Owner is very nice respectful it was my first time trying the food out and this is beyond my expectations food was fresh to order and they good. I ordered their Gizzards(tender) and shrimp fried rice omg the best I’ve had in years. ✊🏾✊🏾‼️

Great lunch!

I eat lunch from the Mayfair Grocery at least once a week. My co-workers and I love the food. We call the order in and go pick up. This is not a place to go sit down and eat a meal, its pick up only. Its a family owned business and they have been there for years. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Very seldom do they mess up the order and if they do, the cook will swear you ordered that way, but overlook that, get the order corrected, pay for your food and go enjoy a very good meal. You know what the say, Mamas always right and I think shes the cook. The staff is small and the business is brisk so I understand how things could get confused now and then. Ive only had that happen once. I recommend you try the food, I also stop by and pick up supper on my way home, its well worth going! This guy would do well in a high end restaurant if wanted to expand.

Mayfair Grocery used to be the best place in town for their quick to go Seafood gumbo. However when my daughter and I recently visited them on a trip home...she found a fly tossed along and alive in her salad. They were nice to give her money back w/out asking and respectfully knew not bother offering to replace the food. Never again. Ill just remember the good oldays.

I Go To Mayfair Once A Week. Their Food Is Do Delicious. Ive Tried Just About Everything But My Favorite Is The Burban Chicken With Shromp Fried Rice.. I Also Love Thier Fried Shrimp And Lemon Pepper Wings. Thier Burgers Are So Juicy Bd Moutb Watering With Every Bite. I Just Love This Place.
