This is one of the coolest little shops in Pensacola!! Lots of great stuff for pilots. The owner/operator is a great guy, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My father was a Marine Corps Aviator, when he would come to town he would always make sure to stop by and pick up a few things. If you have never been here, i highly recommend stopping by, especially to see the unique aviation pictures and memorabilia in the shop. Its like a mini aviation museum. Fly high and enjoy!!

Great shop with tons of handy equipment for flyers! The owner Butch will help both brand new flyers and seasoned veterans. The difference you get at Wings is the personal advice and experience of having someone that’s ‘been there, done that’ to help get you outfitted. Plus, the staggering amount of memorabilia on the walls is always interesting!

When here all way from Pace about a 30 min drive to buy a used flight yoke. Owner spends 30 mins chitchatting about simulation gear and starts to play a simulator then someone comes in to help him build a rig and completely ignores me. I just left due to poor customer service and wasting my time. Never told me what had available or prices or try sell me stuff even though on facebook messenger for his page he seemed eager to sell. 45 mins in the shop that should took maybe 10-15 and left with nothing.

Best customer service ever! Butch is such a helpful individual! I called and let me know when the 14kt gold wingings would be in. And when I was running late, I called and he let me know to not rush and be careful on the road and he would be there when I get there. He was super kind and helpful and efficient! Thank you for the great gift! He is going to love it!

Butch is a great guy and very helpful to his customers. I went to Wings several times over the course of flight school while in Pensacola for my own flight gear, as well as API graduation picture frames and Christmas gifts. He has a lot of aviation specific gear you can’t find anywhere else and great gifts for friends and family.

I cannot say enough about the customer service at Wings. We were looking for a gift for our son’s winging ceremony. Butch took time to explain our different options. We ended up purchasing 14kt gold wings and my father bought a picture of our son’s training aircraft, career aircraft and training squadron patches. Butch made sure that both were ready in time and even delivered to our hotel!!! Our aviator loved both gifts!

Butch is a fantastic owner/ operator! Stopped in on Friday the 13th, 2018 and had a lot of fun thanks to Butch making us feel welcome! Highly recommend! One of the most incredible and unique shops you will ever see. If you love aviation, plan for no less than an hour visit. The hand- crafted models Butch constructed are magnificent. I have been here multiple times and have had a great experience every time. As a student pilot this store provides every thing you could possibly imagine needing in the cockpit. The prices are reasonable and most of the time cheaper than online. But the best thing is the customer service and the convenience. The community is very fortunate to have this business in the local area.

Happened to see this store while driving by and thought it might be a good place to find a graduation gift for our sons graduation from Navy flight school. Not only did they have a good selection of gifts, they were able to make up what we wanted on short notice. Excellent customer service, very patient with our requests. This is the way to run a business. Prices were reasonable.

Great store! 10 years ago I bought a 9g knee board from them. After 2,000 hours of use, the clear plastic strap finally gave up. Butch sent me a new one free of charge. That is the kind of old fashioned service that makes me a loyal customer. I highly recommend Wings!

This place is just as much a museum as it is a store. Even if you dont plan to buy anything, its worth stopping in for a tour down naval aviation history in the last 40 years. Butch, the owner seemed very nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be that there was not a great deal of inventory to choose from. If you are in pensacola and you like aviation, definitely stop by.

Absolutely amazing. Being a CSO student is not always easy, especially when you have to buy all the stuff you need for the entire training. But the owner is awesome and knows the game. Highly recommended. He has everything you need. Great to met a former fighter pilot. A++

I live out of state and found the web site - Butch helped me put together an order for a Winging ceremony. It was a framed artwork of all the training planes. He had it ready for me within two days - Looked great and he did a super job with information and pricing.

We couldnt be happier with our experience here. We needed a plaque for my brothers winging, and unsure of where to find such a gift we found Wings. The day before the ceremony, Butch went above and beyond to create an absolutely beautiful custom framed plaque. He also secured a set of NFO wings to a humidor box free of charge. Good customer service is hard to fin but you will certainly find it here. Butch will take great care of you.

This place is SIMPLY wonderful!! Lived close by for several years and one day just happened to have a few minutes to kill so I thought Id stop in to see what they had to offer. I lost my Dad several years ago to lung cancer but he was an air force man who flew the SR-71 Blackbird; this place has some of the coolest stuff for Military people. They do carry really neat stuff and whatever is unavailable he can order for you. Excellent customer service and really friendly people make for a very unique WINGSexperience. One half of this place is almost like a little Musuem, if my Daddy was alive he would have LOVED this place!!! Its hard to believe that I drove by this place every day for years and didnt even know it was there. I was able to purchase a model SR-71 Blackbird in memory of my Dad. Thanks WING man for making my experience at WINGS Pensacola a great one!!! I recomend this place for Soldiers and NON Soldiers alike!!!!!!!
