Marks & Morgan is the best jewelry store in town! They have a wide selection of beautiful, exquisite jewelry. I love my birthstone necklace and earrings set! The staff is also very helpful and welcoming. They offered to clean my ring without me even asking while I was shopping. They gained a loyal customer because I will be back! :)

Originally, when my finance and I came into the store in April of 2018 and purchased an engagement ring (a very pricey one at that) the customer service was phenomenal. However, I missed a cleaning on it this past October and called recently to find out if and when I could arrange a cleaning. I spoke with the manager who insisted my ring purchase was not in the system and that I needed to tell her the exact date of purchase, and what the name of the ring was. I was willing to look around for the paperwork but she then insisted Ive never been in for a cleaning since the purchase which was absolutely untrue, as I knew I had only missed one cleaning. When i told her she was mistaken and that I am the one who brings it in, she said well the associates who helped you never put it in the system, as if it was my fault. She then got off the phone with me, and then called back to say she found all the information but that she had to look it up through a different system and made it clear to me she was thoroughly annoyed in doing so (again, not my problem and/or fault). For lack of better words, the manager and one of the sales associates were outright rude per this last experience i had which is unfortunate because my ring has been paid off for quite some time (under a year of it being purchased) and we have a large amount of credit available to use with them. However, with their terrible customer service, I doubt well proceed with purchasing anything from them again and if we do, well be weary of their sketchy people skills.
