I needed a shirt made for a USMC graduation this week. First contacted the owner over 3 weeks ago. Emailed the design and followed up in person weekly. Go the the shop today 6/12/2019 and no shirt. My phone number and email were known and I received no notice at all for any issues that they may have ran into. I was told at every check in that the shirt would be ready on time. ABSOLUTELY uncalled for and undependable. I will never use this shop for anything in the future.

Horrible professionalism!!! Made a purchase in excess of $100 . Was promised free shipping and two weeks later, still havent received merchandise.

Terrible selection, and the employee was complaining about another customer to her boss on the phone right in front of me, just because they told me about another vinyl shop close by with a better selection. Incredibly unprofessional, and rude. Brought my business to the other shop that actually had what I was looking for.
