Terrible experience. I had a fairly small project and went to them for assistance. They lost the information I gave them, didnt return phone calls or emails, and generally had zero interest in helping me. Whenever I could get them on the phone, I was repeatedly told that the one person who could help was off doing big projects. I get it....my project wasnt the highest dollar amount for them. After several weeks, I eventually emailed asking, are you all even interested in doing this for me? They never responded. I will never go back. When they call themselves Elite, they must mean only for elite customers.

I have nothing but praise!I needed graphic design to 3 new banners.Done in 2 days and VERY AFFORDABLE.My new only stop for all my printing and grahic design banners, posters, and ANYTHING else I need a logo on!
