Im sure how to start on how bad my service has been through this company. I ordered a lift kit for a yamaha G1 cart. On feb 15 I ordered my lift and was told they had a 6 to 8 lead time but it was more likely be 8 weeks. I was told I could call at 6 weeks and they could give me an update. I called them on March 26th and they said the lead time was still around 8 weeks. I called again on April 8th and was told once again there is 8 week lead time and it should ship out the week of the 15th. I called them again on April 14th and now was told there were 3 kits in front of mine and they needed two more weeks. I asked the guy how did it get two weeks behind if it was on time at the 6 and 7th week like I was told.. The guy seemed not to be happy about my question and said it would ship in 2 weeks. So now I call them april 29th and told again they need two more weeks. I should have this company on speed dial May 13th I call again and now am told they just talked to shipping manager and he said it should ship out the next day. I call AGAIN May 20 and they say again it should ship friday Back on the phone again May 26th The girl on the phone tells me she just talked to welding shop manager and soon as he got off the fork lift he would look into it and she would call me back. WE are now at week 15 and I have no parts yet and they never called me back.
Very pleased with my experience with All Sports Manufacturing. I called in to request some replacement parts for an item that sees a TON of use as i was not sure which replacements parts were the best. Unfortunately i received the incorrect parts. I sent in a return request and the owner personally called me and made it right! Got the parts in yesterday and they were the perfect replacement. Customer service and goal to keep customers happy is a very apparent focus. I do not normally wright reviews but felt this one was well deserved!
Worst company to order something from!6-8 weeks you wait but I’ve waited longer now.I’ve called and been lied to about when my part was to ship. Been given every excuse in the book. Their big saying “American made”This company is why people buy China made!Buyer beware!!! Don’t order unless you want to wait 2-3 months!!!
Worked here for three weeks...owners never spoke a word to me, constantly understaffed, and most employees are made to feel as though they are 100% dispensable. I was offered a much better position, and gave a week notice, to which the owners wife responded that if i come back to the shop, i will be trespassing. These are the type of people who are ALWAYS hiring bc they simply CANNOT keep employees happy....so happy i left.

Worked as a welder here.One day I was sick and I told the manager that Id have to use the restroom more frequently than normal because of my sickness, and he fired me because I was going to the bathroom too much after I clarified it with him. I wasnt even behind on production. Just taking a couple more restroom breaks than normal.Workers are severely underpaid, welders only make $12 an hour, and a guy whos been there for over a year only makes $14. Nine hour shifts six days a week, off on Sundays, with two smoke breaks permitted aside from the 30 minute lunch break. Employees are expected to weld non-stop throughout their shift aside from the two ten minute smoke breaks. I even got a warning for going to the water fountain.Basic welding protection is not supplied. When I started, all I had was a helmet and gloves, and they didnt have sleeves or anything so I ended up getting severe sunburns on my arms from welding so much without protection. It has been three weeks since they fired me and I still have the burns on my left arm.Horrible company, would not recommend.

Ordered parts for both drivers and passengers side, and paid for them. Received only 1, and it didnt fit my golf cart. After a month of disputing they finally saw that I paid for both. Made me pay for shipping to them the wrong part, and on top of it, charged me 15% restocking fee of the wrong item they sent. Stay away from crooks
Horrible customer service. Zero professionalism. I do not recommend an online order. I dont know what the in person experience is like but as an online customer I can say with certainty that you do not want to do business with Judy or this company.
