Terrible, Terrible, Terrible consumer service and business practices. I had 5 sensors replaced after remodeling and they wanted to charge over $200 for the new equipment. The other option was to sign up for a 2 year agreement which I did not want but they put into effect anyway. They then charged me for an early cancellation fee. Lesson learned - ADT/Protection One will tell you one thing and then make it VERY difficult to change or stop service.
The worst customer service in the business...they like to talk and not listen to the customer. My system needed service and they told me I had to have a warranty or the service would cost. Had the service for several years and NOBODY ever told me about a warranty...just another way to get in someones pocket. I called them in February and told them I did not need their service and to cancel..now I get a bill!! Do not use this service unless you need to call customer service up and listen, they wont listen to you.....
