Usually love the store. However,and I know these companies can establish their own rules about the masks, but one of the employees literally mask bullied me and my husband until we just left. I could understand if we were coughing,sneezing but we are perfectly healthy and she had 2 masks on so whats the problem?? I mean if your mask is keeping you safe then why does it matter if I have one on! Wont be going back !

Had some cool shirts for my granddaughters birthday. Was asked to wear a mask, I dont have a problem with other people wearing them, I just prefer not to. I did comply and put the one on that was offered to me.

I really appreciate this store. It has so much great stuff. I buy from here several times. The only complaint I have is that the store is small. Selection could be better. Really like everything else.

Staff were really nice for the most part and the store is nicely organized with a lot of selection. my only complaint is that some girl in a green and black striped shirt was just standing behind the counter acting irritated about me asking if they had something. will be coming back, but kind of reluctantly

Love this store. Its a must visit every time Im at the mall. They have a great selection, the staff are very courteous and helpful and they hooked up the price match for the cheaper online price.

Everything feels a bit overpriced, but its a good place to shop if you need something specific for a Disney/Harry Potter/anime/Star Wars kind of person.

BoxLunch is a really nice place. During this pandemic they are actually giving customers 1 face mask so they may shop in their store and other stores that require a mask. The employees are respectful and the store has a nice selection. They are pricey but the quality of the merch is pretty good.

The selection of all sorts of different cartoon themed shirts, backpacks, toys, pops, and so much more, is unreal! The best store in the whole mall, easily!

I used to love coming here, but between the rude employees and the poor selection I wont be back.

My mask wasnt quite up to code for the big bad enforcer. Just lost our money and it looks like the place needed it too.

Dude, if youre a disney lover or your kid is this place has cool stuff. Now if youre an anime and/or a Treki lover theyve got toys to clothes to bags and cups. Studio Ghibli is life💙

Extremely dissapointed in the lack of box lunches at this establishment. I recommend to add more lunches and maybe even just boxes. I may not be a lunch scientist, but this could be the break you guys have been looking for. Also, please do turkey sandwiches. Thank you.

Very nice employees. But items were quite expensive. You can buy some of the same shirts on amazon for $16.99 that cost 28 in the store.
