Great staff & customer service!! Kit had a lot of patience with us ordering the boat for our family needs. Lance was quick to get our paperwork done at appointment time and Captain Chris sealed the deal with a personal one on one Sea Trial to teach us about our New FloteBote. Great place if you want to watch the dock hands fish instead of pumping fuel. I have no use for this place.

The service in Pensacola, Florida is terrible. We had a hurricane in September of 2020. They had my pontoon boat on the very top rack of their outdoor storage. It is a 23ft. so not a big or heavy boat. It was blown off the storage rails & pontoons were crushed. The service manager said it would take 8-10 weeks to get all of the parts need to fix it. It has now been 5 most. they still dont have any parts or begun any work. I just bought this boat last May so it isnt even a year old! I am now going to have to hire an attorney because I am being charged for storage & can not remove my boat which is their fault to begin with. Terrible service!

Buyer beware! This company will high pressure you to put a deposit down on a boat you like saying that you have 5 days to decide and the deposit is fully refundable. But they will NOT give you your money back if you decide to go elsewhere. It has been 2 months...several phone calls and emails later they have not sent my my deposit. Go elsewhere!

I just completed a boat purchase from MarineMax’s Brokerage services. I had a fantastic purchase process lead by Daniel Deaibes. Daniel is a knowledgeable and high integrity professional that completed this remote buyer purchase and brokerage process with efficiency and honesty.

Daniel Deaibes was SUPERB and went out of his way for us! Excellent customer service! However, the finance manager, Jason Reeves, does not belong in the customer service industry. He was completely rude to my husband and I. He even went to the point of rolling his eyes when my husband asked him a question. He made us feel like we were unimportant and a burden to him. We would definitely deal with Daniel again, but we would seek our own financing to keep from having to deal with Jason.

Read a couple negative reviews and think those folks couldnt be happy if Marine Max gave them the store. Truth; the sales, clerical, repair, and dock associates are great. They do what they say they will do and all make our boating adventures a pleasure.

Always helpful, they didnt have the part I needed in stock, they recommended a competitor who turned out carried the part. Goes to show if you put people first, profits will follow!

1st time customer, I have dealt with other marinas in the area. And I must say that the people who work here are hands down the most respectable and professional folks I have ever dealt with. Very nice, and respectful staff, it dont matter if you have a million dollar yacht or a 2000 dollar skiff they take the time to listen and offer suggestions. Best place to do business with!!!

I am so glad that these guys are so close. They are consistently helpful and friendly in helping with engine parts for my boat. They ask the right questions, are patient when I have to fumble to find the answers, and have suggestions to make thinks easier - and remind me of things i may not of considered. Superb!

We recently decided to sell our SeaRay and contacted Daniel Deaibes at MarineMax Pensacola. He advertised the boat quickly, found a buyer, coordinated the survey, and closed the sale. Well worth the commission paid. Regardless which of the two famous days in a boat owners life one is facing, Daniel will do a great job!

I took my Boston Whaler in to have some of the systems repaired. They did an excellent job repairing or replacing the power steering pump, other various water pumps, the stereo, re-lacing the T-Top replacing the scalpers...and more. I got the boat back after paying a healthy bill but in this case, you get what you pay for; which are professionals that are well versed in Boston Whalers and other brands, that take pride in their work and hand back a boat that is as clean as the way they received it. I will go back for future service and products.
