PANDEMIC TIMES CAUSE SOME TO HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE BUT NOT THIS SHOP OWNER! If i had the time i would create a petition to get THIS STORE shut down! I go to any other location & things are very smooth so i rarely remember to leave a review but i feel in my soul this shop owner wanted me to remember HER BAD SERVICE. I called 2 days before to ask about being delivered my order but was rudely CORRECTED by being told Id have to come in store to use my birthday voucher which any other store has never had a problem taking. So my 2nd day of calling i take my LUNCH BREAK to come in AND THEN IM TOLD SHE DOESNT WANT TO CUSTOMIZE (ALL I ASKED FOR WAS NO APPLES OR ILL PAY TO SWITCH FOR ANOTHER FRUIT) SO EVEN WITH ME OFFERING TO PAY EXTRA SHE WAS VERY RUDE TELLING ME SHE WAS OFF THE NEXT DAY SO SHE CANT GUARANTEE ILL EVEN GET WHAT I ORDER WITHOUT THE CUSTOMIZATION. PLEASE SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN, IT MAKES THE REST OF THE FRANCHISES LOOK TRASH. ID BE EMBARRASSED TO BE HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THIS WORKING FOR ME IN ANY INSTANCE, FRANCHISED STORE OR NOT. PLEASE SHUT DOWN, PLEASE SHUT DOWN, PLEASE SHUT THIS STORE DOWN!!!!!! Respectfully, because i had to come out of character on this review so yall will understand my disappointment!***i have attached my voucher with the code because i will N E V E R return so this is basically trash.

Well.. let me review since I can’t get anyone to actually help when you contact them. On Mother’s Day I had a order being sent to my mother.. we waited all day. I called maybe 5pm and was told by a very RUDE woman “it’s Mother’s Day we have a lot of orders going out.. & I can’t give you a time frame on your order because you aren’t the one who ordered it” even though I did. She never even asked my name to find out. At night they finally brought the order. Brown pineapples and soggy strawberries with the vanilla coating falling off. My mother wanted a edible arrangement for quite sometime. And I finally paid for one for her.. only to find out why people say not to order from our local store. Never again.

Can deliver on a Friday after 12? Are you serious. What a joke...

This is now the second time we have ordered from them for delivery and they call to say they don’t have time to do it today. When a “same day delivery“ is offered, that is what’s expected. Even if we come pick up ourself the only option they give is at 3 pm. It’s just not worth the money.

This is the most disrespectful person in charge of this place that I have experience since being in Pensacola. Not only the supervisor was rude in not trying to resolve an issue but she walked away while I was speaking to her. I am not a rude person nor even when she was over talking me did I get rude with her. This was supposed to be a delivery for a birthday and it was all messed up due to lies..

I sent an order in 48 hours prior to Mothers Day and they delivered on Mothers Day! An order was delivered early in the morning and one in the evening. (two different people) I was worried because the 2nd didnt get delivered as quickly as the other, but I received an updated text from the driver. I will defiantly be using Edible Arrangements again! Thank you for making Mothers Day perfect for my Mother and Mother in law!!

The owners may want to take the time to teach a class on customer service.

My husband ordered this for mothers day ugh horrible. The covered strawberries were rotten and pineapples were turning brown. Im very disappointed this my first time having it and last.

NEVER AGAIN! This is the worse place to work with - I ordered over 140.00 worth of product to be delivered, they stated they were too busy and called my daughter and stated it would be ok to be delivered the next day - she NEVER received any calls from this place - I called 3 times to confirm they called her and all 3 times they stated they called her - they lied 3 times to me. they said they are overwhelmed and too busy. They told me to call back after I talked to my daughter because they didnt understand the miscommunication - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE

Worse Chocolate covered strawberries ever! The strawberries were soft, mushy, and pink! Yuck 🤮.. All the chocolate was pooled at the bottom of the strawberry! Horrible presentation!

HORRIBLE! Never again! Had to change the address for where it was going to be delivered because they weren’t going to be on time for the recipient to get it at work as a surprise! Switched it to their home address and they STILL were hours and hours late! I called and they supposedly couldn’t tell me much but it’s “out for delivery”! Never again will I order from them! $60 down the drain!

Husband order 48 hours in advance and items were still missing from order. Called and was told that I could pick up the item or be refunded. What a way to receive my valentines gift! Once I requested to be refunded the representative hung up in my face. First and last time ordering.

They make some of the cutest fruit arrangements ever. It’s always a great ordering from them or getting a gift from someone from them. They have fresh fruit and their prices justify the quality and presentation you get as well as the good service you get from the staff. Would recommend. Prices are high though.

My best friend had a baby, while I was in Virginia. I was about 1,000 miles away, but I wanted to do something nice, so I called to get an edible arrangement sent to her at the hospital. They were incredible with helping me design my order. It was ready in one hour and delivered within two hours. My friend loved it, and said all of the fruit was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this business, and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you, Edible Arrangements of Pensacola! You ROCK!

Edible Arrangements did a masterful job of preparing the gift of fruit for my friends. It was very attractive and was so enticing that the whole thing was devoured in two days! Whoever thought of preparing a bouquet of fruit was a genius!

Wonderful place and kind staff

A friend ordered an arrangement for my wife. It arrived on Tuesday (after playing phone tag with the business). Its been kept in the fridge since we got it and by Friday, the chocolate strawberries has a puddle. Not very fresh and I suspect the delivery was kept in the delivery vehicle ALL day. Very disappointed.Nearly forgot. We also received a foil get well soon ballon that was deflated after 3 days. We have a birthday ballon that has lasted since the beginning of June!Not at all happy with this.

Similar experience to Haley Grantham, who previously reviewed below.Made an order in advance for someones birthday and the delivery time has no accountability. I requested to have the order delivered by 12 (noon). Called at 12:30, the order hadnt even left the store yet! Then I was told there were a few more orders in front of mine and that it would go out when the truck returned. No actual reliable answer on delivery time was given to me. Extremely frustrating. Ive never had this issue with Sharis Berries, so Ill be keeping my business there.

I have been here twice. Both times I had a very positive experience. Second time there was a mess up, but they were very quick and eager to fix it. Store has a lot of integrity. Both people who received an edible arrangement loved it. Highly recommend.

Order was missing some items. I tried calling the store multiple times. No answer and the mailbox was full, so I couldnt leave a message.

I continually called throughout the day inquiring about the delivery time and the employee kept telling me the truck would be returning soon and my bouquet would then be out for delivery. I called at 3:30 p.m. and he assured me that it would be delivered by 5 p.m. 6 p.m. approached and the bouquet still had not been delivered. So I called again and the employee told me it was out for delivery, but it was on the truck with 4 other bouquets and she could not tell me what order he was delivering, nor what time it would arrive. THIS WAS AN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. When you want to send someone something on their actual birthday, most normal people have dinner plans that night. So having something delivered after 6 p.m. runs the risk of the person not being home. It was even more frustrating that I continually called throughout the day and was never given a reliable answer about the delivery time. In short. I also made this order a month in advance... THIS WAS A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I will never use the service again. I would advise others not to use it as well.

Worst customer service EVER! Talked to employee that said their name was Jasmine ar the bayou branch. Refused to let me speak with any other employee. Was unable to take an order and I felt really nervous about giving my CC# over the phone to them. Knew nothing about the products. Wont deal with this company again. Just send flowers.Will not answer phone up to an hour before closing. If I owned this franchise I would be really angry. I understand that standards in Pensacola are lower than surrounding areas but this was bad. Many other negative reviews.

Delicious! The delivery guy was very patient and friendly. I was getting dressed and he waited for a while. He also was very kind to my dog. The fruit is so sweet and fresh. Very good!

Our office utilized Edible Arrangements in Pensacola for a co-workers baby shower. It was delicious and beautifully crafted. They were so kind to even provide a balloon for our expecting co-worker! I was very impressed by their work and would definitely order from them again!

I have done the topical guy and have waited for the last minute. You have come through each time with OUTSTANDING ARRANGEMENTS that my wife and daughters loved. The fruits we exceptionally fresh each designed beautifully done and everything tasted... great .

11 mins before 7pm( closing) doors are locked. No hours posted on the business. If closing hours were before 7pm then an email or call to let me know to pick up my order prior to early closing hours would have been sufficient. Such a inconvenience

Dont order for delivery because they dont guarantee times. I ordered for someone and it was not there by the time they left for work. They should tell you up front. Will not do business with them again.Update...it did show up but not until 3:30, when I ordered at 8:15 and not on a specially busy date.Easier to just buy and have Amazon ship it in.

Drove 40 minutes to find out that they weren’t open yet. Online it says 8am and the employee said they didn’t open for another hour. The door were open and everything. As someone who works in the people business at that point you atleast try and make it right. Nope didn’t even care.

I called Edible Arrangements to deliver a gift box to my brother at college, and they were incredibly accomodating! Even though it was a Sunday afternoon they delivered it to his campus within an hour and gave excellent customer service in allowing me to customize the package. I would highly recommend them!

If I could give this zero stars I would and I would gladly give them a piece of my mind but that would require this company to pick up their phone. Below is the message I received from my 63 year old mother in law. (Mind you, I used the same address physical and actual- 4th floor West Florida Hosptial- I used the last 2 times I ordered from them with NO overall issues and it was the Friday before Mothers Day not even the actual holiday!!) The address and the phone number is absolutely correct on the label. As a military family, this was our gift to my husbands mother. Ruined and too late to fix it. $100 wasted. I appreciate your support in the boycotting of this business.I have been so upset . The delivery woman called the main office a 4 pm last night yelling at me and saying she has been given the run around as she couldn’t find the place as the address was wrong . She kept saying what time will you be there too .otherwise you will have to go to bayou blvd and I will have to pick them up . She hasn’t got time for this running around as she has more deliveries. I said until 5 and she sarcastically said you will have to pick them up outside the main doors as she doesn’t have time to come to the 4 th floor . Then she called again and I asked my friend to pick up the phone . The woman said she was on Johnson avenue and would call . So 20 minutes later she called back and snarled at me I have been waiting 5 minutes all the chocolate is melting are you coming???? I asked her what her name is and she yelled out dee . My friend Brittney went all the way down to the front and said the woman wouldn’t even get out of her car and pushed them through the window at her and was so rude .. I’m afraid to eat the fruit as there was a small rip in the side and I don’t know if she did something to the food she was so nasty . I was so upset last night felt so angry and shocked. I couldn’t get out of the office otherwise I would have given her a piece of my mind .she said she was trying to call the 251 number to contact someone but no one will pick up. The address is correct as shown but she yelled at me that she had to call the main hospital to Locate me

Not only could they not deliver my order despite allowing me to order online and refused to refund me, the employee, Cam, was extra rude and refused to even give me the name of her management.

Last year my husband got me a really pricy arrangement with a bear for Valentines day. I was excited but a little miffed at how pricy it actually was. With it costing over 100$ I was expecting the quality of the fruit to be top notch but it was anything but. The strawberries were overly ripe on the verge of being bad. The pineapple core had been left in the pineapple treats. Absolutely not worth it. Would not ever want this again.

An excellent surprise to give anyone. The quality of the fruit and care of preparation with the chocolate is faultless.

Arrived 50 mins before closing time just to be told they were closed but they told me to come back tomorrow because they had nothing for sale.

We went in during mothers day and got turned away for regular service. It is a nice store but nothing on the website or door about them not providing regular service.
