The shop was clean and everyone was nice. My lady and I got a few ear piercings and a nose piercing. Josh made this an enjoyable experience! He made us laugh the entire time, and we are very satisfied with our piercings.

I’ve gotten 6 ear piercings and my septum pierced here, and it’s difficult to get that done correctly and straight, but the people here are so skilled! I’ve heard so many horror stories but don’t worry if you choose to go here. They always mark the spot and have u go look in a mirror if you want it adjusted. they clean and sanitize right in front of you and have you take deep breaths. I cant go to any other place than All About Ink for piercings. also a HUGE selection of jewelry as well for very cheap!

They are very nice and clean. Everyone was nice and very talkative. Enjoyed the atmosphere they put off. I will be back. So far one of the best for cover-ups I think.

I had gotten my tongue pierced here at All About Ink about a year ago, so when I felt the urge to get another piercing, I went back. Josh did my tongue, and he was amazing. Josh was friendly and gentle, but the lady at the front said he was off that day.So I ended up getting Mel to do my nose piercing...Biggest mistake of my life.From the moment I was introduced to her I could tell that she had an attitude problem. It was as though my piercing was an inconvenience to her. She was rude, short with her words, and made me and my boyfriend feel very uncomfortable.While doing the piercing she was not gentle, and I almost felt like she was rough on purpose, because we asked for Josh.She was mean, rude and unprofessional, and not only that, but the placement of my piercing is too low...not where I wanted it. I asked her to move it up a little after she marked it and she blatantly refused. She was also complaining about one of the Tattoo guys that worked there in the front. The one with the tattoos on his face. He was the only nice person there, and he is the one who we initially talked with, who helped us.I am very disappointed with Mel and will never go back here again, because of how rude she was.I dont understand why she is even working there if she hates her job so much.Dont recommend this place at all.1 star, due to the piercer being a rude and unprofessional.

Went here for a Daith piercing. The guy at the front helped us first and was friendly and knowledgeable. We got in immediately even though there were several other people there for tattoos and piercings. Shop was large and clean. Everyone was super friendly and the tattoo portfolios looked awesome. Mel pierced me, she was super friendly and knowledgeable and great at her job. Barely felt it and it was super quick! ❤️💕I love it and will be going back for more piercings and tattoos for sure! They also sell smoke odor candles and spray and jewelry and such

Went in for my first tattoo as a walk in by myself, I already looked at the portfolios of all the artists during a previous visit. I requested for Leah and Jay but they were unavailable at the time so I got the first available, Zach. After I found out he was my artist, I double checked his portfolio just to make sure his line work was good and it seemed alright. He was nice and friendly when we started talking but once we got to his station and he put the stencil on, it felt like it went downhill. Majority of the time he was talking/ venting to coworkers about stuff while stopping tattooing multiple times to do so. Idk if that’s “common” or not but it sure didn’t feel like he was paying much attention to my tattoo, and maybe once or twice making conversation with me. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I acknowledged while also getting a first tattoo by myself that had significant meaning to me. Afterwards he showed me the tattoo and said it was perfect and it matched the picture. I just agreed and said “thanks, have a good week” just so that I could get out of there since I was so out of my comfort zone and I was by myself. Not until I was on my was home did I truly realize how off it looked. The line work is blotchy and the symbol in the middle isn’t even solid/colored in nor does it match the original image. I paid on the upwards end of $200 for it and I’m extremely upset with the outcome. The only positive thing I got from this experience was that I was extremely invested in this medieval Irish book i was reading for 3 hours in the waiting area.

I had an appointment with another tattoo artist, but had issues with them. Chris stepped in and took great care of me. I’m extremely pleased with his work. I will definitely use him again when I’m in town!

My husband & I brought our daughter in for a septum piercing. We were celebrating her 16th bday. What an excellent experience! Cut to, her piercing healed beautifully & she loves it! I recommend your shop to everyone!

I waited 7 months to make this review because I was waiting to see if my piercing would ever heal. I had gotten an industrial, pierced by a tall white man with dreads, not sure what his name is. I instantly knew it was not done properly. Not the right angle, too deep in my ear, and too close to my hairline. I got other professional piercers opinions on this and they also say it was done incorrectly. Nevertheless, I did everything I could to try to make it heal. I used the healing spray, I did sea salt soaks, and I was gentle with it. But because of it being pierced incorrectly, it was constantly infected and never healed so I eventually had to end up taking it out. I went to all about ink because I heard it was one of the best places in town, but I am very disappointedUPDATE: I came back to this place 2 more times after this incident, and this time I was pierced by both Mel and Kiera. They were amazing! I am changing my review from a 2 star to a 4 star. If you come here, MAKE SURE to request either Kiera or Mel. They know what theyre doing and are very kind

My sisters and I came in for matching tattoos. We got in quick as walk-ins. Christopher was really nice and made it a really fun experience. I would definitely recommend going here.

Paid deposit and showed up to my appointment as scheduled. Manager said that the artist was ill and alluded to a drug problem. I gave it time and came back two weeks later. They refused to refund my deposit but said they could transfer to another artist. I requested another artist and they also said he was out alluding to a drug problem. I asked for my money back and they refused. Manager tried to give me a lecture about how the artists are contractors and i was downplaying their medical issues, began to talk about how he fought for this country also… completely turning everything around on the customer. I told them I wasn’t coming back and that they should consider not hiring drug addicts. The manager replied, “ welcome to the tattoo industry”.They truly don’t care that they are endangering people’s health and that they employ addicts who take your deposits and go on binges.

Last week I called in and got Melanie (Mel) on the phone. My mom had just been to another tattoo/piercing shop, and had been treating extremely unprofessionally by the people that worked there. I called ahead and spoke to Mel about changing out my moms nose ring. She was super professional, and very kind. I was happy to send my mom there, and I trusted that Mel was going to be kind to her and treat her professionally. Love this place.

Walked in understanding that all the artists were booked and only 1 person was taking walk-ins. We were ok with that, other than there was no communication for how long we would be there, the price of any tattoos we were wanting, and the fact that no one cared at all. We waited over 4 hours… for it to finally be our time to… to being called… to talking about tattoos and prices, to turn around and say that an “appointment magically walked in” and completely threw us to the side. After waiting over 4 hours and literally about to do the first tattoo to say we have to wait another 1-2 hours… the person who was doing walk-ins had no appointments all day but magically had a friend come in and had an appointment… horrible place and horrible service. DONT GO.

I liked the service, we didnt have an appointment. The wait time wasnt that bad. The clerks were courteous and gave us the information we asked for. Some people wore masks. But social distancing was observed as well as possible. The place was crowded but people were constantly going in and out. But get there as early as you can parking is quite limited.

I absolutely loved my experience with this shop! I kinda decided spare of the moment I wanted two tattoos (not very big) & although they were booked up, they were able to slide me in, in between appointments. Needless to say, all of my tats are gonna get done by them as long as I’m in Florida. They were perfect!! The artist (can’t remember his name but he was a cross between Calvin Harris & Adam Levine haha) took great care of me. 10/10 recommend.

I was there a couple weeks ago for my birthday to get my smiley done and the piercer i had is keira, she was very professional and answered my questions, even during the healing of process i will call the shop and ask for her and she respectfully gave me answer and said “to come back to the shop to make sure everything ok “ ( which i did and we switch out jewelry if it was problem ), if you’re getting your smileys done go for keira you will not regret it .

I went in 03/20 and had my daughter with me, I immediately saw the sign on the door saying under 10 couldn’t come in so I was going to leave but the owner specifically said that it was fine as long as she was quiet! We went in I got my piercing done and we were waiting with a friend for a tattoo when my piercer walks up to us and asks us to leave because another lady came in with her infant child ! My daughter was quiet, respectful and bothered no one while we were sitting there! I feel very disrespected, I was happy with following the rules and not coming in but the owner insisted it was fine! My daughter was very upset she wouldnt be able to stay with our friend to watch!

My son and I decided to get a matching tattoo this weekend during our visit to see him in Pensacola, as he is in the Navy. Let me just say, S-1 at All About Ink did an absolutely awesome job. He listened to our specifications and turned around a great piece that I was able to go back to Texas and be proud of, and they matched! Although S1 prefers to do non-color, he still knows how to do it, and do it right. The rest of the folks there were fantastic and fun to sit and talk with. They even put up with, and enjoyed my two German Shepherds I had to keep outside while we got the work done. Even set up a fan for them to keep em cool. Thank you so much S1 and crew...

Got a daith piercing and Mel was awesome! Everything was clean and professional. Piercing and large thing of cleaning solution came out to 50 bucks if youre looking for price comparisons.

I have now been to see both piercers, Josh and Mel. Both are absolutely wonderful people who were excellent in communication and skill. I refuse to go anywhere else for a of my piercing needs.

This was a terrible experience checking in at 5:50 just to be told they didnt have time to do my tattoo .. I came a 2pm to make the oringal appt. They just made me feel like my time wasnt important and Ive never felt like an outsider so much. Only 2 ppl had to leave just now at 8 and Ill let you guess who lol Will never go back!!!

Thank you for making my daughters birthday wish come true. I had called around looking for a place that would pierce my daughters ears but most said they dont pierce kids her age. After waiting 3 years until she felt ready, it was disappointing to find most tattoo parlors wouldnt pierce her and we werent going to risk messing around with piercing guns. We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the shop was very clean. The piercer was informative about the piercing process as well as aftercare and helped my daughter feel comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend.

Went in Friday, June 18 to get my nose done and it was went smooth and painless but today ( Tuesday, June 22 ) I went in to get the other side done and it was a different female, she was very unprofessional and it was super painful the way she pierced my nose.

Got a simple ear piercing here a week ago and loved every bit of my experience. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and the lady that did my piercing was amazing! Great place, their patient with the new people and dont mind helping you change out your piercing if youre too scared, or its to tight. Got both my industrial bar, and lip piercing here and they healed great! My friend got nipple piecing, and although I dont know how their healing she says she loves them.Will definitely come here for my next piercing and tattoo!

I was pretty nervous about getting my Daith and Tragus piercings because it’s been a while since I’ve had one. When I first walked in I was greeted by Josh who at first seemed a little grouchy but during and after he was just wonderful. I called in with a piercing emergency and Son told me to walk right on in. I had done the unforgivable and had my helix pierced by a gun in both ears at another location. I had swelling and my earrings were fitted to the wrong size. She immediately greeted me and was very friendly when I walked in, and immediately saw me in the back. Son was very professional and took one look and knew exactly what was going on. As she was fixing up my ears she was very detailed and explained everything she was doing. Shed show me the materials and asked if I was okay or needed a break and she did a wonderful job advising me for aftercare. I know people are usually hesitant to walk into these shops but these are THE professionals, that know what they are doing and have rigorous training compared to quick stop mall places. Also, their credentials are on display at their stations. Son was awesome and Id highly recommended her.

I visited All About Ink on a Monday night to get my nose pierced and also a piercing on my ear. Josh and the owner were readily available to me at the front counter whenever I walked in the door. They were able to get me in quickly, and they were very kind to talk to while filling out the paperwork, etc. During the whole piercing process, Josh was an absolute delight. I tend to get a little woozy during piercings, but he made sure I was okay the whole time! I 100% recommend All About Ink, and especially Josh, if you are interested in getting a piercing in the Pensacola area anytime soon. They will absolutely take care of you and welcome you as their own. Thanks for the care!

Went in for a walk-in septum piercing and left with a septum piercing that was done wrong and too low. The shop was nice via Facebook messenger stating that it was done too low, and that I should take it out and could come in and get it repierced at a later date once it healed. I had no interest in getting it repierced, especially from here due to how much it hurt in the first place from being done wrong, so I asked for a refund. Only to be left on read. Whoever pierced me was not on their website, so I am not sure if I was pierced by a receptionist who didn’t know what she was doing, or what :) But just my luck! It was not done by either Mel or Josh who I am sure are great at what they do. Would not recommend a septum piercing from anyone but those two, if at all from this studio.

I’ve been very nervous about going into tattoo/piercing shops because I’ve had some bad experiences but this shop was great from the moment we walked in!
