had to get an electrician to fix it. I called several times to get them to come out and re-chaulk and fix the flashing because it leaks. That was over a year ago and no one ever came. The receipt didnt say Gulf Coast Patio it was a company called AAA Aluminum Enclosures.

Their awning looks nice, but sadly the installer littered our parking lot with self-tapping screws and didnt clean them up. I have called and left a message asking they return and clean up our parking lot. In the event they do so, Ill gladly flip this review to 5 stars. If you read this and its still 1 star, then they never came back...

Did a great job on my patio cover, but never came back and finished the job. Im missing a downspout on my gutter, and although they kept saying they were coming back, they never did. Its been over 6 months now!

Good product with quick install. We were able to match the clay color of our house trim and the patio looks great.

I was trying to get quote for screen enclosure and Google search led me to an 877 number for Pensacola Sunrooms which I called. The man who answered told me to text him back at the 228 number below. Due to the fact the number had a MS area code, I asked if he was licensed and insured in FL. He yelled at me and said he didnt want my business and hung up. Due to the fact he has SEVERAL different names associated with him : Gulf Coast Patio and Screen, Pensacola Sunrooms, Pensacola Screenrooms and AAA Aluminum, I had left a message with one of the other numbers. Below is the text he sent me back. LOOKED UP ALL OF THE ABOVE BUSINESS NAMES ON SUNBIZ.ORG AND NONE OF THESE BUSINESSES ARE LICENSED IN FLORIDA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!! I am reporting him to DPR for unlicensed practice in FL. His website says he does business in Pcola but clearly is not licensed here.

We got a covered patio from this company. Installed within a week and it looks great. Very pleased with the work and how the process was so easy. Thanks guys.

I moved to Pensacola & bought a house that needed screen repair around the pool. I called GCP first - and he spent 10 minutes trying to convince me to replace all the screens. I told him I wanted a quote for both. Two weeks later - my phone rings & they were at my house ready to work! I told them I still wanted the quotes - and was told ‘this is f’in unbelievable’ and he hung up. He then followed up with a text telling me I was a complete joke - this from a man who sounds like he has a mouthful of marbles when he speaks. I would burn my place to the ground before EVER doing business with this company. BTW - I found someone to make the repairs for < $1K - including replacing two doors. You can do way better than Gulf Coast Patio!!!

I called this company and got a quote after Hurricane Sally. He told me it would be double due to high demand. I said please just send me a quote. He sent me a quote and he was way higher like he said he would be so I choose another company to do! He called me and I said I was using another company and he said a lot of bad words to me and told me to loose his F___ number. He needs to be arrested for price gouging and talking to people like he does. Very unprofessional!!

I contacted these people for a sun room quote. They texted me with no identification or company name. I was treated like garbage. I cannot advise anyone to deal with this company!

Very unprofessional. Clearly does not exhibit professionalism. Can’t handle the word NO! Speaks down to women. Nice to see how he treats military families. Would rather pay more for quality and professionalism. Use any other company but this one!

If you are interested in working with a company with rude employees - then this one is for you! I reached out to get a quote for a screened in porch. After I kindly explained that I received a less expensive quote, the gentleman was extremely rude, assured me my China screen will have to be replaced in 7 years, and then proceeded to zoom in on photos of my house to show me all the other things he felt were done poorly. Needless to say, I will be doing business with another company.

We recently had an aluminum awning put on over my patio. GCP did a great job. They started in the morning and didnt leave that day until the job was finished. It ended up being that night, but they hung in there and got it done. The job looks great and we are extremely pleased with the work.

The sheer unprofessionalism of this company is appalling. The way they treat clients is not only extremely rude, but also alarming. When a company’s behavior makes you consider yours and your family’s safety, there is something wrong.

Rude and misogynistic employee. Used innapropriate language with a potential customer. If this is how they treat people they are trying get as customers I shudder to think how they treat their female employees.

Im finding it quite odd that so many 1 star reviews have come up for this company all within the past 2 weeks. Seems suspicious.

Poor Customer Service would be an understatement. I have never experienced anything worse.
