Overall best shop in town. They do get very busy. But if they are that busy they must be doing something right. Is how I looked at it. And they didnt disappoint me. They took the time to listen on what I wanted and gave me very affordable options. Plus the simple install of mine was fast and spot on. I would recommend them to anyone in town. I stopped in late Saturday with a stereo wiring issue in my FJ (read: my human error)Anthony figured it out in about 3 seconds, and he and the owner had me out the door in about 20 minutes. This place is awesome. Dont shop anywhere else. Im coming back for a subwoofer.

Shane and the staff at outlaw were great! Installed my sub in my new car and was open and honest about the time it would take and the cost. Shane even called in the middle of the install me to update on the process! The sub sounds great and the install is neat and clean! Very satisfied. highly recommend!

I went in for a normal amp and subwoofer install and the employee who actually installed my equipment, had messed up the install and actually caused my subwoofer to blow up. There was smoke pouring from the outside of my trunk because he did not realize the power of my amp. From there they went on to blame me for bringing in “faulty equipment” when we had the same setup in a friends car playing just fine a week before. I do not recommend anyone going there for anything install related, they do not know what they are doing.

These guys were great, drove all the way from Niceville since they were the closest Viper alarm certified dealers. Even with a long queue of cars for them to work on they installed my equipment, helped me trouble shoot current issues, and did it all in a timely manner.

So check this out. I showed up yesterday Mar. 1, 2019 at 9:00 and chatted with the owner for about 30 minutes. Was told to pull my car around back so work could begin. Work promptly began on my complicated radio removal. Then business started to pick up, when customers would come in work would stop on my vehicle and customers would be addressed. Then the car work would continue again. There were only a couple people working and it slowed things down some. But all in all it was a fantastic experience. From the purchase to the install. I would happily recommend any and all car or aquatic installations be done by then. Even though they were busy and kept having to greet other customers, they kept making sure my car was priority and jumped right back into working on my car. So if you want your car to be brought in worked on and you leave, then this might not be a great experience for you. However, if you understand that customers need to be greeted and they will work as fast as possible to complete your install in a timely manor then you’ll have no better experience than with Johnny and his crew.

Got a new system installed, I was in and out in about 4 hours and they did a quality job. They did a good job explaining everything, since I don’t really know anything about audio systems. I’m very pleased, only thing was I had some background static, but that was simply from the settings on the amp they installed, I recommend just asking them to help you fix it to your desired setting once it’s installed. I came back about a week later and they fixed the issue right on the spot. I highly recommend!

Very sloppy installation. Poor workmanship and overcharged. Tried to resolve with owner and he blew me off. Ill spend $3000.00+ next time somewhere else that truly takes pride in there work.

Product and availability for my specific wants and needs are satisfactory, only reason I didnt make it a 5star was due to the prices, which werent so much that they were too high, some of which were a little bit, but more so that they didnt make sense. Hard to explain but they didnt seem to add up in all areas. Or not consistent.

I Highly recommend this place. They originally quoted us a higher price but it ended up costing less. The could have charged the original quote and we would have never known other wise, but instead they were honest and said they were able to do it a little cheaper. I thought I needed my accessory charging port (the old cigarette lighter port) replaced. I called and they told me to come in. When I arrived, he came out to my car and helped!! After a super quick investigation, it turned out I had a blown fuse and nothing major needed repair. He changed my fuse free of charge and saved me so much time, money and heartache!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!

Called Outlaws Wednesday afternoon and got a quote on the phone for a dash cam and radar detector hardwire install. Went in Thursday afternoon and the team at Outlaws did an awesome job. Mitch is a professional and the install is super clean. The whole install took less than an hour and my out the door price was the same that I was quoted on the phone. Very professional shop and I look forward to bringing my business their way in the future.

I took my car here because the speakers blew out and I was looking for new ones. I have no background in speakers radio or anything related. So I asked the guy to recommend something quality that also had a good sound, he recommended Memphis speakers and bragged about the quality and sound. I set up my appointment and had him install them. The speakers sound horrible for one. They broke some plastic replacing them and wouldn’t fix it. Nothing fits on the car like it should now the panels are all screwed up. Just stay away because they will ruin your car!

They did absolutely amazing job on my truck I had somebody install the radio and they messed up everything in my truck. But these guys fixed it and made it look amazing.

My daughter put change in our dvd/cd player in the car. He was able to retrieve one of the coins. He was very nice and explained everything and even let us watch the process. Would recommend for all your stereo needs.

Went in for a box they had what I need dropped my speakers off to have them fited in the box came back and picked them up love the way they sound. Will be returning to get my whole truck done by them. A lil expensive doe but ooha well

I had a bad experience a few years ago with another car audio place in town and was leary to try it again. But this place is great! They really go the extra mile . The owner stayed after hours to make sure my car was ready the next day, answered all my stupid questions and was nice about it. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. If you are getting a new car audio system without a doubt this is the place to go.

Worst service I have ever had. Claim first come, first serve and waited 5 hours before I gave up. I was the second person there! Multiple people were helped and my truck never moved from my parking spot.No time management. Other people were there to get a job done and the guy kept leaving their vehicle to talk to everyone that walked in the door. They wanted to leave but their car was still taken apart...

Had my XM Stereo installed on July 16th. They told me it was first come first serve. I rolled in at 9am on Saturday morning and they had it installed by 10:30, The stereo looked like it came with the car. Highly professional. Staff was very courteous. Price was right. Highly recommend for your car stereo needs!

My microphone for the blue tooth quit working and I took it back, not realizing the warranty had expired. The friendly folks at Outlaw fixed it anyway.Update: the Panasonic radio I got here has failed a few years back. So far I am pleased with a Kenwood replacement.

Had taken my car to another car audio shop for an estimate. The salesman there was ready to sell me without much more than a cursory glance at what I had. So I decided to hold off until I gathered a second estimate. I dropped by outlaws and must say I was at first a little intimidated (these are big no nonsense kind of guys) but they were extremely gracious, invited me to pull into their shop, and took the time to inspect what I had and ascertain what I was hoping to achieve. They had a variety of speakers they could install but were HONEST in informing me that because of my particular existing audio set up replacing just my speakers would not realistically serve the improvement I was expecting.BOTTOM LINE: car audio is not a cheap investment no matter where you go but these guys care more about your satisfaction than they do with making a sale and seem to take great pride in their work. Ive never given 5 stars for any review until now. I would absolutely recommend checking them out before buying anywhere else.

Went in to update my head unit and fix some blown speakers on my 2001 Mitsubishi Diamante. Ralphie was a professional and took care of the head unit without damaging any of the trim. I thought my dash speakers were the ones that were blown and rattling during his work Ralphie identified it was the door speakers and actually saved me money buy replacing the proper parts. Both of these were done within a couple of hours. Now the sound system in my car sounds a thousand times better and I dont have to use a FM transmitter to listen to my Ipod now.

Bought stereo and paid for install. I asked that they check speakers because my old stereo had problems and I couldnt tell if speakers in front were ok or not because one of them always played and one sometimes played but back speakers were fine. Guy came to waiting room and informed me that stereo install was done and he didnt check speakers like I had asked because he knew they were bad because all Chevy factory speakers are krap. I figured ok, I will get speakers later. well, my back speakers arent playing at all, recall my back speakers were always working fine so I think they didnt wire them back up. Called them to get it looked at next business day and they want $75 to look at it. Also they bent piece of trim and messed it up when putting it back on.

Had my wife take my 00 Ram 1500 to them Tuesday morning right when they opened. I spoke with Shane when my wife called me, he was extremely hopeful. Shane told me what the problem was on the phone and then fixed the problem of no sound from a new unit I bought and tryed to install myself with-in 30 mins at a reasonable price. I cant thank yall enough. I went back next day and bought $1200 in speakers, amp, and subs. Hey guys thanks gor the great job yall did. I will definitely recommend yall to everyone. MR2 success story initially in 97... Small businesses rule! Pep Boys asked for over $100 for an install. Today I was pleasantly surprised to have wiring issues cleared up on a newly purchased and misused Dodge diesel 2500 pickup...The $40 installation fee circumvented the dreaded trip to have the vehicles wiring looked at. The trucks radio ultimately quit after it tried to knock out the trucks temperature gauge and balked at working unless the lights were on. Also fixed was the dome lighting, which had only come on when the lights were on, and the mirror motors, again, which only worked when the lights were on...I opted for the 21st century Clarion VZ401 for the old 97 truck. Retractable touch screen interface for the iPod, DVD, CD, Sirius, backup cam, bluetooth...its NICE. Additionally I got money off and Johnny also yanked out the shoddy aluminum pigtail hack and fixed the goofy electrics- as he called it. I had a good feeling about them when I went in and I was right. Take that Pep Boys!

Replaced my viper alarm key fob within an hour. Had to program also. Still within an hour.
