The staff here were very welcoming and understanding. Having visited many places, you can sometimes tell when the sales staff are real and welcoming versus snooty and pushy. Would happily shop here again as Ive interacted with multiple members of the sales team a d they have all been helpful understanding and welcoming.

Angela is by far the sweetest lady. We went in without thinking wed leave with a ring and we did! Angela was so sweet and truly helped me find my perfect ring. Ive never been so impressed with not only the quality of the jewelry, but the friendliness of staff. Military welcomed so beautifully!

The store manager, Angela, and her team truly know how to provide excellent customer service. I have always preferred Helzberg over the other stores because of their service. They helped me with a recent repair on my wedding band. I really appreciate their kindness, and they treated me like a valued customer. I can’t thank them enough.

Older lady with short, salt & pepper hair was very rude today, Dec 18, 2019, approx 3:30pm at the Cordova Mall. When I inquired about mens jewelry, she acted so judgmental when I was looking at pieces, as if I could not afford to pay. She rudely made the remark that Gold was very expensive, I then chuckled at her, So is driving a Range Rover but yet I have one... never mind, I will go somewhere else .... Thank You Marks & Morgan in the Cordova Mall for the amazing piece you sold me and for the excellent customer service!! I will be back Marks & Morgan!!
The staff were very polite. They were very informative and patient. I was made aware of specials and told how to take advantage of discounts and sales. Very wonderful experience.
If you get your ring sized here, expect them to take some of the gold. I got a thick band back after sizing that is so paper thin, it bent into a zig-zag disaster. It was being sized down, not up. No excuse for a huge amount of missing gold. Otherwise, they are a bit high on diamonds and do enhance, but I like their jewelry for the most part. UPDATE: After I complained about the ring missing gold, they replaced it. My confidence is restored.
The one time Ive ever set foot in their store Ibwas rudely interrupted and not even allowed to say what I was going to ask.So I promptly left.

The lady’s at Helzberg always take good care of me. Have bought quite a few pieces here and warranty work/cleanings/sizing is always a breeze!
My husband purchased the warranty with my wedding ring, which includes resizing. I took it to have it resized last summer and they almost ruined my ring. The manager told me they didnt think it could be repaired and said they would replace it, but they didnt have anything comparable. I was obviously pretty upset, told her I would be mad if I didnt get my ring back, and instead of understanding and an apology, all I got was Its not my fault. They sent the ring to a master jeweler and it was there for over a month. I never got updates that I was promised, I had to call them and push for info. I broke down crying at one point because I was so frustrated and just wanted my ring back and still, throughout the entire experience, I never got a single apology from anyone in the store. The manager was nice enough to let me know how weak my ring was at one point though, by telling me that even if they COULD fix it, the metal was weakened and they wouldnt be able to take it from a size 7 (what they were supposed to size it to) back to a size 9 in the future. Really!? I didnt ask anything about that, but thank you for letting me know that if I gain a bunch of weight back, I cant get it resized. She could have just said it wouldnt be able to be resized again without mentioning/presuming I would go back up to my previous size. I did eventually get my ring back, which is the only positive thing I can say about the situation, but I was told it looked beautiful and at a glance, it does, but if you look close there are knicks and flaws in the metal now. I no longer have any trust in this company and will never purchase anything from them again. And all of this could have been avoided if Id received just a little bit of empathy and an an apology. I realize people make mistakes but they should know they are dealing with items thay are very sentimental to their customers. Emotions are involved, and you should be sorry when you tell someone you likely ruined their wedding ring even if you didnt physically do it, especially as a manager, on behalf of the company youre representing.
