Im sure glad I talked my daughter into going there. The floss she needed was only .60 compared to .99 at A&E. Plus buttons were on sale. When youre buying about 45 skeins at .60 n .44 thats a BIG SAVINGS. Shes definitely shopping there from now on. Now it need her to sign up.😉💜

As soon as I walked in the store and he people were extremely friendly! This place has absolutely everything, and I mean everything! If it deals with crafts or some type of hobby this place has it!The only downside is that a lot of the stuff in the store is pricey. But they do have lots of coupons and signs all over the store with her taking money off!Im kind of afraid to come back because I spent so much money already😜👍👍👍👍

Always love going to craft stores. Joannes had a nice variety of craft supplies and decor. Their Halloween section was decent. I saw cute home decor that I hadnt seen anywhere else. They are pricey but if you look on their website, theres typically always a coupon to off set the price. They had material I needed for my wedding dress that was a perfect match... So I was one happy lady.

The cashier and fabric associate were extremely helpful. I was able to get the fabric needed for my daughters costume. The associate was willing to help me when I couldnt find anymore fabric that I was needing. The cashier helped me with finding which coupon would be the most helpful in saving money.

Pleasantly surprised when I walked into this store. There is a wide variety of merchandise to browse through. I was impressed with the variety of photo frames to choose from and we ended up finding a perfect frame for our odd sized poster photo.

None of the price check stations worked, the clerk said hes only known them working 1 day that hes worked there the past year; which sucks because hardly anything is priced or in the correct place. The floors are nasty, the entire store just looks dirty. I we werent in a hurry, we would of left and gone elsewhere.

Store was clean and pretty well organized... as usual. Fewer associates on the floor than I recall from the past, but it was a late Saturday afternoon and the store wasnt terribly busy anyway. When I asked for it I got willing help. Cant ask for much more than that... except maybe actually having what I came for, right? If youre looking for decorative thread, specifically 12 weight thread, go elsewhere. Otherwise, this was a positive experience.

Joann has the best Halloween decor and props. Got this cool motion activated skull there. Perfect for Ghost Hunting.

Omg, Omg, can actually spend hours in store and still find things I initally did not find. It has a gaggle of must haves for crafters, or bakers, or anyone looking for stuff you wont find at your local target or walmart. I love the store design and marketing features. I miss going there just to see new and innovative arts and crafts, not to mention baking accessories. The coupons are definitely a plus also.

Customer service is good at this location. The inventory is decent. I think all of the stores are changing inventory right now and that is the reason for empty shelves in some parts of the store. Good clearance prices on stuff if you get there before it is all sold out. Otherwise, be sure to use a coupon for anything that isnt on sale that week.

Love it. Wished they get some Chennile yarn. They make wonderful blankets.

This store is massive! Dropped in with my wife, looking for something while on vacation, and were surprised at the size and organization of this JOANN. Checkout process was quick and friendly.

The two employees in the sewing department who helped me were wonderful. I wish I had asked their names but I didnt think of it. I really needed help and they were very kind and knowledgeable.

Joann is definitely a chain, but they have a huge selection of items for just about any craft you fancy, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus they have great sales and coupons -- and they require everyone to wear masks, and wear them correctly, so I feel safe shopping there.

I used to like Joanns before now. Their website decided to take my money and not process my order. Their customer service person decided to write back in response to my email. They have not issued a reversal for the charges and will be paid and I will not get the products I ordered. I asked for a reversal of the authorization to be released and I was given a response of thank you for contacting us. I will never spend another dime at this company.

One of my favorite stores.

This particular store was unkempt and very disorganized except right when you walked in. The stamp area was mostly disheveled and in many bins. Also, the flower area was a mess. The person at the cutting table was disdainful when I asked for help.

I ordered on the website to pick-up in store. I was informed two days later that part of my order was cancelled. My money wasnt returned for several days. When I contacted customer service they said their inventory dosent update in real-time. In other words they or may not have the product you pay for the website. But they are going take money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about this issue.

Pretty new store. However, I am not a fan of the available fabric selection. Furthermore the ladies working in the fabric section were not really helpful concerning any of my questions and didnt seem to care. Very nice ladies at the checkout!

Pricey, but a great selection

As soon as I walked in I knew what I needed. The cashier was ready and accommodating to answer my question as to where what I needed was at. Then It was exactly there. The prices were unbeatable and the line was short. The items on the walk to the checkout were well placed and almost made me purchase had i not been on a budget. The entire experience was worth it and Ill be back soon!

A clean and tidy location, and most of the staff is hard-working and friendly to their customers. The only real issue is that theyre always short-handed on employees which makes things more difficult than they should be at times. Keep up the good work!EDIT: Adding that it is completely ridiculous that the staff members are being put at risk to COVID-19 alongside its customers. These craft stores are not essential; close to the public, give your employees paid leave, and work with medical staff personally. Using the people who are panic-buying fabric as a business advantage is an overly-greedy choice that the company president approved of. The company itself has lost a lot of my respect.

The fabric at Hobby Lobby is much cheaper and you dont have to wait for a lifetime. The app will drive you nuts! I have more alerts from Joanns than I do from my own kids. Otherwise, lots of inventory and nice people working there.
